In the present invention, the leakage preventing member I has a convex structure with two wide ends and a narrow middle, the leakage preventing member I is in a convex state in a natural state, and the liquid permeable surface layer is composed of a convex portion 102 and a horizontal portion 101, the leakage preventing member I has a convex structure in a natural state with respect to the horizontal portion of the liquid permeable surface layer, and the convex structure is a fusiform or elliptic fluffy structure obtained by compositely cutting a non-woven fabric and a super absorbent resin absorbent paper, so that the leakage preventing member I not only can not cause people to feel extrusion when contacting with human skin, but also has good comfort, and can be absorbed by the leakage preventing member I in time when a large amount of liquid flows out, thereby effectively preventing liquid side leakage.
In the invention, the leakage-proof component I is obtained by compounding non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin absorbent paper, specifically, one or more layers of non-woven fabrics can be adopted to fully wrap one or more layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper, and a convex structure with wide middle and narrow two ends is obtained after cutting and compounding in sequence; meanwhile, the area of the non-woven fabric should be larger than that of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper when cutting is carried out, so that the leakage-proof effect of the leakage-proof component I is improved more favorably. The leakage preventing member I may be a shuttle shape or an oval shape, and in the present invention, the leakage preventing member I is preferably a shuttle shape, which is more advantageous in that the leakage preventing member forms a convex structure, so that the leakage preventing member is more comfortable when being attached to a human body, and is more advantageous in preventing side leakage of liquid.
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage preventing member I200 has a side length of 9 to 13cm in the longitudinal direction and a side length of 3 to 6cm in the width direction.
In the present invention, the side length of the leakage preventing member I in the longitudinal direction and the side length thereof in the width direction are measured as the length of the leakage preventing member I or the distance between the two points farthest in the width direction. For example, in fig. 4, the side length of the leakage preventing member I in the longitudinal direction is L1, the side length in the width direction is L2, and the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the leakage preventing member I in the present invention are consistent with the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the leakage preventing absorbent article; in some preferred embodiments, the leakage preventing member I in the present invention has a side length in the longitudinal direction of 9 to 13cm (for example, 9cm, 10cm, 11cm, 12cm or 13cm may be used), and a side length in the width direction of 3 to 6cm (for example, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm or 6cm may be used). The arrangement of the side length range can ensure that the leakage-proof component I has excellent leakage-proof effect and comfort; when the range of each side length is lower or higher than the above range, the leakage preventing effect and comfort of the leakage preventing member I are deteriorated.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 300 is at least one selected from the group consisting of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dry-process super absorbent paper, composite core structure, and nonwoven fabric-wrapped super absorbent resin structure;

The absorption layer is formed by compounding a small convex core and at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper; wherein the small convex core is of a foam cotton structure; the thickness of the small convex core is 2.5-3.5 mm. The small convex core 3A is closer to the liquid-permeable surface layer than the at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper 3B.
In the invention, the absorption layer is made of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, which means that the absorption layer is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet-process papermaking process, and each layer of wet-process papermaking super absorbent resin absorbent paper is formed by two raw paper layers and super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the absorbent layer is dust-free paper and super absorbent resin absorbent paper, which means that the super absorbent resin is compounded between two layers of dust-free paper; the absorbent layer is made of absorbent paper by a dry method, namely, a structure of a mixed layer formed by mixing super absorbent resin and fluff pulp is compounded between two layers of wet strength paper layers by a dry method papermaking process, and the mass ratio between the super absorbent resin and the fluff pulp is achieved by adopting the common proportion in the existing dry method papermaking process; the absorbent layer is a composite core structure, which means that the absorbent layer sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a super absorbent resin layer, a fluffy cotton layer, a super absorbent resin layer and a dust-free paper layer from top to bottom, the dust-free paper layer and the fluffy cotton layer are not particularly limited, and the absorbent layer is made of dust-free paper or fluffy cotton commonly used for preparing composite cores in the prior art; the non-woven fabric wrapped with the super absorbent resin absorbent paper refers to a structure formed by wrapping one or more layers of non-woven fabrics with one or more layers of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, and the non-woven fabrics can be one of hot air non-woven fabrics, spun-bonded non-woven fabrics or spun-laced non-woven fabrics.
In the invention, the absorption layer can also be a foam cotton composite super absorbent resin absorbent paper structure, namely a structure formed by wrapping polyurethane foam cotton with one or more layers of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, and the foam cotton has good haemophilic effect, and can further improve the liquid absorption speed and liquid locking capacity of the absorption layer after being compounded with the super absorbent resin absorbent paper. More preferably, the absorption layer adopts at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper to wrap the foam cotton structure, and the foam cotton is used as a convex small core structure in the absorption layer, and the position of the convex small core structure corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I and is attached to the pudendum position of a human body; according to the invention, through the interaction of the convex small core and the leakage-proof component I, the side leakage or the rear leakage of liquid can be further prevented, when the liquid flows out, the convex small core can be used for blocking the pudendum, so that the liquid is absorbed by the convex small core in time, and the probability of the liquid flowing out of the pudendum is reduced; secondly, when the liquid volume is great, leak protection part I can in time absorb liquid, can effectively prevent liquid side leakage or back leak.
In the present invention, the area of the absorbent layer is slightly smaller than the area of the liquid-permeable top sheet, the area of the small protruding core in the absorbent layer is smaller than the area of the high absorbent resin absorbent paper, the shape of the small protruding core may be rectangular, for example, in order to further improve the comfort level when the absorbent layer is attached to the pudendum of a human body, the shape of the small protruding core is preferably rectangular with rounded corners, meanwhile, in the present invention, the length of the small protruding core may be 8 to 10cm (for example, may be 8cm, 8.5cm, 9cm, 9.5cm or 10 cm), the width may be 2 to 4cm (for example, may be 2cm, 2.5cm, 3cm, 3.5cm or 4 cm), and the thickness of the small protruding core may be 2.5 to 3.5mm (for example, may be 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.2mm or 3.5 mm), so that the liquid is not only absorbed in time, but also the comfort level is not caused.
According to some preferred embodiments, the small convex core 3A is provided with a hole pattern of at least one selected from a circle, an ellipse, a heart, a square or a diamond.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the aperture of the perforated structure is 1.5-2.5 mm (e.g., may be 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.2mm, or 2.5 mm).
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the convex small core of the absorbent layer may further be provided with a hole punching structure, so that the liquid absorbing speed of the convex small core can be further improved, the hole shape of the hole punching structure may be selected from any one of a circle, an ellipse, a heart, a square or a rectangle, the hole shape of the hole punching structure is not particularly limited, and the hole shape of the hole punching structure may be other shapes, so long as the aperture of the hole punching structure is ensured to be 1.5-2.5 mm. Meanwhile, in the invention, when the hole pattern of the punching structure is non-circular, the aperture of the punching structure is an aperture meter with circumscribed circles of other shapes.
According to some preferred embodiments, the pores of the perforated structure are composited with bacteriostasis factors.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the bacteriostatic factors are notoginseng and aloe; the weight ratio of the pseudo-ginseng to the aloe is (2.5-3.5): (0.5-1.5) (e.g., may be 2.5:0.5, 2.8:0.8, 3:1, 3.2:1.2, or 3.5:1.5).
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the punching structure of the convex small core can be a half hole or a through hole, generally, the prior art easily thinks that the punching structure is arranged on the foam cotton to improve the liquid absorption speed of the foam cotton, however, the invention firstly compounds the antibacterial factors in the holes of the punching structure of the convex small core, and unexpectedly, after the antibacterial factors are compounded in the holes of the convex small core, the invention can not only reduce the absorption speed of the convex small core, but also endow the convex small core with good antibacterial effect, can prevent bacteria from entering pudendum through the convex small core, and effectively reduce the occurrence probability of gynecological diseases. Meanwhile, the punching structure of the convex small core is preferably a half hole, wherein the half hole is a punching structure at two thirds of the thickness direction of the convex small core, specifically, the hole of the punching structure extends from the upper surface of the convex small core to the lower surface of the convex small core, and the depth of the hole of the punching structure accounts for two thirds of the thickness of the convex small core; therefore, the bacteriostatic factors can be ensured to be better fixed in the convex small core, and the phenomenon that the bacteriostatic factors are dislocated due to liquid flushing, so that the bacteriostatic effect of the convex small core is poor is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the bacteriostatic factors include, but are not limited to, notoginseng and aloe, and may also be selected from other types of bacteriostatic factors, such as honeysuckle, mugwort or clove, according to the actual bacteriostatic requirement.
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage preventing part II 600 is a fan ring having a central angle of 30 ° to 45 ° (for example, 30 °, 35 °, 40 ° or 45 °), an outer arc radius of 6 to 8cm (for example, 6cm, 6.5cm, 7cm, 7.5cm or 8 cm), and an inner arc radius of 1.5 to 2cm (for example, 1.5cm, 1.6cm, 1.7cm, 1.8cm, 1.9cm or 2 cm).
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage preventing member II 600 includes at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the leakage preventing component II is a fan ring, and the inner arc and the outer arc of the fan ring are parallel to the arcs of the liquid permeable surface layer, the absorbing layer and the air permeable bottom layer. The invention mainly controls the size of the leakage-proof component II through the central angle, the outer arc radius and the inner arc radius corresponding to the fan ring, and can improve the utilization rate of the leakage-proof component II on the basis of ensuring the excellent back leakage-proof effect of the leakage-proof component II when the central angle, the outer arc radius and the inner arc radius corresponding to the fan ring are within the range specified by the invention. The leakage-proof component II in the invention can be formed by cutting one or more layers of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
The super absorbent resin absorbent paper adopted in the invention is super absorbent resin absorbent paper which is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two layers of base paper through wet papermaking, wherein the particle size of the super absorbent resin is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1mL/min; the gram weight of the prepared super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 20-300 g/m 2 Preferably 70 to 150g/m 2
According to some preferred embodiments, the leakage-proof sanitary article further comprises three-dimensional protectors 500 provided at both sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein, the three-dimensional guard 500 is formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and rubber strings;
the breathable bottom layer 400 is a breathable and waterproof PE film.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the leak-proof sanitary absorbent article, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Manufacturing an absorption layer 300;
grinding the antibacterial factors to obtain 110-130 mesh antibacterial factor particles; punching and cutting foam cotton to obtain a small convex core 3A with a punching structure; filling the antibacterial factor particles into a convex small core 3A with a punching structure, and compositing the antibacterial factor particles with at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper 3B to obtain the absorption layer;
(2) Manufacturing a leakage prevention part I200 and a leakage prevention part II 600;
wrapping the super absorbent resin absorbent paper with non-woven fabrics, and folding and cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper to obtain the leakage-proof component I200;
cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper to obtain the leakage-proof component II 600;
(3) A composite leakage preventing member II 600 is glued at the rear end of the absorption layer 300 in the length direction, a composite leakage preventing member I is glued on the upper surface of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the absorption layer, and the position of the small convex core corresponds to the central position of the leakage preventing member I;
(4) The leakage-proof sanitary absorbent article is obtained by sequentially adhering a composite liquid-permeable top sheet 100 and a three-dimensional enclosure 500 to the upper surface of the leakage-proof member I200, and adhering a composite air-permeable bottom sheet 400 to the lower surface of the absorbent layer 300.
In order to ensure that the leakage preventing component I is in a convex state in a natural state, when the leakage preventing component I is stuck on the surface of the super absorbent resin of the absorption layer, only the periphery of the edge of the leakage preventing component I is stuck, so that the leakage preventing component I is more beneficial to forming a convex structure.
It should be noted that in the invention, firstly, the antibacterial factors are ground to obtain antibacterial factor particles of 110-130 meshes (for example, 110 meshes, 120 meshes or 130 meshes), and by adopting the antibacterial factors in the particle size range, not only can the uniform mixing of the two antibacterial factors be ensured, but also the excellent liquid absorption performance of the antibacterial factors can be ensured; and then the antibacterial factor particles are compacted after filling the pores of the foam cotton with the perforated structure, so that the displacement of the antibacterial factor particles can be avoided, and the antibacterial liquid absorption effect of the convex small core is influenced.
In fig. 1 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other for clarity in illustrating the positional relationship of the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the present invention is actually a close and/or partial bond between the structural layers.
The length and thickness of each layer of the leak-proof sanitary absorbent article are not particularly limited except for the special description, and the conventional length and thickness can be adopted.
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical scheme and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described below with reference to examples.
Example 1
A leakproof sanitary absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a leakproof component I, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer (PE breathable film) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
(1) Manufacturing an absorption layer;
grinding Notoginseng radix and aloe with a weight ratio of 3:1 to obtain antibacterial factor granule of 130 meshes; punching foam cotton (the depth of punching is two thirds of the thickness of the foam cotton) and cutting to obtain a convex small core structure (the length is 3cm, the width is 3cm, and the thickness is 3 mm) of a punching structure; wherein the hole pattern of the punching structure is round, and the aperture is 2mm; filling the pores of the convex small core structure with antibacterial factor particles, compacting, and wrapping the convex small core structure with a layer of high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper to obtain an absorption layer;
(2) Manufacturing a leakage-proof component I and a leakage-proof component II:
wrapping a layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper by adopting a layer of non-woven fabric, and folding and cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper into a shuttle shape to obtain a leakage-proof component I; wherein, the side length L1 of the leakage preventing component I in the length direction is 9cm, and the side length L2 in the width direction is 4cm;
cutting a layer of super absorbent resin into a fan ring to obtain a leakage-proof component II; wherein, the central angle of the fan ring is 30 degrees, the radius of the outer arc is 7cm, and the radius of the inner arc is 1.5cm;
(3) The rear end in the length direction of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component II, the upper surface of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component I, and the position of the small convex core corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I;
(4) The upper surface of the leakage-proof component I is sequentially glued with a composite liquid-permeable surface layer (fine denier hot air non-woven fabric with single denier of 1 denier) and a three-dimensional guard (non-woven fabric composite rubber band), and the lower surface layer of the absorption layer is glued with a composite breathable bottom layer, so that the leakage-proof sanitary absorption product is obtained.
Example 2
A leakproof sanitary absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a leakproof component I, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer (PE breathable film) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
(1) Manufacturing an absorption layer;
grinding Notoginseng radix and aloe with weight ratio of 2.5:1.5 to obtain antibacterial factor granule of 120 meshes; punching foam cotton (the depth of punching is two thirds of the thickness of the foam cotton) and cutting to obtain a convex small core structure (2.5 cm long, 3.5cm wide and 2.8mm thick) with a punching structure; wherein the hole pattern of the punching structure is round, and the aperture is 2.5mm; filling the pores of the convex small core structure with antibacterial factor particles, compacting, and wrapping the convex small core structure with a layer of high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper to obtain an absorption layer;
(2) Manufacturing a leakage-proof component I and a leakage-proof component II:
wrapping a layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper by adopting a layer of non-woven fabric, and folding and cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper into a shuttle shape to obtain a leakage-proof component I; wherein, the side length L1 of the leakage preventing component I in the length direction is 10cm, and the side length L2 in the width direction is 5cm;
cutting a layer of super absorbent resin into a fan ring to obtain a leakage-proof component II; wherein, the central angle of the fan ring is 45 degrees, the radius of the outer arc is 8cm, and the radius of the inner arc is 2cm;
(3) The rear end in the length direction of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component II, the upper surface of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component I, and the position of the small convex core corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I;
(4) The upper surface of the leakage-proof component I is sequentially glued with a composite liquid-permeable surface layer (fine denier hot air non-woven fabric with the single filament number of 0.5) and a three-dimensional guard (non-woven fabric composite rubber band), and the lower surface layer of the absorption layer is glued with a composite breathable bottom layer, so that the leakage-proof sanitary absorption product is obtained.
Example 3
A leakproof sanitary absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a leakproof component I, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer (PE breathable film) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
(1) Manufacturing an absorption layer;
grinding Notoginseng radix and aloe with a weight ratio of 3.5:1 to obtain antibacterial factor granule of 120 meshes; punching foam cotton (the depth of punching is two thirds of the thickness of the foam cotton) and cutting to obtain a convex small core structure (3.5 cm long, 4cm wide and 3.5mm thick) with a punching structure; wherein the hole pattern of the punching structure is diamond-shaped, and the diameter of the circumscribing circle is 2.5mm; filling the pores of the convex small core structure with antibacterial factor particles, compacting, and wrapping the convex small core structure by adopting two layers of high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper to obtain an absorption layer;
(2) Manufacturing a leakage-proof component I and a leakage-proof component II:
wrapping a layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper by adopting a layer of non-woven fabric, and folding and cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper into an oval shape to obtain a leakage-proof component I; wherein, the side length L1 of the leakage preventing component I in the length direction is 11cm, and the side length L2 in the width direction is 5.5cm;
cutting two layers of super absorbent resin into a fan shape to obtain a leakage-proof component II; wherein, the central angle of the fan shape is 40 degrees, and the radius is 6cm;
(3) The rear end in the length direction of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component II, the upper surface of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the absorption layer is glued with the composite leakage-proof component I, and the position of the small convex core corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I;
(4) The upper surface of the leakage-proof component I is sequentially glued with a composite liquid-permeable surface layer (fine denier hot air non-woven fabric with single denier of 1 denier) and a three-dimensional guard (non-woven fabric composite rubber band), and the lower surface layer of the absorption layer is glued with a composite breathable bottom layer, so that the leakage-proof sanitary absorption product is obtained.

The leak-proof sanitary absorbent articles of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to performance test in the present invention, respectively, and the results of the performance test are shown in Table 1.
The first test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time of 5mL, and recording the time of finishing each time of absorption as the absorption speed in s at intervals of 10 minutes for 2 times; reverse osmosis is to put 10g filter paper on the sanitary absorbent article for 1min under the pressure of 1.2kg after 5mL animal blood is absorbed by the sanitary towel for 5min, and weigh the gram weight added by the filter paper in g;
and a second test method: attaching the leakage-proof sanitary absorbing article to the bottom of the U-shaped groove, and longitudinally inclining to the left or right or backwards by 10 degrees for liquid adding test; taking animal blood for 2 times, 5mL each time, and 10 minutes at intervals of 2 times, receiving the animal blood for side leakage after each liquid adding through a tray, weighing and recording the side leakage amount, wherein the unit is g, and judging the side leakage prevention effect;
and a test method III: randomly selecting 20 persons, wearing the leak-proof absorbent article for trial, and judging the antibacterial and deodorizing effects.

From the above comparative data, it can be seen that the leak-proof sanitary absorbent articles of examples 1 to 3 have a high liquid absorption rate, a low reverse osmosis and good side leakage and back leakage preventing effects; in example 4, when the convex small core structure is not provided in the absorbent layer, the absorbent layer has poor fitting degree with the human body and cannot effectively inhibit bacteria; in example 5, when the convex small core in the absorbent layer is formed by folding the super absorbent resin absorbent paper and has no bacteriostasis factors and perforation structure, the bonding degree of the absorbent layer to the human body is poor, and compared with examples 1 to 3, the absorption speed of the absorbent layer is slower and no bacteriostasis effect is achieved; in example 6, when the center convex small core has no perforation structure and no antibacterial factor, not only the absorption speed of the absorption layer is reduced, but also the absorption layer has no antibacterial effect; meanwhile, in example 8, when other types of bacteriostatic factors are adopted for the convex small core, the bacteriostatic and deodorizing effects cannot be effectively achieved and the absorption speed of the convex small core can not be improved. In comparative examples 1 to 3, when the leakage preventing member I or II is not provided in the sanitary absorbent article, or other types of leakage preventing members are employed, the leakage preventing effect of the sanitary absorbent article is deteriorated; in comparative example 4, when neither the absorbent layer nor the leakage preventing member is of the type in the present invention, not only the absorption rate of the sanitary absorbent article is slowed, so that the dryness of the top sheet is poor, but also the leakage preventing effect (side leakage and back leakage) of the sanitary absorbent article is poor.

Claims (8)

1. A leak-proof sanitary absorbent article, characterized in that:
the leakage-proof sanitary absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a leakage-proof component I, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the leakage-proof component I is of a convex structure with a wide middle part and two narrow ends; the leakage-proof component I is used for preventing liquid from leaking laterally; the leakage-proof component I is fusiform or elliptic; the side length of the leakage-proof component I in the length direction is 9-13 cm, and the side length in the width direction is 3-6 cm; the leakage-proof component I is formed by compounding and folding non-woven fabrics and super absorbent resin absorbent paper;
the rear end of the absorption layer in the length direction is provided with a leakage-proof component II; the leakage-proof component II is a fan shape or a fan ring and is used for preventing liquid from leaking back; the absorption layer is formed by compounding a small convex core and at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper; wherein the small convex core is of a foam cotton structure; the thickness of the small convex core is 2.5-3.5 mm; the position of the small convex core structure corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I; a punching structure is arranged on the small convex core, and antibacterial factors are compounded in pores of the punching structure; the aperture of the punching structure is 1.5-2.5 mm; the antibacterial factors are pseudo-ginseng and aloe; the weight ratio of the pseudo-ginseng to the aloe is (2.5-3.5): (0.5 to 1.5).
2. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the liquid-permeable surface layer is at least one selected from hot air non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, pure cotton non-woven fabric or bamboo fiber non-woven fabric.
3. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 2, wherein:
the liquid-permeable surface layer is a fine denier hot air non-woven fabric, and the single filament fineness of the fine denier hot air non-woven fabric is 0.5-2.5 denier.
4. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the leakage-proof component I is formed by folding a layer of non-woven fabric wrapped by a layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
5. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the hole pattern of the punching structure is at least one selected from a circle, an ellipse, a heart, a square or a diamond.
6. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the leakage-proof component II is a fan ring, the central angle of the fan ring is 30-45 degrees, the outer arc radius of the fan ring is 6-8 cm, and the inner arc radius of the fan ring is 1.5-2 cm; and/or
The leakage preventing component II comprises at least one layer of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
7. The leak-proof sanitary absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the leak-proof sanitary absorbent article further comprises three-dimensional shields arranged on two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the three-dimensional protection ring is formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and rubber strings;
the breathable bottom layer is a breathable waterproof PE film.
8. A method of making a leak-proof sanitary absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) Manufacturing an absorption layer;
grinding the bacteriostasis factors to obtain 110-130 mesh bacteriostasis factor particles; punching and cutting the foam cotton to obtain a convex small core with a punching structure; filling the antibacterial factor particles into a convex small core with a punching structure, and compositing the antibacterial factor particles with at least one layer of high water absorption resin absorbent paper to obtain the absorption layer;
(2) Manufacturing a leakage-proof component I and a leakage-proof component II;
wrapping high water absorption resin absorbent paper by adopting non-woven fabrics, and folding and cutting the absorbent paper to obtain the leakage-proof component I;
cutting the super absorbent resin absorbent paper to obtain the leakage-proof component II;
(3) The rear end of the absorption layer in the length direction is glued with a composite leakage-proof component II, the upper surface of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper of the absorption layer is glued with a composite leakage-proof component I, and the position of the small convex core corresponds to the central position of the leakage-proof component I;
(4) And sequentially adhering a composite liquid-permeable surface layer and a three-dimensional guard ring on the upper surface of the leakage-proof component I, and adhering a composite breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorption layer to obtain the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article.
