Abstract
The invention discloses a biomass particle processing method, which comprises the following steps: s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a blocky material; s2, crushing the block-shaped material obtained in the S1 to obtain a powdery material; and S3, adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in the S2, uniformly mixing, and granulating to obtain the biomass particles. The invention provides a biomass particle processing method which is simple and fully utilizes straws to manufacture biomass particles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biomass pellet fuels. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of processing biomass particles.
Background
The green biomass fuel is used as a new technology, is a common urgent demand of technical change in the field of high-energy fuel preparation, uses carbohydrates such as glucose, xylose and the like as raw materials, is a biomass renewable resource, has huge manufacturing quantity every year on the earth, has strategic significance for solving the problem of resource shortage in China, is influenced by petroleum crisis and needs of social sustainable development on energy and environmental protection from the middle and later stages of the last century, and has widely aroused the heat tide of utilization of renewable energy sources in the world. The biomass granular fuel is a renewable novel clean energy, has the advantages of rich raw material reserves, easy transportation and storage and large-scale production, and is valued by researchers. The straw is one of the most common biomass wastes in daily life, and has good application prospect in the field of manufacturing biomass granular fuels. However, the straws absorb a large amount of alkali metal elements such as K, na and the like in the growing process, so that the melting point of the biomass ash is reduced, and the biomass ash can be completely or partially melted to form hard glassy slag when being combusted in combustion equipment, so that the slagging phenomenon occurs, the thermal performance and the safety of the equipment are influenced, and the straw biomass granular fuel is a main factor which is difficult to popularize and apply.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biomass particle processing method which is simple and fully utilizes straws to manufacture biomass particles.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a biomass particle processing method comprising the steps of:
s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a blocky material;
s2, crushing the block materials obtained in the S1 to obtain powdery materials;
and S3, adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in the S2, uniformly mixing, and granulating to obtain the biomass particles.
Preferably, in the processing method of biomass particles, after the powdery material is obtained in the step S2, cellulase and ligninase are added into the powdery material, the powdery material is uniformly mixed and then subjected to enzymolysis treatment, and then the mixture is dried and then subjected to the operation of the step S3.
Preferably, in the method for processing biomass particles, the weight of the cellulase and the ligninase added into the powdery material is 1-2% and 0.5-1% of the weight of the powdery material respectively.
Preferably, in the method for processing biomass particles, cellulase and ligninase are added into the powdery material under the conditions that the temperature is 40-60 ℃ and the pH value is 4-6, and the powdery material is uniformly mixed and then subjected to enzymolysis treatment.
Preferably, in the method for processing biomass particles, the biomass particles are obtained after the high-temperature particles obtained in S3 are placed in a cooling device and cooled to room temperature.
Preferably, in the method for processing biomass particles, the raw material comprises dry straw.
Preferably, in the biomass particle processing method, the straw is any one or a mixture of more than one of rice straw, barley straw, wheat straw, sorghum straw, corn straw and rape straw.
Preferably, in the biomass particle processing method, the raw material further comprises at least one of dry aquatic weeds, wood chips and wood chips.
The invention provides a biomass particle processing method which is simple and fully utilizes straws to prepare biomass particles, and cellulase and ligninase are added into the raw materials to fully decompose the straw raw materials so that the components can be combusted during combustion.

A method of biomass particle processing comprising the steps of:
s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a blocky material; the straw is formed by mixing rice straw and weeds;
s2, crushing the block-shaped material obtained in the S1 to obtain a powdery material;
and S3, after the powdery material is obtained in S2, adding cellulase and ligninase into the powdery material, wherein the weight of the cellulase and the ligninase added into the powdery material is 1% and 0.5% of the weight of the powdery material respectively, uniformly mixing, performing enzymolysis treatment under the conditions that the temperature is 40 ℃ and the pH is 4, then adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in S2, uniformly mixing, granulating, placing the prepared high-temperature particles into a cooling device, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the biomass particles.

A method of biomass particle processing comprising the steps of:
s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a block material; the straw is formed by mixing wheat straw, sorghum straw, corn straw, rape straw and hay;
s2, crushing the block-shaped material obtained in the S1 to obtain a powdery material;
and S3, after the powdery material is obtained in S2, adding cellulase and ligninase into the powdery material, wherein the weight of the cellulase and the ligninase added into the powdery material is 1.5 percent and 0.75 percent of the weight of the powdery material respectively, uniformly mixing, performing enzymolysis treatment at the temperature of 50 ℃ and the pH value of 5, then adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in S2, uniformly mixing, granulating, placing the prepared high-temperature particles into a cooling device, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the biomass particles.
< example 3>
A method of biomass particle processing comprising the steps of:
s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a blocky material; the straw is formed by mixing rice straw, barley straw, wheat straw, dry water grass and weeds;
s2, crushing the block materials obtained in the S1 to obtain powdery materials;
and S3, after the powdery material is obtained in S2, adding cellulase and ligninase into the powdery material, wherein the weight of the cellulase and the ligninase added into the powdery material is respectively 2% and 1% of the weight of the powdery material, uniformly mixing, performing enzymolysis treatment under the conditions that the temperature is 60 ℃ and the pH is 6, then adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in S2, uniformly mixing, granulating, placing the prepared high-temperature particles into a cooling device, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the biomass particles.

Claims (8)
1. A biomass particle processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, crushing the raw materials to obtain a blocky material;
s2, crushing the block-shaped material obtained in the S1 to obtain a powdery material;
and S3, adding an adhesive into the powdery material obtained in the S2, uniformly mixing, and granulating to obtain the biomass particles.
2. The biomass particle processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the powdery material is obtained in the step S2, cellulase and ligninase are added to the powdery material, and after the powdery material is uniformly mixed, the powdery material is subjected to enzymolysis treatment, and then the powdery material is dried, and then the operation of the step S3 is performed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the weight of cellulase and ligninase added to the powdery material is 1-2% and 0.5-1% of the powdery material, respectively.
4. The method for processing the biomass particles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cellulase and the ligninase are added into the powdery material under the conditions that the temperature is 40-60 ℃ and the pH value is 4-6, and the mixture is uniformly mixed and then subjected to enzymolysis.
5. The method for processing biomass particles according to claim 1, wherein the biomass particles are prepared by cooling the prepared high-temperature particles in a cooling device to room temperature after the high-temperature particles are prepared in S3.
6. The method of processing biomass particles of claim 1, wherein the feedstock comprises dry straw.
7. The method for processing biomass particles according to claim 6, wherein the straw is any one or a mixture of rice straw, barley straw, wheat straw, sorghum straw, corn straw and rape straw.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the feedstock further comprises at least one of dried aquatic weeds, wood chips, and wood chips.
