One side of the surface of the collection box 164 is provided with a drying device 17, the drying device 17 comprises an air delivery pump 171, the output end and the input end of the air delivery pump 171 are respectively connected with an air inlet pipe 173 and an air delivery piece 172, and one end of the air delivery piece 172 is connected with a plurality of delivery heads 174.
The drying device 17 can be used for drying the drained foamed aluminum waste.
The working principle of the foamed aluminum waste cleaning device provided by the invention is as follows:
after the aluminum foam waste is drained, regular aluminum foam waste and irregular aluminum foam waste are respectively placed on two sides of the internal partition plate 163 in the collection box 164, and after the aluminum foam waste is placed, the air conveying pump 171 is started to convey the outside air to the surface of the aluminum foam waste through the air inlet pipe 173, the air conveying part 172 and the plurality of conveying heads 174 to perform drying operation.
Compared with the related art, the foamed aluminum waste cleaning device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a foamed aluminum waste cleaning device, wherein two sliding rods 161 and a sliding frame 162 are arranged at the bottom of a workbench 1 to drive a collecting box 164 to move, a partition plate 163 is arranged inside the collecting box 164 to separately place regular foamed aluminum waste and irregular foamed aluminum waste, and a drying device 17 is arranged on one side of the surface of the collecting box 164 to dry the drained foamed aluminum waste.

a rectangular through groove is formed in one side of the surface of the workbench;
the cleaning box is fixedly connected to the bottom of the workbench and is positioned below the rectangular through groove;
the number of the movable assemblies is two, and the two movable assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the cleaning box;
the rotating assembly is arranged between the two movable assemblies and is positioned inside the cleaning box, the rotating assembly comprises a fixed rod and a circular rod, a rotating piece is sleeved on the surface of the circular rod, one side of the rotating piece is connected with a rotating cylinder, one end of the rotating cylinder is provided with a rotating piece, one side of the rotating piece is connected with the fixed rod, and one end of the fixed rod is connected with a lifting hydraulic rod;
a placement assembly disposed between the fixing rod and the circular rod and above the rotary cylinder;
the rotating device is arranged inside the rotating assembly;
and the flushing device is arranged on one side of the surface of the cleaning box.
2. The foamed aluminum waste cleaning apparatus of claim 1 wherein the movable assembly comprises two connecting rods with a movable seat disposed therebetween.
3. The foamed aluminum waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the placing component comprises a placing rack, and placing barrels are arranged on two sides inside the placing rack.
4. The foamed aluminum waste cleaning apparatus of claim 1 wherein a plurality of convex blocks are attached to the surface of the rotating cylinder.

The foamed aluminum waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the rotating device comprises two rotating rods, the surfaces of the two rotating rods are connected with a plurality of storage boxes, the top ends of the two rotating rods are connected with chain wheels, the two chain wheels are connected through chains, a first motor is installed on one side of each chain wheel, and a mounting frame is arranged on the surface of each first motor.

The foamed aluminum waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the flushing device comprises a connecting member, a plurality of conveying members are connected to one side of the connecting member, a plurality of nozzles are connected to one ends of the plurality of conveying members, a pump body is connected to one end of the connecting frame, a liquid inlet pipe is connected to an output end of the pump body, and a protective box is sleeved on the connecting member and the plurality of conveying members.

The foamed aluminum waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a box body is arranged on one side of the surface of the workbench, a draining device is arranged inside the box body, the draining device comprises a second motor, one end of an output shaft of the second motor is fixedly connected with a rotating connecting rod through a coupler, a plurality of placing pieces are arranged on the surface of the rotating connecting rod, and a movable door is arranged on one side of the box body.
