Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于烟草加工技术领域,具体涉及一种烟梗清洗用清洗剂及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
目前烟梗清洗过程主要是通过一定温度热水进行循环水洗,水洗后烟梗并不能彻底清洗干净,手抓上有发黏的感觉,烟梗的色泽叶变化较大;烟梗表面的杂质和有害物质也没有祛除干净,这些杂质对于后续烟梗的感官质量和色泽都有较大的损害。为了达到烟梗更洁净的清洗效果,清洗出色泽更好,感官质量更好的烟梗,在烟梗清洗环节中添加清洗剂就必不可少。但受制于清洗剂会残留一少部分在烟梗表面,以及产品安全的相关要求,常用的清洗剂,不能直接使用,会有安全的隐患,所以发明一种可安全使用,环保的清洗剂显得尤为重要。因此有必要提出改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种烟梗清洗用清洗剂及其制备方法和用途,本发明针对烟梗切丝前的清洗问题,而配置的一种专用于烟梗的安全环保的清洗剂,能够减少水洗过程中带来的色泽变化,能很好的去除烟梗表面的杂质,减少烟梗的异味,更好的浸入烟梗内部进行清洗,使烟梗在清洗后的感官质量上有较大的提升。
本发明采用的技术方案:烟梗清洗用清洗剂,该清洗剂由以下重量份的组分组成:
D-柠檬烯:1~10份、聚山梨酯-80:1~5份;
果胶酶:0.001~0.005份、漆酶:0.002~0.01份、纤维素酶:0.001~0.005份、中性蛋白酶:0.001~0.005份;
PBS溶液:480~500份,pH为7.3~7.5;
透明质酸钠:4~5份。
烟梗清洗用清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):按照配比称量准备好各组分,备用;
步骤2):往PBS粉末中加入去离子水,配置成PBS溶液,使PBS溶液的酸碱度为pH7.3~7.5;
步骤3):取10份的PBS溶液,往其内部依次加入中性蛋白酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、漆酶,配制成复合酶溶液;
步骤4):取剩余的PBS溶液装入带刻度的容器中,加入步骤3)中配置好的复合酶溶液,随后加入透明质酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入D-柠檬烯,聚山梨酯-80,搅拌均匀,即完成清洗剂的制备;
步骤5):将步骤4)中制好清洗剂灌入洁净的密封容器中,加盖密封。
烟梗清洗用清洗剂的用途,该清洗剂用于烟梗切丝前的清洗。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:
1、本方案是针对烟梗切丝前的清洗问题,而配置的一种专用于烟梗的安全环保的清洗剂,能够减少水洗过程中带来的色泽变化;能很好的去除烟梗表面的杂质,减少烟梗的异味;更好的浸入烟梗内部进行清洗;使烟梗在清洗后的感官质量上有较大的提升;
2、本方案中的清洗剂中使用的酶制剂一般需要水相环境,且具备一定的酸碱度范围,在烟草加工环节,只有烟梗切丝前清洗环节具有这种条件,而在烟梗切丝后使用的效果和作用都是不明显的;
3、本方案中将透明质酸钠的添加放在蛋白酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶及漆酶各酶的后面,能够保证各酶制剂都能得到充分容易的溶解。

烟梗清洗用清洗剂,该清洗剂由以下重量份的组分组成:
D-柠檬烯:1~10份、聚山梨酯-80:1~5份;
果胶酶:0.001~0.005份、漆酶:0.002~0.01份、纤维素酶:0.001~0.005份、中性蛋白酶:0.001~0.005份;
PBS溶液:480~500份,pH为7.3~7.5;
透明质酸钠:4~5份。
上述成分都在《烟制品许可使用的添加剂名单》(YQ52-2015)、《烟制品临时许可使用的添加剂名单》(YQ53-2015)中,可用于添加进入草制品。
用于烟梗清洗的清洗剂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):按照配比称量准备好各组分,备用;
步骤2):往PBS粉末中加入去离子水,配置成PBS溶液,使PBS溶液的酸碱度为pH7.3~7.5。清洗剂中使用的酶制剂一般需要水相环境,且具备一定的酸碱度范围,在烟草加工环节,只有烟梗切丝前清洗环节具有这种条件,而在烟梗切丝后使用的效果和作用都是不明显的;
步骤3):取10份的PBS溶液,往其内部依次加入中性蛋白酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、漆酶,配制成复合酶溶液。本步骤中将透明质酸钠的添加放在在中性蛋白酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶及漆酶各酶的后面,能够保证各酶制剂都能得到充分的溶解;
步骤4):取剩余的PBS溶液装入带刻度的容器中,加入步骤3)中配置好的复合酶溶液,随后加入透明质酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入D-柠檬烯,聚山梨酯-80,搅拌均匀,即完成清洗剂的制备;
步骤5):将步骤4)中制好清洗剂灌入洁净的密封容器中,加盖密封。
烟梗清洗用清洗剂的应用,该清洗剂用于烟梗切丝前的清洗。
试验验证:
一、具体实验步骤如下:
1)称取一定量烟梗,分成对照组、水洗组、清洗剂清洗组,对照组为未处理组,水洗组和加清洗剂清洗组每种水洗条件至少检测3组平行样烟梗。
2)水洗组条件:水洗设定温度55℃,水洗时间60s的水浴中水洗;
3)清洗剂清洗组:在温度55℃,时间60s,在配制好的清洗剂中清洗;
4)水洗后的烟梗,捞出并用吸水纸处理至无水分,待测。
二、烟梗样品色差比较
按照上述试验步骤处理完样品后,取出样品平铺,用色差仪在每根烟梗不同位置选取30个点,得到平均明度值、红度值和黄度值,并以未处理的烟梗作为对照组,计算总绝对色差值,不同处理条件下烟梗清洗效果见表1。

由表2可知,水洗组与清洗剂清洗组的总色差值分别为11.30和2.27,说明清洗剂清洗组颜色上与未处理烟梗相似;水洗的总色差值为11.31,与未处理组差异较大;证明清洗剂作用下能够减少水洗过程中带来的色泽变化。
三、不同处理条件下烟梗清洗表面洁净度见图1所示
按照上述试验方法处理完样品后,洁净度显微观察和拍摄采用Max-see电子放大镜完成,水洗后的烟梗用刀切割成表面和内部表面为5mm×5mm的块状;选择20倍放大倍数。
可以看到,对照组原梗A,水洗组B对凹槽内的杂质颗粒和表面的黑色杂质颗粒清洁能力非常有限,这可能与传统水洗无法有效进入凹槽内,而外表面黑色杂质与烟梗结合更加紧密有关。与水洗相比,清洗剂清洗组C能够很好的去除烟梗表面的杂质,可以有效祛除杂质,减少烟梗的异味。
四、.烟梗显微机构差异
将水洗组与清洗剂清洗组的烟梗冻干,切一小段冻干烟梗,微观样貌测试一般不超过1.0cm×1.0cm。将粘有烟梗切面的样品座用真空喷镀仪或溅射仪在样品上镀上一层金膜,随后进行扫描电镜拍摄,如图2所示。
从图中可看出,烟梗横切面,显示出大量导管结构;水洗组的烟梗边缘处导管存在变形,向内延伸距离短;清洗剂清洗的烟梗中导管变形向内部延伸增加显著,清洗剂造成导管的变形程度,变形深度也增加,说明清洗剂清洗烟梗能够更好的浸入烟梗内部,造成内部结构的破坏。
五、烟梗感官质量比较
A表示水洗,B表示为清洗剂清洗,按照上述试验方法,分别制作样品。并在切丝机上将梗丝切丝,100℃烘箱烘到水分12.5%,用相同的卷烟空筒中制作评吸样品,由有资质的7人评委,按照在制品工序处理评价表进行打分,感官质量评价结果见下表2。

表2结果表明:B清洁剂清洗后的烟梗,在感官质量指标余味和细腻程度,和回味得分显著高于A普通水洗的烟梗,验证证明清洗剂对于烟梗的感官质量有较大的提升。
本发明针对烟梗切丝前的清洗问题,而配置的一种专用于烟梗的安全环保的清洗剂,能够减少水洗过程中带来的色泽变化,能很好的去除烟梗表面的杂质,减少烟梗的异味,更好的浸入烟梗内部进行清洗,使烟梗在清洗后的感官质量上有较大的提升。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内,不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (3)
1.烟梗清洗用清洗剂,其特征在于:该清洗剂由以下重量份的组分组成:
D-柠檬烯:1~10份、聚山梨酯-80:1~5份;
果胶酶:0.001~0.005份、漆酶:0.002~0.01份、纤维素酶:0.001~0.005份、中性蛋白酶:0.001~0.005份;
PBS溶液:480~500份,pH为7.3~7.5;
透明质酸钠:4~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟梗清洗用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1):按照配比称量准备好各组分,备用;
步骤2):往PBS粉末中加入去离子水,配置成PBS溶液,使PBS溶液的酸碱度为pH7.3~7.5;
步骤3):取10份的PBS溶液,往其内部依次加入中性蛋白酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、漆酶,配制成复合酶溶液;
步骤4):取剩余的PBS溶液装入带刻度的容器中,加入步骤3)中配置好的复合酶溶液,随后加入透明质酸钠,搅拌均匀后,再加入D-柠檬烯,聚山梨酯-80,搅拌均匀,即完成清洗剂的制备;
步骤5):将步骤4)中制好清洗剂灌入洁净的密封容器中,加盖密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟梗清洗用清洗剂的用途,其特征在于:该清洗剂用于烟梗切丝前的清洗。
