Thus, upper frame 410 and lower frame 420 may be designed to be thicker than left frame 430 and right frame 440, and in general, upper frame 410 and lower frame 420 may withstand the tension of screen 310 without significant deformation.
S420: inserting the upper frame 410 and the lower frame 420 to the upper edge and the lower edge of the inner frame 100, respectively; the user may insert the upper frame 410 into the catching groove of the upper edge of the inner frame 100 and insert the lower frame 420 into the catching groove of the lower edge of the inner frame 100, thereby enhancing the connection stability of the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100.
S430: the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are respectively inserted into the left edge and the right edge of the inner frame 100, a user can insert the left frame 430 into the clamping groove at the left edge of the inner frame 100 and insert the right frame 440 into the clamping groove at the right edge of the inner frame 100, so that the connection stability of the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 is enhanced, and the inner frame 100 and the outer frame 400 can be preliminarily positioned and connected through the clamping of the inner frame 100 and the outer frame 400.
S440: the front end and the rear end of the left frame 430 are respectively connected with the upper frame 410 and the lower frame 420, the front end and the rear end of the right frame 440 are respectively connected with the upper frame 410 and the lower frame 420, and threaded fasteners such as screws are matched for connection, so that stable connection of the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 can be realized, and the use requirements of screen door or screen window assembly are met.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, before step S430, the following steps are further included:
s431: the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are roll-bent by a bending process, and the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are arranged in an outward protruding arc shape towards a direction far away from the inner frame 100;
the problem of significant inward bending deformation still exists when the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 of the narrow-sided design are subjected to inward tension by the screen 310. In the screen installation process, before the outer frame 400 is assembled, a user may roll-bend the left and right frames 430 and 440 in advance through a bending process, and the left and right frames 430 and 440 are designed in an arc shape protruding outward in a direction away from each other, so that the bending resistance of the left and right frames 430 and 440 may be increased. The bending process is an existing machining process.
S432: the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are respectively connected to two clamps 500, so that the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are in a flat state.
When the outer frame 400 is assembled, since the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are arc-shaped, the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 need to be connected to the two clamps 500, respectively, so that the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 are temporarily in a straight state, thereby achieving the connection between the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100. After the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 are connected, a worker may separate the jig 500 from the left frame 430 or the right frame 440, and the left frame 430 and the right frame 440 may be restored from a bent state to a straight state by a tensile force of the screen 310, so that the overall aesthetic property of the assembled screen door or screen may be ensured, and the screen 310 may be maintained in a tensioned state.
Specifically, the two ends of the clamp 500 are extended from front to back, two clamping grooves are arranged on the clamp 500 at intervals, the left frame 430 penetrates through the front clamping groove and the back clamping groove of the left clamp 500, and the right frame 440 penetrates through the front clamping groove and the back clamping groove of the right clamp 500. Use left frame 430 as an example, can pass two draw-in groove settings around backward in proper order with left frame 430 for left frame 430 keeps with the laminating of anchor clamps 500, thereby makes left frame 430 resume temporarily to straight state, thereby realizes being connected of left frame 430 and internal frame 100. Further, in order to maintain the stable connection and attachment of the jig 500 to the left side frame 430 or the right side frame 440, the user may connect the jig 500 to the left side frame 430 or the right side frame 440 by screws, and after the connection of the outer frame 400 to the inner frame 100, the screws for connecting the jig 500 to the left side frame 430 or the right side frame 440 may be removed, thereby achieving the separation of the jig 500 from the left side frame 430 or the right side frame 440.
It should be noted that the combination of the right frame 440 and the clamp 500 is the same as the combination of the left frame 430 and the clamp 500, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 8, the installation process of the gauze further comprises the following steps:
s500: rotating the first handle to separate the first jaw 221 from the left and right ends inside the inner frame 100; when the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 are assembled, the user may rotate the first handle to separate the first claw member 221 from the inner frame 100.
S600: rotating the second handle to separate the second jaw 231 from the front and rear ends inside the inner frame 100; when the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 are assembled, the user may rotate the second handle to separate the second jaw 231 from the inner frame 100.
S700: after the inner frame 100 is upwardly taken out, the outer frame 400 and the inner frame 100 are assembled, after the first claw members 221 are separated from the left frame and the right frame of the inner frame 100 and the second claw members 231 are separated from the front frame and the rear frame of the inner frame 100, the inner frame 100 can be upwardly taken out, and a finished screen door or a screen window can be obtained.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A process for installing a screen, comprising:
providing an inner frame, a tooling table, a gauze and an outer frame for standby;
placing the inner frame on the tooling table for supporting, wherein the tooling table can be abutted against the inner periphery of the inner frame;
mounting the screen on the upper end of the inner frame;
connecting the outer frame with the outer periphery of the inner frame.
2. The screen mounting process according to claim 1, wherein the work table includes a frame and an adjustment mechanism, the adjustment mechanism includes a first adjustment unit and a second adjustment unit arranged at a right angle, the first adjustment unit includes a first adjustment member and two first claw members, the two first claw members are respectively located on left and right sides of the frame, the first adjustment member is connected to the first claw members, the first adjustment member is used for adjusting a space between the two first claw members, the second adjustment unit includes a second adjustment member and two second claw members, the two second claw members are respectively located on front and rear sides of the frame, the second adjustment member is connected to the second claw members, the second adjustment member is used for adjusting a space between the two second claw members, and the first claw members and the second claw members can abut against an inner peripheral surface of the inner frame.
3. The process of installing a screen according to claim 2, wherein the first adjusting member is provided in plurality, the plurality of first adjusting members are arranged in a spaced-apart manner in a front-rear direction, each of the first adjusting members is provided in correspondence with two of the first claw members, the second adjusting member is provided in at least two of the first adjusting members, the two first adjusting members are arranged in a spaced-apart manner in a front-rear direction, and each of the second adjusting members is provided in correspondence with one of the second claw members.
4. The screen mounting process according to claim 3, wherein the first adjusting member includes a first threaded rod and a first handle, the first threaded rod is rotatably connected to the frame, the first handle is connected to one end of the first threaded rod, a first threaded section and a second threaded section are respectively disposed at left and right ends of the first threaded rod, a rotation direction of the first threaded section is opposite to a rotation direction of the second threaded section, lower ends of the two first claw members are respectively in threaded connection with the first threaded section and the second threaded section, the second adjusting member includes a second threaded rod and a second handle, the second threaded rod is rotatably connected to the frame, the second handle is connected to one end of the second threaded rod, and lower ends of the second claw members are connected to the second threaded rod.
5. The screen mounting process according to claim 4, wherein the tooling table is capable of abutting against the inner periphery of the inner frame, comprising the steps of:
rotating the first handle to enable the first claw members to be abutted with the left end and the right end inside the inner frame;
rotating the second handle causes the second claw member to abut against the front end and the rear end inside the inner frame.
6. The process of installing a screen according to claim 1, wherein the screen is installed on the upper end of the inner frame, comprising the steps of:
providing at least four net pressing adhesive tapes for later use;
laying the screen flat over the inner frame;
and pressing four sides of the gauze on four frames of the inner frame respectively by using the gauze pressing adhesive tape.
7. The process for installing a screen according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of attaching the outer frame to the outer periphery of the inner frame comprises the steps of:
the outer frame comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, a left frame and a right frame;
inserting the upper frame and the lower frame to the upper edge and the lower edge of the inner frame respectively;
inserting the left and right rims at left and right edges of the inner frame, respectively;
and respectively connecting the front end and the rear end of the left frame with the upper frame and the lower frame, and respectively connecting the front end and the rear end of the right frame with the upper frame and the lower frame.
8. The screen installation process of claim 7, further comprising, before the step of inserting the left and right rims at the left and right edges of the inner frame, respectively, the steps of:
the left frame and the right frame are bent through a bending process, and the left frame and the right frame are arranged in an outward-protruding arc shape towards the direction far away from the inner frame;
and respectively connecting the left frame and the right frame to two clamps to enable the left frame and the right frame to be in a straight state.
9. The screen mounting process according to claim 8, wherein the clamp is provided with two slots spaced back and forth, and the left frame or the right frame is disposed through the two slots.
10. The process of installing a screen according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:
rotating the first handle to separate the first jaw member from left and right ends inside the inner frame;
rotating the second handle to separate the second jaw member from the front and rear ends inside the inner frame;
the inner frame is taken out upward.
