本公开是关于通信方法及装置、UE、网络设备及存储介质。所述通信方法包括:响应于非连接态下无法监听寻呼提前指示PEI,对寻呼时机PO进行响应。本公开解决了PEI资源被其他优先级更高的资源占用时,仍能响应于网络侧的寻呼,提升了网络服务能力,保证了UE的寻呼成功率,提升了用户体验。
