As shown in fig. 5, the first electric push rod 1324 of the suction pipe assembly 200 and the second electric push rod 1311 of the extrusion assembly 100 are disposed on the lifting plate 1312, the side end of the lifting plate 1312 is disposed on the guide rail 1307 through the second slider 1315, the upper end of the lifting plate 1312 is provided with the air cylinder 1313, the air cylinder 1313 is disposed on the horizontal plate 1314, and the horizontal plate 1314 is disposed on the vertical rod 1316; the vertical rod 1316 is disposed on a positioning plate 1305, the positioning plate 1305 is disposed on the first sliding block 1304, the first sliding block 1304 is disposed on the second ball nut 1303, the second ball nut 1303 is inserted on the second ball screw 1302, and one end of the second ball screw 1302 is connected to the third motor 1301. The guide rail 1307 is provided with stoppers 1306 on both sides. In specific use, the suction tube assembly 200 and the extrusion assembly 100 slide on the guide rail 1307 to be lifted and lowered by the second slide block 1315 under the action of the air cylinder 1313, and the position is adjusted between the two process plates by the third motor 1301 and the second ball nut 1303.

When the adsorption plate 1324 is used specifically, baffles 1325 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the adsorption plate 1324, the structural design prevents paint from being extruded out, and the baffles 1325 are connected with the fixing frame 1317 through connecting blocks 1323 to lift together with the adsorption pipe assembly 200.
As shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary lifting assembly 15 includes a universal wheel 1501, the universal wheel 1501 is disposed at the lower end of a bottom plate 1502, a shear type lifter 1503 is disposed on the bottom plate 1502, a top plate 1504 is disposed at the upper end of the shear type lifter 1503, a roller assembly 1505 is disposed on the top plate 1504, and when the auxiliary lifting assembly is used in a concrete manner, the shear type lifter 1503 moves to a proper position through the universal wheel 1501, so that the roller assembly 1505 has a labor-saving effect.
The use method of the paint spraying equipment for machining the trolley frame comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, transporting a trolley frame between two brackets 2 through an auxiliary lifting assembly 15, and respectively positioning the trolley frame through a first positioning assembly 10 and a second positioning assembly 14;
s2, fixing the first positioning assembly 10 and the second positioning assembly 14 with the first movable plate 16 and the second movable plate 4 respectively;
s3, starting the driving device and the paint spraying assembly to drive the trolley frame to rotate and spray paint at the same time;
s4, after the paint spraying is finished, the adsorption plate 1324 in the adsorption assembly 13 is lowered to a position between the two process plates of the trolley frame by moving the adsorption assembly 13, after the excessive paint between the two process plates is adsorbed by the adsorption plate 1324, the extrusion assembly 100 extrudes the adsorption plate 1324 and the adsorption tube assembly 200 extracts the paint in the adsorption plate 1324.

The paint spraying equipment for machining the trolley frame comprises a paint spraying chamber (1) and is characterized in that two sides of the paint spraying chamber (1) are provided with brackets (2), and the brackets (2) are provided with driving devices for driving the trolley frame to turn over; the driving device is respectively connected with a first movable plate (16) and a second movable plate (4) on the brackets (2) at two sides, and the first movable plate (16) and the second movable plate (4) are respectively provided with a first positioning component (10) and a second positioning component (14) for positioning with the trolley frame; the top end of the paint spraying chamber (1) is movably provided with a paint spraying component; the bottom activity of paint spray booth (1) is provided with adsorption component (13) and supplementary lifting unit (15), and adsorption component (13) are provided with adsorption tube subassembly (200) and extrusion subassembly (100) respectively including adsorption plate (1324), the middle part and the both sides of adsorption plate (1324).

The paint spraying equipment for processing the trolley frame is characterized in that the driving device comprises a first motor (12), the output end of the first motor (12) is connected with a driving shaft (11), the driving shaft (11) is inserted into a first movable plate (16), the first movable plate (16) is connected with one end of the trolley frame through a first positioning assembly (10), the other end of the trolley frame is connected with a second movable plate (4) through a second positioning assembly (14), and a driven shaft (3) is inserted into the second movable plate (4) and a support (2) at the side end.

The paint spraying equipment for machining the trolley frame is characterized in that the first positioning assembly (10) comprises a first positioning shaft (1001), the upper end of the first positioning shaft (1001) is provided with a first air pipe (1004) through a fixing sleeve (1002), the first air pipe (1004) is provided with a first connector (1003) connected with an air source assembly, and the first air pipe (1004) is of a circular ring shape; the lower end of the first air pipe (1004) is provided with a plurality of second air pipes (1005) which are suitable for the fabrication holes on the trolley frame; an upper cover plate (1006) is arranged at the lower end of the fixed sleeve (1002), a rubber sleeve (1007) is arranged at the lower end of the upper cover plate (1006), and a lower cover plate (1008) is arranged at the lower end of the rubber sleeve (1007); the upper cover plate (1006), the rubber sleeve (1007) and the lower cover plate (1008) are inserted on the first positioning shaft (1001); the upper end and the lower end of the first positioning shaft (1001) are respectively connected with the first movable plate (16) through a first positioning block (18) and a first pin shaft (17).

The paint spraying equipment for machining the trolley frame according to claim 1, wherein the second positioning assembly (14) comprises an upper positioning shaft (1401), one side of the upper end of the upper positioning shaft (1401) is provided with a second positioning block (1402), and the bottom end of the upper positioning shaft (1401) is movably provided with a fixing seat (1404) and then is fixed through a bolt (1403); a lower positioning shaft (1405) is arranged at the lower end of the fixed seat (1404), and an end cover plate is inserted on the lower positioning shaft (1405); a second positioning block (1402) is arranged on one side of the lower end of the lower positioning shaft (1405); the upper positioning shaft (1401) and the lower positioning shaft (1405) are connected with the second movable plate (4) through a second positioning block (1402) and a second pin shaft (19).

s4, after painting is finished, the adsorption plate (1324) in the adsorption assembly (13) is lowered to a position between the two process plates of the trolley frame through moving the adsorption assembly (13), after the adsorption plate (1324) adsorbs redundant paint between the two process plates, the extrusion assembly (100) extrudes the adsorption plate (1324) and the adsorption pipe assembly (200) extracts the paint in the adsorption plate (1324).
