背景技术
随着社会发展,近年来传染性疾病时常发生,每次疫情爆发都严重威胁人类健康,同时给社会发展造成影响,影响国家经济提升。自新型冠状病毒爆发以来,消费者对消毒液类产品的需求急剧上升,随着对病毒防护意识的增强,未来对家庭消毒液产品只增不减。
研究发现新型冠状病毒传播方式主要有飞沫传播、接触传播,鉴于病毒传播方式除了口罩防护,还需要对室内空气如家庭、办公室、卫生间等进行消毒。同时除了新冠病毒,消除空气中一些其他的致病菌如金黄色葡萄菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌、白色假丝酵母菌等一样重要。
目前市售空气消毒液的配方主要成分乙醇,乙醇具有较强的杀菌作用;缺陷在密闭的环境中如果浓度过高遇到明火会发生爆炸,同时家中有婴儿或者老人的家庭不易使用会造成过敏反应,使用受限。84消毒液,此类消毒液毒性较强,虽可以有效杀灭病毒,但会对人造成一定伤害,其中氯气含量高会造成中毒;饲养宠物的家庭不宜使用,使用不当造成动物中毒死亡。含磷消毒液,此类消毒液对海洋生物具有一定伤害,污染水自然。

本发明要解决的技术问题是目前市售空气消毒液的配方主要成分乙醇,乙醇具有较强的杀菌作用;缺陷在密闭的环境中如果浓度过高遇到明火会发生爆炸,同时家中有婴儿或者老人的家庭不易使用会造成过敏反应,使用受限,本发明提供一种中草药空气消毒液,本发明还提供一种中草药空气消毒液的制备方法,采用重楼、地锦草、甘草、油桐叶、刺人参、藁本、石榴皮、虎杖、壳寡糖作为中草药空气消毒液的主要原料,不添加如乙醇、84、磷化物等有毒物质,纯中草药配方无毒、无害、成本低廉,适用于家庭、办公室、卫生间等环境,降低过敏风险和对皮肤的刺激,无潜在危险;不含有磷化合物,对环境友好、对海洋生物无危害;不含有氯气,无刺激性异味,适合密闭环境使用,增加的壳寡糖有效增强对阳性菌杀菌效果,水溶性强,可以用于皮肤、宠物、物体表面消毒,用以解决现有技术导致的缺陷。

第一方面,一种中草药空气消毒液,其中,包含总重量份为100份的中药药材与去离子水,所述中药药材按重量份包含以下组分:重楼5-10份、地锦草1-5份、甘草1-5份、油桐叶1-5份、刺人参5-10份、藁本5-15份、石榴皮2-6份、虎杖4-10份、壳寡糖2-8份。
在使用时,将中草药空气消毒液空气消毒液置于喷雾壶中进行喷洒,或者置于电加热装置中进行加热蒸发,喷雾壶可以选用气压式喷水壶或高压喷雾瓶,电加热装置为电蚊香液加热装置。

依据上述本发明一种中草药空气消毒液及其制备方法提供的技术方案具有以下技术效果:
采用重楼、地锦草、甘草、油桐叶、刺人参、藁本、石榴皮、虎杖、壳寡糖作为中草药空气消毒液的主要原料,不添加如乙醇、84、磷化物等有毒物质,纯中草药配方无毒、无害、成本低廉,适用于家庭、办公室、卫生间等环境,降低过敏风险和对皮肤的刺激,无潜在危险;不含有磷化合物,对环境友好、对海洋生物无危害;不含有氯气,无刺激性异味,适合密闭环境使用,增加的壳寡糖有效增强对阳性菌杀菌效果,水溶性强,可以用于皮肤、宠物、物体表面消毒。

第1实施例,一种中草药空气消毒液及其制备方法,其中,一种中草药空气消毒液包含重楼5份、地锦草1份、甘草1份、油桐叶1份、刺人参5份、藁本2份、石榴皮2份、虎杖5份、壳寡糖2份、去离子水76份;
制备方法如下:
步骤1:将重楼5份、地锦草1份、甘草1份、油桐叶1份、刺人参5份、藁本2份、石榴皮2份、虎杖5份进行粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛子除去大颗粒物质,得到中草药混合物;
步骤2:将所述草药混合物放入梯度提取装置,加入去离子水76份提取1h,添加50%乙醇提取1h,添加70%乙醇提取1.5h,添加90%乙醇提取0.5h,得到中草药混合液,流速 30mL/min,提取温度为50℃,其中物料比为1:20;
步骤3:将所述中草药混合液依次通过滤纸、0.22um过滤膜、离心5000rpm10min除去中草药渣,得到中草药过滤液,将所述中草药过滤液旋转蒸发至乙醇完全除去,浓缩比例1:4,得到抑菌活性物浓缩液;
步骤4;待所述抑菌活性物浓缩液冷却至室温后,添加壳寡糖2份,混合均匀,得到中草药空气消毒液。
第2实施例,一种中草药空气消毒液及其制备方法,其中,一种中草药空气消毒液包含重楼7份、地锦草3份、甘草4份、桐叶3份、刺人参7份、藁本10份、石榴皮5份、虎杖 6份、壳寡糖6份、去离子49份;
制备方法如下:
步骤1:将重楼5份、地锦草1份、甘草1份、油桐叶1份、刺人参5份、藁本2份、石榴皮2份、虎杖5份进行粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛子除去大颗粒物质,得到中草药混合物;
步骤2:将所述草药混合物放入梯度提取装置,加入去离子水49份提取1h,添加50%乙醇提取1h,添加70%乙醇提取1.5h,添加90%乙醇提取0.5h,得到中草药混合液,流速 30mL/min,提取温度为65℃,其中物料比为1:20;
步骤3:将所述中草药混合液依次通过滤纸、0.22um过滤膜、离心5000rpm10min除去中草药渣,得到中草药过滤液,将所述中草药过滤液旋转蒸发至乙醇完全除去,浓缩比例1:4,得到抑菌活性物浓缩液;
步骤4;待所述抑菌活性物浓缩液冷却至室温后,添加壳寡糖6份,混合均匀,得到中草药空气消毒液。
第3实施例,一种中草药空气消毒液及其制备方法,其中,一种中草药空气消毒液包含重楼10份、地锦草5份、甘草5份、桐叶5份、刺人参10份、藁本15份、石榴皮6份、虎杖10份、壳寡糖8份、去离子水36份;
制备方法如下:
步骤1:将重楼5份、地锦草1份、甘草1份、油桐叶1份、刺人参5份、藁本2份、石榴皮2份、虎杖5份进行粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛子除去大颗粒物质,得到中草药混合物;
步骤2:将所述草药混合物放入梯度提取装置,加入去离子水36份提取1h,添加乙醇至 50%浓度,提取1h,添加乙醇至70%浓度,提取1.5h,添加乙醇至90%浓度,提取0.5h,得到中草药混合液,流速30mL/min,提取温度为80℃,其中物料比为1:20;
步骤3:将所述中草药混合液依次通过滤纸、0.22um过滤膜、离心5000rpm10min除去中草药渣,得到中草药过滤液,将所述中草药过滤液旋转蒸发至乙醇完全除去,浓缩比例1:4,得到抑菌活性物浓缩液;
步骤4;待所述抑菌活性物浓缩液冷却至室温后,添加壳寡糖8份,混合均匀,得到中草药空气消毒液。
取第1-3实施例得到的中草药空气消毒液进行相关检测,检测方法如下:
消毒效果评价方法依据《消毒技术规范》(2002版)有关规定测试,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、链球菌进行杀菌测试,测试的杀菌率如下表1:

2.如权利要求1所述一种中草药空气消毒液,其特征在于,包含总重量份为100份的所述中药药材与所述去离子水,所述中药药材按重量份包含以下组分:重楼5份、地锦草1份、甘草1份、油桐叶1份、刺人参5份、藁本2份、石榴皮2份、虎杖5份、壳寡糖2份、去离子水76份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种中草药空气消毒液,其特征在于,包含总重量份为100份的所述中药药材与所述去离子水,所述中药药材按重量份包含以下组分:重楼7份、地锦草3份、甘草4份、桐叶3份、刺人参7份、藁本10份、石榴皮5份、虎杖6份、壳寡糖6份、去离子49份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种中草药空气消毒液,其特征在于,包含总重量份为100份的所述中药药材与所述去离子水,所述中药药材按重量份包含以下组分:重楼10份、地锦草5份、甘草5份、桐叶5份、刺人参10份、藁本15份、石榴皮6份、虎杖10份、壳寡糖8份、去离子水36份。
5.一种中草药空气消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
步骤1:获取总重量份为100份的中药药材与去离子水,所述中药药材包含重楼5-10份、地锦草1-5份、甘草1-5份、油桐叶1-5份、刺人参5-10份、藁本5-15份、石榴皮2-6份、虎杖4-10份、壳寡糖2-8份,将重楼5-10份、地锦草1-5份、甘草1-5份、油桐叶1-5份、刺人参5-10份、藁本5-15份、石榴皮2-6份、虎杖4-10份进行粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛子除去大颗粒物质,得到中草药混合物;
步骤2:将所述草药混合物放入梯度提取装置,加入乙醇和去离子水进行提取,得到中草药混合液;
步骤3:将所述中草药混合液依次通过滤纸、过滤膜除去中草药渣,得到中草药过滤液,将所述中草药过滤液旋转蒸发至乙醇完全除去,得到抑菌活性物浓缩液;
步骤4;待所述抑菌活性物浓缩液冷却至室温后,添加壳寡糖2-8份,混合均匀,得到中草药空气消毒液。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种中草药空气消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中将所述草药混合物放入梯度提取装置,加入乙醇和去离子水,提取4小时,得到中草药混合液。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种中草药空气消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中加入乙醇和去离子水提取4小时的具体方法如下:
加入去离子水提取1h,添加50%乙醇提取1h,添加70%乙醇提取1.5h,添加90%乙醇提取0.5h,流速30mL/min,提取温度为50-80℃。
8.如权利要求5-7任一项所述的一种中草药空气消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过滤膜的滤孔直径为0.22um。
