Observation of clinical curative effect
The prescription of the invention is prepared by selecting traditional Chinese medicines, has high safety and no toxic or side effect. In clinical practice, the inventor does not find that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has adverse reaction and related side effect on patients by clinical treatment and observation on the patients. The invention has obvious curative effect on diabetes and high comprehensive effective rate.
The invention is used for observing the clinical curative effect of diabetes
According to the new diagnosis standard 1999WHO of diabetes, the disease of the symptoms listed in the guidance principle of clinical research of new Chinese medicine in 2002, the main detection index and the curative effect judgment standard, and the symptoms listed in the classification scale of diabetes symptoms, the diagnosis of I and II type diabetes is met by the judgment of clinical data, and the summary is as follows:
the evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:
the effect is shown: after treatment, the symptoms basically disappear, fasting blood sugar is less than 7.2mmol/L (130 mg/dL), blood sugar is less than 8.3mmol/L (150 mg/dL) after 2 hours of meal, the total amount of urine sugar is less than 10.0g after 24 hours, or the total amount of blood sugar and urine sugar after 24 hours is reduced by more than 30 percent compared with the total amount before treatment.
The method has the following advantages: the symptoms are obviously improved after treatment, fasting blood sugar is less than 8.3mmol/L (150 mg/dL), blood sugar is less than 10.0mmol/L (180 mg/dL) after 2 hours of meal, the total urine sugar amount at 24 hours is less than 25.0g, or the total urine sugar amount at 24 hours is reduced by more than 10 percent compared with the total urine sugar amount before treatment.
And (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not obviously improved after treatment, and the blood sugar and urine sugar are reduced without meeting the standards.
The dosage and the usage are as follows: (1) oral liquid: the preparation is administered 2 times a day, 20ml each time, and after breakfast and supper; (2) pill preparation: 2 times a day, 4-6 granules each time, and is taken after breakfast and supper; (3) granule: it is administered 2 times a day, one packet each time, and after breakfast and supper.
The treatment time is as follows: 11 weeks is a course of treatment.
The principle of medication and treatment: for the diabetes patients who use medical insulin or other hypoglycemic drugs, the taking of the medical insulin or other hypoglycemic drugs cannot be stopped immediately when the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken, because the body and the course of disease have a buffering receiving process for new drugs and must be replaced sequentially according to the disease condition until the traditional Chinese medicine composition takes effect, controls the course of disease and can stop taking other drugs. For patients with diabetes II and diabetes mellitus-like hyperglycemia, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be directly taken. The Chinese medicinal composition can also be used for preventing diabetes.
Typical cases are:
1. the patients: li Sheng, sex: male, age: age 43
