Abstract
The invention discloses a process method for making corn bran plates, which comprises the following steps: step S100, removing hard stems from corn husks; s200, winding gauze at the entrance of a reed board machine, and laying gauze at the bottom of the reed board machine; step S300, paving a layer of corn bran on the gauze; s400, laying a layer of electric welding net on the upper layer by the electric welding net in a rolling way; s500, placing a layer of corn bran on the electric welding net; step S600, laying a layer of gauze on the corn husks on the electric welding net through a gauze roll; and S700, cutting, pressing and forming. The technical effects achieved are as follows: the corn skin is used as meat, the electric welding net is used as a bone, the canvas and the decorative paper are used as skins, and the sewing function of a reed board machine is utilized to become a product which can replace paper boards, wood boards, reed boards and plastic bags, so that the advantages of environmental protection and low cost are achieved.

Background
