Background
Generally, the deodorization devices are installed on the ground, indoors or on the roof of a structure.
This treatment process has the following disadvantages:
1) The floor area is large, most of plant areas occupy limited space, the greening area in the plant can be reduced, and if the roof is placed on a roof, the requirement on the load of the roof is large.
2) The equipment is exposed in the atmosphere for a long time, and the surface appearance is greatly reduced through continuous wind blowing and rain showering, and particularly, the corrosion on the surface of the stainless steel or carbon steel UV photolysis box body is accelerated.
3) The running noise of the fan matched with the equipment is larger.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an integrated UV photolysis apparatus for underground use, which solves at least one of the problems of the prior art.
The technical scheme provided by the invention aiming at the problems is as follows:
a deodorization underground integral UV photolysis device comprises a tank body, a deodorization device for removing odor and monitoring odor treatment conditions in real time, a safety maintenance device capable of ensuring the safety of maintainers during maintenance, and an intelligent sewage discharge device capable of discharging sewage at the bottom of the tank body, wherein the tank body is arranged below the ground, and the deodorization device, the safety maintenance device and the intelligent sewage discharge device are all arranged in the tank body;
the water-proof and noise-reduction tank is characterized in that a cement shell capable of preventing water and reducing noise of the tank body is arranged outside the tank body, a waterproof layer and a noise-reduction layer are sequentially arranged on the inner side of the cement shell from outside to inside, and a buffer layer capable of buffering the pressure of the tank body on the cement shell after the tank body is heated and expanded comprises a plurality of X-shaped movable supports which are movably connected in pairs;
the deodorization device comprises an odor treatment component for treating odor and an odor monitoring component for monitoring odor in real time, wherein an exhaust pipe is connected to the tank body, one end of the exhaust pipe penetrates through the tank body to be connected with the exhaust end of the odor treatment component, the odor monitoring component is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body and is in wireless connection with an intelligent terminal, and odor concentration information can be displayed on the intelligent terminal;
the safety maintenance device comprises an electric lifting ladder, a microcontroller, a ventilation assembly, a self-locking assembly and an automatic illumination assembly, wherein the ventilation assembly can prevent the odor concentration in the tank body from being too high to ventilate the interior of the tank body when the odor concentration in the tank body is too high, the self-locking assembly can seal the tank body to prevent maintainers from entering the tank body when the odor concentration in the tank body is too high, the automatic illumination assembly can provide illumination for the maintainers, an overhaul channel for manual maintenance is arranged at an opening of the tank body, the electric lifting ladder is arranged in the overhaul channel, the ventilation assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the tank body and can be communicated with the interior of the tank body, the self-locking assembly is arranged at the opening of the tank body, the automatic illumination assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, the odor monitoring assembly is connected with the input end of the microcontroller, and the electric lifting ladder, the self-locking assembly, the ventilation assembly and the automatic illumination assembly are all connected with the output end of the microcontroller;
the ventilation assembly comprises an air inlet assembly and an air outlet assembly, the air inlet assembly and the air outlet assembly are connected with the output end of the microcontroller, the air inlet assembly and the air outlet assembly are further provided with an independent standby power supply and a wireless emergency switch, and the wireless emergency switch can be carried by a maintainer to open emergency exhaust during maintenance.
The inner wall of the tank body is also provided with a mechanical switch for preventing the overhauler from being trapped in the tank body due to overhigh odor concentration in the tank body.
Preferably, intelligence blowdown subassembly includes level gauge, pump machine, drain pipe, and the level gauge setting is at jar internal wall, and the pump machine setting is at jar internal bottom portion, and drain pipe one end is passed a jar external wall and is connected the pump machine, and the other end can be connected with the sewage pipe network in the factory.
Preferably, the odor treatment assembly comprises a UV photolyzer and a fan, a grid plate is arranged at the bottom in the tank body, a support column is arranged below the grid plate, UV photolysis equipment is placed on the grid plate, one end of the UV photolyzer is connected with an air inlet pipe, the other end of the air inlet pipe penetrates out of the inner wall of the tank body and is connected with an external odor source, an exhaust pipe is connected with an exhaust end of the UV photolyzer, and the fan is arranged on an exhaust pipeline.
Preferably, the odor monitoring assembly comprises a gas sensor, the gas sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, a wireless transmitter capable of transmitting detection information to an intelligent terminal is further arranged in the tank body, a signal antenna for enhancing wireless signals is further arranged on the tank body, the gas sensor is connected with the input end of a microcontroller, the wireless transmitter is connected with the output end of the microcontroller, and the wireless transmitter is wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the underground integral UV photolysis equipment for deodorization comprises a tank body 1, a deodorization device for removing odor and monitoring odor treatment conditions in real time, a safety maintenance device for ensuring the safety of maintainers during maintenance, and an intelligent sewage discharge device for discharging sewage at the bottom of the tank body 1, wherein the tank body 1 is arranged below the ground, and the deodorization device, the safety maintenance device and the intelligent sewage discharge device are all arranged in the tank body 1; the water-proof and noise-reduction tank comprises a tank body 1, a water-proof layer 19 and a noise-reduction layer 18, wherein the water-proof layer 19 is arranged outside the tank body 1 and can be used for preventing water and noise of the tank body 1, the water-proof layer and the noise-reduction layer 18 are sequentially arranged inside the water-proof layer 19 from outside to inside, a buffer layer 17 capable of buffering the pressure of the tank body 1 on the water-proof layer 19 after the tank body 1 is heated and expanded is arranged on the buffer layer 17, the buffer layer 17 comprises a plurality of X-shaped movable supports 20, and every two supports are movably connected; in the actual construction process, the cement shell 19 can be divided into two halves for independent construction, the tank body 1 can be conveniently placed into the cement shell 19, the two halves of the cement shell 19 are manufactured, after the waterproof layer, the sound attenuation layer 18 and the buffer layer 17 are manufactured in the cement shell 19, the tank body 1 is placed into one half of the cement shell 19, and then the other half of the cement shell 19 is butted with the tank body 1, so that the tank body 1 can be wrapped in the cement shell; supporting legs 10 can be further arranged at four corners of the tank body 1, so that the stability can be improved when the tank body is placed underground;
the waterproof layer is made of waterproof paint, the silencing layer 18 is made of silencing sponge, the tank body 1 is a horizontal cylindrical tank body 1 and is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, the tank body 1 can be prevented from being corroded by underground water due to the waterproof paint, and the silencing sponge can further eliminate noise generated by operation of equipment in the tank body 1; the waterproof coating is coated between the cement layer and the sound-deadening sponge; after the equipment in the tank body 1 runs for a long time, the equipment generates heat, the heat is accumulated in the tank body 1, the temperature in the tank body 1 is high, so that the tank body 1 is expanded, the compression of the expansion of the tank body 1 on the cement shell 19 can be reduced through the movable support 20 with the X shape, and the cracking of the cement shell 19 is avoided;
the deodorization device comprises an odor treatment component for treating odor and an odor monitoring component for monitoring the odor in real time, wherein an exhaust pipe 11 is connected to the tank body 1, one end of the exhaust pipe 11 penetrates through the tank body 1 to be connected with the exhaust end of the odor treatment component, the odor monitoring component is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body 1 and is in wireless connection with an intelligent terminal, odor concentration information can be displayed on the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal can be a computer, a mobile phone and other equipment;
the safety maintenance device comprises an electric elevator 8, a microcontroller 4, a ventilation component capable of preventing the odor concentration in the tank body 1 from being too high to ventilate the interior of the tank body 1 during maintenance, a self-locking component capable of sealing the tank body 1 to prevent maintainers from entering the tank body 1 when the odor concentration in the tank body 1 is too high, and an automatic illumination component capable of providing illumination for the maintainers, wherein an overhaul channel 7 for manual maintenance is arranged AT an opening of the tank body 1, the electric elevator 8 is arranged in the overhaul channel 7, the ventilation component is arranged on the outer wall of the tank body 1 and can be communicated with the interior of the tank body 1, the self-locking component is arranged AT the opening of the tank body 1, the automatic illumination component is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body 1, the odor monitoring component is connected with the input end of the microcontroller 4, the electric elevator 8, the self-locking component, the ventilation component and the automatic illumination component are all connected with the output end of the microcontroller 4, the microcontroller 4 is a microcontroller 4 of AT89C2051 or TMS320VC5509A and the like in the prior art, and the electric elevator 8 is a common electric elevator in the prior art and is not much described herein;
the subassembly of taking a breath includes the subassembly of admitting air and the subassembly of giving vent to anger, and the subassembly of admitting air and the subassembly of giving vent to anger all are connected with 4 output ends of microcontroller, the subassembly of admitting air still is equipped with solitary stand-by power supply and wireless emergency switch with the subassembly of giving vent to anger, and wireless emergency switch can be carried with by maintainer when overhauing and open urgent exhaust.
The inner wall of the tank body 1 is also provided with a mechanical switch for preventing the overhauler from being trapped in the tank body 1 due to overhigh odor concentration in the tank body 1.
In this embodiment, the intelligent sewage draining assembly comprises a liquid level meter, a pump 14 and a water draining pipe 15, wherein the liquid level meter is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body 1, the pump 14 is arranged at the bottom in the tank body 1, one end of the water draining pipe 15 penetrates through the outer wall of the tank body 1 and is connected with the pump 14, and the other end of the water draining pipe can be connected with a sewage pipe network in a plant area; when the liquid level meter detects that the sewage at the bottom of the tank body 1 exceeds the limit, the micro-controller 4 transmits information to the pump 14, so that the pump 14 works, and the sewage is discharged into a sewage pipe network of a plant area through the drain pipe 15.
In this embodiment, the odor treatment component includes a UV photolysis device, a fan 3, a grid plate 12 is disposed at the bottom of the tank body 1, a support column 13 is disposed below the grid plate 12, the UV photolysis device 2 is disposed on the grid plate 12, one end of the UV photolysis device is connected to an air inlet pipe, the other end of the air inlet pipe penetrates out of the inner wall of the tank body 1 to be connected with an external malodorous gas source, the exhaust pipe 11 is connected with an exhaust end of the UV photolysis device, the fan 3 is disposed on the exhaust pipe 11, the UV photolysis device 2 at this position is identical to the UV photolysis device 2 in the prior art in structure and principle, and those skilled in the art should know the same, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, the odor monitoring component comprises a gas sensor 5, the gas sensor 5 is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body 1, a wireless transmitter capable of transmitting detection information to an intelligent terminal is further arranged in the tank body 1, a signal antenna 29 for enhancing wireless signals is further arranged on the tank body 1, the gas sensor 5 is connected with the input end of the microcontroller 4, the wireless transmitter is connected with the output end of the microcontroller 4, the wireless transmitter is wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal, the gas sensor 5 can detect odor information in the tank body 1 and transmit the odor information to the wireless transmitter, and the wireless transmitter transmits the information to the wireless terminal; the signal antenna 29 for strengthening the signal is arranged, the transmission of wireless information is influenced mainly because of the difference of underground signals, the technical principle and the structure of the signal antenna 29 are the same as those of the existing signal antenna 29, the signal antenna 29 is mainly used for strengthening the signal of wireless transmission, the information can be transmitted in real time, and the odor inside the tank body 1 can be monitored in real time.
In this embodiment, an anemoscope 6 capable of judging the operation condition of the UV photolysis device 2 is arranged in the air inlet pipe, the anemoscope 6 is connected with the input end of the micro-controller 4, the wireless transmitter is connected with the output end of the micro-controller 4, and the wireless transmitter is wirelessly connected with an intelligent terminal; the wind speed detected by the anemoscope 6 is transmitted to the intelligent terminal, so that the working state of the equipment can be observed by workers through the wind speed, and the equipment needs to be overhauled if the equipment is abnormal.
In this embodiment, the entrance of service aisle 7 still is equipped with weather shield 21, and weather shield 21 is the umbrella structure to it is fixed with service aisle 7 entry through a support, and the effect of weather shield 21 lies in can organizing the rainwater entering of top, avoids outside water to flow into jar body 1 inside.
In this embodiment, the air outlet assembly includes an air outlet channel 9, a first electric translation door 27 capable of opening the air outlet channel 9, and a first axial flow fan 28, the air inlet assembly includes an air inlet channel 16, a second electric translation door 25 capable of opening the air inlet channel 16, and a second axial flow fan 263, the air outlet channel 9 is connected to one side of the outer wall of the tank body 1 and can be communicated with the inside of the tank body 1, the first electric translation door 27 is disposed at the connection position of the air exchange channel and the inner wall of the tank body 1, the first axial flow fan 28 is disposed in the air outlet channel 9, the air inlet channel 16 is connected to the other side of the outside of the tank body 1 and can be communicated with the inside of the tank body 1, the second electric translation door 25 is disposed at the connection position of the air inlet channel 16 and the inner wall of the tank body 1, and the second axial flow fan 26 is disposed in the air inlet channel 16; the self-locking assembly comprises an electric rotating door 22, and the electric rotating door 22 is arranged at the inlet of the access passage 7; the electric revolving door 22 and the electric elevator 8 are both connected with a separate standby power supply, once the circuit fails, the standby power supply can be electrified through a mechanical switch, and the electric elevator 8 and the electric revolving door 22 are opened to evacuate; the electric revolving door 22 has the same structure and principle as the electric revolving door body in the prior art; the automatic lighting assembly comprises an LED lamp 23 and an emergency lighting lamp 24, and the LED lamp 23 and the emergency lighting lamp 24 are arranged at the top in the tank body 1.
In the embodiment, in specific implementation: the gas sensor 5 detects odor information in the tank body 1 in real time, when the concentration of the odor in the tank body reaches a set value of water, the microcontroller 4 transmits information to the electric rotating door 22 to close the electric rotating door 22, and simultaneously transmits information to the first electric translation door 27 and the second electric translation door 25, the first electric translation door 27 and the second electric translation door 25 are opened, the first axial flow fan 28 and the second axial flow fan 26 synchronously receive the information of the microcontroller 4 to start working, the odor concentration in the tank body 1 is adjusted, when the odor concentration in the tank body 1 is reduced to be below the set value, the first electric translation door 27 and the second electric translation door 25 are closed, and the first axial flow fan 28 and the second axial flow fan 26 are closed; here, the electric revolving door 22 is closed to prevent the maintainer from entering the tank 1 when the odor concentration is too high, and also prevent other people from entering by mistake, when the odor concentration is too high during the maintenance of the staff, the ventilation is performed as in the above working state, but at this time, if the internal circuit fails to cause the failure of the internal machine equipment, the LED lamp 23 goes out, the emergency lighting lamp 24 is turned on, and meanwhile, the maintainer can start the wireless emergency switch to turn on the first electric translation door 27 and the second electric translation door 25, and the first axial fan 28 and the second axial fan 26 work to discharge the odor, if the evacuation is needed, the mechanical switch needs to be started to electrify the electric revolving door and the electric elevator, and the maintainer is evacuated through the electric elevator.
