TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a ceiling structure such as a sunroof provided on a ceiling portion of a vehicle, particularly a wagon car or a sightseeing bus having a high ceiling, or a television or a navigator using an air conditioner such as an air conditioner. The present invention relates to a ceiling mount device for an in-vehicle device to which a monitor device can be mounted.
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-240624, a monitor device is suspended from a wagon car or a sightseeing bus (of course, a normal passenger car) having a high ceiling height. . In this type of monitor device, a thin monitor device using a liquid crystal monitor is attached to a mounting device mounted on the ceiling of a vehicle room so as to be able to be turned upside down. The mounting device is mounted on the ceiling of the passenger compartment as follows. A pair of cross ribs provided on the rear surface of the roof panel (outdoor upper surface) is searched for from above or after peeling off the vehicle interior ceiling material from the vehicle interior ceiling material, and passed through the roof panel in accordance with the cross rib. A hole is formed, and the mounting device is fixed to the ceiling of the passenger compartment using the through hole, and then the monitor device is fixed to the mounting device.
[0003]
As described above, the method of mounting the mounting device on the vehicle interior ceiling surface from above or from the interior material by peeling the interior material must not only damage the interior material but also form a through hole in the roof panel in accordance with the cross rib. In other words (in other words, the vehicle must be damaged), the installation work can only be performed by a specialist, and such work is often disliked by the owner of the vehicle because it damages expensive vehicles. It also hindered its spread.
[0004]
In addition, in the case of a wagon vehicle having a high passenger compartment ceiling, there are many cases where a sunroof, an air conditioner, etc. are attached to a central portion of the passenger compartment ceiling surface or other most preferable positions, and in such a case, the conventional mounting device is not used. There was no space for mounting the mounting device in an appropriate place such that the monitor in the rear seat was easy to see, so it was virtually impossible to mount the monitor device on the ceiling of the passenger compartment.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described using preferred embodiments. The in-vehicle device ceiling mounting device (A) in FIG. 1 includes a pair of first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) and a decorative member (6) used as needed. The first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) have mechanical strength (for example, sufficient mechanical strength) that can sufficiently withstand the weight of the mounted on-vehicle device (M) [monitor device such as a television or a navigator]. It is formed by molding a member (metal member, usually steel or resin member) having a plate thickness and a mounting width according to the shape of the mounting portion.
[0012]
In the embodiment shown in the figure, the mounting portion is an air conditioner (15) (of course not limited to this) installed on the ceiling surface (10) of the vehicle, and the first and second mounting plates are used. (1) and (2) are provided so as to be embraced from the lower surface to the side surface of the air conditioner (15), so that the air outlet (16) of the air conditioner (15) is formed so as not to be blocked. Of course, the installation location is not limited to the air-conditioning equipment (15). For example, in the case of a sunroof, the first and second functions are achieved so as to achieve the function according to the shape of the installation location between the pair of front and rear sunroofs. It goes without saying that the mounting plates (1) and (2) are formed. Of course, the basic structure such as the first and second plates (1) and (2), the tightening mechanism (5) and the claws (3) and (4) are the same. In this embodiment, a case where the air conditioner (15) is installed will be described as a typical example.
[0013]
The first mounting plate (1) is installed from the lower surface of the air conditioner (15) to the air outlet (16), and extends from a substantially triangular plate body (1H) and the top of the plate body (1H). The front end portion of the band-shaped portion (1b) is folded inward to form a claw portion (3). Further, the width of the band-shaped portion (1b) is formed to be narrow so as to just fit into the gap between the air outlets (16) provided in the air conditioning equipment (15). The bottom side end of the substantially triangular plate body (1H) (that is, the portion (1a) facing the second plate (2)) is bent at a right angle, and at least two or more through holes (9) are formed. A screw (8) forming a part of the tightening mechanism (5) is rotatably inserted.
[0014]
The second mounting plate (2) is installed from the lower surface to the back surface of the air conditioner (15), is substantially rectangular, and is curved in accordance with the shape from the lower surface to the back surface of the air conditioner (15). Is folded back inward to form a claw (4). An attachment member (11) having a substantially U-shaped cross section is the opposite end at the opposite end of the second attachment plate (2) (that is, the portion (2a) facing the first plate (1)). The nut hole (7) is attached along the opposing portion (2a), and the nut hole (7) for fastening is screwed into the opposing side surface of the mounting member (11) with respect to the first plate (1) in conformity with the through hole (9). Is established. In addition, a nut hole (19) for mounting is formed on a lower surface of the mounting member (11) so as to match a mounting hole (21) of a monitor device mounting bracket (20) described later. An exposure window (30) through which an operation panel (15a) of the air conditioner (15) is exposed is formed in a central plane portion of the second mounting plate (2).
[0015]
The decorative member (6) has a shape, color, or surface texture that is set according to the atmosphere or interior of the vehicle compartment. When the ceiling mounting device (A) for in-vehicle equipment is installed, the decorative member (6) is made as comfortable as possible. The first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) are covered from below to improve the aesthetics of the cabin and thereby enhance the commercial value. Therefore, the function of attaching the monitor device (M) is not essential, and is used as needed.
[0016]
The decorative member (6) is basically formed according to the shape of the first and second mounting plates (1) and (2), and the outer surface thereof is adapted to the atmosphere and interior of the vehicle compartment as described above. The shape, color, or texture of the surface is set. Further, a square window (32) is formed in accordance with the exposure window (30) of the second plate (2), and a rib (33) constituting the square window (32) enters the exposure window (30). The second mounting plate (2) is in contact with the operation panel (15a) of the air conditioner (15) so as not to be exposed to the outside. A through hole (34) is formed in the decorative member (6) in accordance with the nut hole (19) for mounting the mounting member (11).
[0017]
Next, how to attach the present device (A) will be described. The claw portions (3) and (4) of the first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) with the screws (8) loosened (or removed) are connected to the air conditioner (15) and the passenger compartment ceiling surface (10). (In this embodiment, this portion becomes the engaged portions (12) and (13)), and the first and second mounting plates (from the lower surface to the both side surfaces of the air conditioner (15)). 1) After sufficiently aligning (2), tighten the screw (8). The first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) are drawn together with the tightening of the screw (8), and the claw portions (3) and (4) of the first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) are adjusted accordingly. ) Is inserted into a gap which is the engaged portion (12) (13) between the air conditioner (15) and the vehicle ceiling surface (10), and both sides of the air conditioner (15) are finally tightened. Become fixed.
[0018]
In this state, the decorative member (6) is applied from below, and a mounting screw (not shown) is screwed into a nut hole (not shown) for mounting the mounting member (11). The air conditioner (15) is installed from the lower surface to the side surface, and covers the entire first and second mounting plates (1) and (2). At this time, the gap between the first and second mounting plates (1) and (2) and the decorative member (6) is filled, and the decorative member (6) is positioned relative to the first and second mounting plates (1) and (2). When the sponge material (35) is attached to the lower surface of the first and second attachment plates (1) and (2) or the upper surface of the decorative member (6) in order to eliminate the play, and the decorative member (6) is attached. Preferably, the sponge material (35) is lightly compressed.
[0019]
After the apparatus (A) is installed from the lower surface to the side surface of the air conditioner (15) in this way, the monitor device is installed by using a monitor device mounting nut hole (19) formed in the mounting member (11). The mounting bracket (20) is mounted below the decorative member (6), and the on-vehicle equipment (M) such as a television or a navigator is mounted on the apparatus (A) using the monitoring equipment mounting bracket (20). The monitor device mounting bracket (20) may be of any type as long as it can mount the vehicle-mounted device (M).
[0020]
An example of the monitor device mounting bracket (20) is briefly described as follows. A pair of L-shaped brackets (61) and (61) are fixed to the lower surface of the decorative member (6) by fixing screws (68) and (68), respectively, and a shaft (63) is attached to the brackets (61) and (61). ) Is supported.
[0021]
The suspension base (64) is formed, for example, by bending a vertically long rectangular metal plate. The suspension base (64) is folded back after holding the shaft (63) in a substantially C-shape, and the holding portion (64b) is It is pivotally supported by (63). The suspension base (64) is clamped and held by a tightening bolt (70) screwed approximately at the center of the folded portion (64a) of the suspension base (64) and the opposing portion (64c).
