Processor 11 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of processor 11 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various processors running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, or the like. The processor 11 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as the elevator cab button production method.
The buttons 20 include at least a serial interface module, a control module, and a display module. The serial interface module is used for data exchange with the control board 10; the control module is used for generating and sending data information or processing the received data information, and sending an instruction to the display module to control the display module to display a target character; the Display module is used for displaying the target characters stored in the elevator button, wherein the Display module may be a Light-Emitting Diode (LED) dot matrix, or may also be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Display (OLED), a Thin Film Transistor (TFT), or other Display modules with changeable Display contents.

Claims (10)

1. receiving a floor information character group from an upper computer, wherein the floor information character group is a character string group arranged according to a preset floor sequence;
and configuring characters to be displayed by the display module of the button according to a preset floor sequence based on the floor information character group.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a floor information character set from an upper computer, wherein the floor information character set is before a character string set arranged according to a preset floor sequence, further comprises:
responding to the configuration request signal of the upper computer, and generating a configuration response signal;
and sending the configuration response signal to the upper computer to establish communication connection between the upper computer and the control panel.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuring the characters displayed in the buttons of the elevator cab in a preset floor order based on the floor information character set comprises:
broadcasting and sending a write-in command corresponding to a target character in the floor information character group to the button according to a preset sequence;
receiving write feedback information sent by the button in response to the write command;
judging whether the button has floor information or not based on the written feedback information;
if no floor information exists in the button, storing the target character into the button as the floor information corresponding to the button; and returning to execute the writing command corresponding to the target character in the floor information character group according to the preset sequence broadcast and sent to the button.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the storing the destination character into the button as the floor information corresponding to the button comprises:
controlling the button to extract the target character in the write command;
controlling the button to store the target character as the floor information corresponding to the button;
receiving storage feedback information fed back by the button;
judging whether the target character is stored in the button or not based on the storage feedback information;
and if the target character is not stored in the button, returning to execute the target character in the extracted writing command.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the returning to the executing step of broadcasting and sending the write command corresponding to the destination character in the floor information character group to the button according to the preset sequence comprises:
selecting a next character from the floor information character group according to a preset floor sequence as the updated target character;
and sending a writing command corresponding to the target character to the button.

The method according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the elevator control box further comprises a floor display panel, and the broadcasting of the write command corresponding to the destination character in the floor information character group to the button in the preset sequence further comprises:
broadcasting and sending the target characters in the floor information character group to the floor display panel according to a preset sequence;
and controlling the floor display panel to display the target character so as to prompt a worker to access a serial interface of the button at the position corresponding to the target character in the elevator control box.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising, prior to selecting a next character in the set of floor information characters in a predetermined floor order as the updated destination character:
controlling the display module of the button to display the target character;
receiving display feedback information corresponding to the target character displayed by the button in response to the control panel controlling the display module of the button;
judging whether the display module of the button can display the target character or not based on the display feedback information;
if the display module of the button can display the target character, executing the step of selecting the next character in the floor information character group according to the preset floor sequence to serve as the updated target character;
and if the display module of the button fails to display the target character, sending a test failure alarm.
8. A production method of an elevator control box button is characterized by being applied to an upper computer and comprising the following steps:
transmitting a configuration request signal to a control board of the console box;
receiving a configuration response signal returned by the control board;
sending a preset floor information character set to the control board, wherein the control board receives the floor information character set from an upper computer, and the floor information character set is a character string set arranged according to a preset floor sequence; and configuring characters to be displayed by the display module of the button according to a preset floor sequence based on the floor information character group.
