Abstract
本发明公开了一种MXene洗发露及其制备方法,包括护发素,主要由按照重量份数计的以下组分制备而成:香精1‑3份,维生素1‑8份,MXene 1‑10份,增稠剂1‑5份和一定量的水,总量为100份。本发明所述MXene洗发露,能有效吸附毛囊分泌多余油脂,不会出现洗发后头皮难透气,油腻厚重的现象,头发清洗后更加顺滑飘逸清爽,还增加头发的光泽;同时具有促进头发生长修复以及头皮血液循环、抗菌抑菌的特点。本发明不含防腐剂、表面活性剂、调节剂等,减少添加剂对毛囊的刺激,达到改进洗发水的整体温和性,更能保证头皮和头发的健康。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种MXene洗发露及其制备方法,包括护发素。
背景技术
洗发用品已经成为人类日常生活中的必需品,通常用来清洁头皮和调理头发。目前市场上洗发产品种类众多,其档次相差也比较大,一些低档产品多数都是由各种化学合成的表面活性剂和化学添加剂勾兑而成,长期使用虽然能起到基本的除污作用,但会对头皮过度脱脂,导致有害物质残留在头皮,产生刺激性瘙痒,从而导致头发干枯受损严重,脱发、秃发和发质损伤。再加上日趋严重的环境污染,头皮上的真菌越来越多,导致头皮各种病状。
维生素又名维他命,是维持体生命活动必不可少的一类有机物质,也是保持人体健康的重要活性物质。维生素在体内的含量很少,但不可或缺,适量维生素的补充,有助于促进头皮内血液循环,改善发质,防治脱发。
MXene材料是一类具有二维层状结构的金属碳化物和金属氮化物材料,由多种元素组成,例如,Ti3C2时为Ti和C;双过渡金属碳化物时则为Ti/Mo/C;多种元素对目标生物分子的亲和力不同,具备吸附去除小分子异物、小面积杂质的优势。MXene具有类芬顿效应,可以去除羟基自由基,杀菌抑菌。还可以运输更多的氧气,维生素和能量对毛囊细胞以进行修复,达到护理头皮和头发的效果。当MXene在头皮表面达到吸附饱和时,对头发进行热处理,例如:吹风机、灯光辐照等方法,利用MXene的光热效果对头皮进行理疗,更科学地护理了头皮和头发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种MXene洗发露及其制备方法,包括护发素,其成分健康无害,工序简单,同时具备多功能效果,绿色环保,成本低。
本发明所述的MXene洗发露,其原理是通过将MXene与香精、维生素共混并分散均匀,利用维生素来促进头皮内血液循环、滋润头发、改善发质、防治脱发、帮助头发再生,利用MXene极高的比表面积、超强的导电性和强度等优点来保持头发顺滑、强韧有劲,防止头发分叉、干枯、断裂及损伤,同时吸附头皮表面油脂,实现抗菌抑菌的效果,从而科学、健康地护理头皮和头发。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种MXene洗发露,包括护发素,其特征在于,主要由按照重量份数计的以下组份制备而成:香精 1-3份,维生素1-8份,MXene 1-10份,增稠剂1-5份和一定量的水,总量为100份。
进一步的, 所述香精为:花木型香精、水果型香精中的一种或者几种任意比组合;
进一步的, 所述维生素为:维生素A、维生素 B、维生素C、维生素E、水溶性维生素中的一种或几种任意比组合;

进一步的,所述的MXene洗发露的制备方法为:按成分配比称取各原料,首先将MXene材料分散在水中,超声得到稳定的胶体溶液,在胶体溶液中加入香精、维生素,室温下超声分散30 min-2 h,加入增稠剂,调节至目标黏度,采用高速搅拌10 min-2 h,真空除气泡,得到该护理性MXene洗发露。
与现有技术相比,本发明的主要优点在于:
(1)本发明所提供的护理性MXene洗发露,含有维生素和MXene,维生素的添加使得在洗头的时候稍加按摩,就可以达到增加头发韧性的效果,可以使得头发更加柔顺光亮,此外还能够保护细胞的细胞膜,使头发减少氧化,不受紫外线的伤害,更有光泽,有弹性。
(2)MXene材料由多种元素组成,多种元素对目标生物分子的亲和力不同,具备吸附去除小分子异物、多余油脂、小面积杂质的优势。
(3)MXene具有类芬顿效应,可以去除羟基自由基,杀菌抑菌。还可以运输更多的氧气,维生素和能量对毛囊细胞以进行修复,达到护理头皮和头发的效果。
(4)当MXene在头皮表面达到吸附饱和时,对头发进行热处理,例如:吹风机、灯光辐照等方法,利用MXene的光热效果对头皮进行理疗,更科学地护理了头皮和头发。
(5)本发明所提供的护理性MXene洗发露,不含防腐剂、表面活性剂、调节剂、色素等,减少添加剂对毛囊的刺激,达到改进洗发水的整体温和性,更能保证头皮和头发的健康。生产工艺简单绿色健康,适合大规模生产和广泛使用。

水 至100 wt%;玫瑰花香1.5 wt%;维生素B 2 wt%;Ti3C2纳米片7 wt%;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2 wt%。
按成分配比称取各原料,首先将Ti3C2纳米片分散在水中,超声得到稳定的胶体溶液,在胶体溶液中加入玫瑰香精、维生素B,室温下超声分散30 min-2 h,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,调节至目标黏度,采用高速搅拌10 min-2 h,真空除气泡,得到该护理性MXene洗发露。
具体实施例2
—种MXene洗发露,主要成分如下:
水 至100 wt%;薄荷香精1.5 wt%;维生素E 2 wt%;V2C纳米片4 wt%;增稠剂2wt%。
按成分配比称取各原料,首先将V2C纳米片分散在水中,超声得到稳定的胶体溶液,在胶体溶液中加入薄荷香精、维生素E,室温下超声分散30 min-2 h,加入增稠剂,调节至目标黏度,采用高速搅拌10 min-2 h,真空除气泡,得到该护理性MXene洗发露。
具体实施例3
—种MXene护发素,主要成分如下:
水 至100 wt%;薄荷香精2 wt%;维生素E 2 wt%;V2C纳米片4 wt%;增稠剂1 wt%。
按成分配比称取各原料,首先将V2C纳米片分散在水中,超声得到稳定的胶体溶液,在胶体溶液中加入薄荷香精、维生素E,室温下超声分散30 min-2 h,加入增稠剂,调节至目标黏度,采用高速搅拌10 min-2 h,真空除气泡,得到该护理性MXene护发素。
