The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the clamping mechanism comprises a pin (12), a locking nut (13), a buckle (14) and a locking rod (15), the buckle (14) consists of two semicircular hoops, one hoop is fixedly connected to the side part of the clamping seat (2), and the direction of the sliding rail (3) is parallel to the plane of the buckle (14); one end of each of the two hoops is hinged through a pin (12) and a locking nut (13), and the other end of each of the two hoops is detachably connected through a locking rod (15).
3. The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the inner diameter of the buckle (14) is 95mm-110mm.

The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the driving mechanism further comprises a feeding hand wheel (5) and a threaded shaft (6), the threaded shaft (6) is fixedly connected with the sliding rail (3) in the axial direction through a threaded sleeve, the front end of the threaded shaft (6) is abutted against the sliding table (4), and the feeding hand wheel (5) is installed at the rear end of the threaded shaft (6).
5. The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the feeding amount of the feeding hand wheel (5) is 0.7mm after rotating for one circle.

The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the cutter mechanism comprises a rotating motor (7), a motor support (8), a connecting rod (9), a three-jaw drill chuck (10) and a drill (11), the motor support (8) is fixedly connected to the sliding table (4), a main body of the rotating motor (7) is installed on the motor support (8), an output shaft of the rotating motor (7) is connected with the three-jaw drill chuck (10) through the connecting rod (9), and the drill (11) is installed on the three-jaw drill chuck (10).
7. The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the diameter of the drill (11) is 0.6mm-6mm.
8. The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the length of the drill (11) is more than 5.5mm.

The crdm assembly omega seal weld drilling apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the base further comprises a control bottom box (1), the control bottom box (1) is installed at the bottom of the clamping seat (2), an electrical component is installed in the control bottom box (1), and the rotating motor (7) is electrically connected with an external power supply.
10. A method for drilling an omega seal weld of a CRDM (control rod drive mechanism) assembly, which is characterized by adopting the drilling device of the OMDM assembly of claim 9 to implement the following steps:
1) Releasing the locking lever (15) and opening the catch (14), placing the single assembly in the catch (14);
2) After the axial position of the adjusting device on a single component is confirmed that the drill knife (11) is over against the position of the omega-shaped sealing weld joint to be drilled, the buckle (14) is buckled and locked through the locking rod (15);
3) Selecting a drill (11) with a specific size according to the requirement of the diameter of a drilled hole, and installing the drill on a three-jaw drill chuck (10);
4) The power supply is switched on, and the rotary motor (7) drives the drill (11) to rotate;
5) The drill (11) is driven by the feeding hand wheel (5) to feed towards the direction of the assembly until the drilling operation is finished.
