Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The alarm cancellation method and apparatus of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of an alarm elimination method provided by the present invention, where an execution subject of the alarm elimination method may be a maintenance terminal, as shown in fig. 1, the alarm elimination method includes:
wherein the network element in the first state comprises at least one of:
a network element that has been restarted; or, the master device after the master-slave switching.
In order to improve the effectiveness of the warning information displayed by the maintenance terminal and facilitate the maintenance personnel to analyze and maintain the network environment based on the effective warning information, the invention can clear the warning information of the network element before the network element is restarted or switched between the main network and the standby network.
Optionally, the network element related to the present invention may be a 5GC network element, and an Operation, administration, and maintenance (OAM) module corresponding to the network element.
In the invention, after a network element is restarted or becomes a main device through main/standby switching, OAM of the network element can report an alarm clearing message to a maintenance terminal, so that the terminal can delete first alarm information generated before the network element is restarted or before the main/standby switching based on the alarm clearing message;
optionally, the alarm is cleared after the network element is restarted or after the active/standby switch, so that the terminal interface can display the information without invalid alarm information or alarm recovery information, and the analysis and maintenance are convenient.
The alarm eliminating method provided by the invention clears the alarm information before restarting the restarted network element or the alarm information before switching the main equipment after receiving the alarm clearing message from the restarted network element or the main equipment after switching the main equipment, ensures the effectiveness of the alarm information displayed by the maintenance terminal and improves the maintenance efficiency.
Optionally, the first warning information includes one or more of the following items:
second alarm information already stored in the database;
first historical alarm information locally stored in the network element;
and second historical alarm information locally stored in the main equipment before the main/standby switching.
Optionally, an Operation, administration and maintenance (OAM) is used as a management module of the network element, when the network element generates an alarm, the OAM stores the alarm generated by the network element into the database, the maintenance terminal reads alarm information from the database, and the alarms are displayed on a terminal interface as activity alarms for a user to check. Therefore, the first alarm information to be deleted may include the second alarm information that is already stored in the database before the restarted network element is restarted, or the second alarm information that is already stored in the database before the active/standby switch is cleared.
Optionally, when the network element is not connected to the database, the OAM serializes the alarm and stores the serialized alarm in a local alarm file, where the part of the alarm is referred to as first historical alarm information, and after the part of the alarm is reconnected to the database, stores the first historical alarm information in the database, and deletes the local database file. Therefore, the first alarm information that needs to be deleted may include first historical alarm information stored locally at the network element.
Optionally, after the active-standby switching, after the network element changes from the original standby device to the master device, the local history alarm file of the new master device (that is, the network element) is empty, and it is not necessary to clear, but only the second history alarm information locally stored on the original master device before the active-standby switching needs to be cleared.
Optionally, the deleting the first warning information based on the warning removal message includes:
deleting the second alarm information in the database;
and deleting the second alarm information in the display interface.
Optionally, when deleting the second alarm information, the database may be operated to remove the active alarm (second alarm information) of the network element (i.e., the network element that sent the alarm removal information) in the database, and delete the alarm (second alarm information) before the network element that is displayed on the terminal interface.
For example, after the network element is restarted, the OAM reports an alarm clearing message to the maintenance terminal, and when the message is received, the maintenance terminal clears the active alarm (second alarm information) of the network element in the database by operating the database, and deletes the alarm before the network element displayed on the terminal interface.
For example, after the active/standby switching, and after the network element changes from the standby device to the main device, the new main device (i.e., the network element that sends the alarm clearing information) uploads the alarm clearing message to the maintenance terminal, and the active alarm is cleared. The maintenance terminal receives the message, and removes the active alarm of the network element in the database by operating the database, and deletes the alarm before the network element displayed on the terminal interface.
Optionally, the deleting the first warning information based on the warning removal message includes:
after the network element stores the first historical alarm information in a database, deleting the first historical alarm information from the database;
and not displaying the first historical alarm information on a display interface.
Optionally, when deleting the second alarm information, after the network element stores the first historical alarm information in the database, the second alarm information in the database may be deleted, and an alarm (the first historical alarm information) before the network element that is not displayed on the terminal interface is not displayed.
Optionally, the network element may finally read the first history alarm information stored locally, change the type of the stored alarm state into a history alarm, store the first history alarm information in the database, and read the first history alarm information from the database when the terminal interface synchronizes the alarm information regularly, where the alarm maintenance terminal having the history alarm mark does not need to read the first history alarm information displayed on the terminal interface, but only needs to delete the first history alarm information in the database.
Optionally, the deleting the first warning information based on the warning removal message includes:
after the network element stores the second historical alarm information in a database, deleting the second historical alarm information from the database;
and not displaying the second historical alarm information on a display interface.
Optionally, after the active/standby switching, and after the network element changes from the standby device to the main device, the local history alarm file of the new main device (i.e. the network element that sends the alarm clearing information) is empty and does not need to be cleared. Only the second historical alert information on the old master device needs to be cleared. The new main device can obtain the second historical alarm information of the old main device (namely the current standby device), read all the second historical alarm information, change the states of all alarms into the historical alarms, store the historical alarms in the database, read the alarm information from the database when the maintenance terminal regularly alarms synchronously, check that the alarm states are the second historical alarm information by the maintenance terminal, do not display the second historical alarm information on the terminal interface, and only need delete the second historical alarm information in the database.
The alarm eliminating method provided by the invention can eliminate the alarm information before restarting the restarted network element or the alarm information before switching the main equipment after receiving the alarm eliminating message from the restarted network element or the main equipment after switching the main equipment, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the alarm information displayed by the maintenance terminal and improving the maintenance efficiency.
Fig. 2 is a second schematic flowchart of the alarm elimination method provided by the present invention, where an execution subject of the alarm elimination method may be a network element, and the method may include:
wherein the network element being in the first state comprises at least one of:
the network element is restarted; or, the network element is a master device after the master/slave switching.
In order to improve the effectiveness of the warning information displayed by the maintenance terminal and facilitate the maintenance personnel to analyze and maintain the network environment based on the effective warning information, the invention can send a warning clearing message to the maintenance terminal after the network element is restarted or the master-slave switching is carried out, so that the maintenance terminal clears the warning information of the network element before the network element.
Optionally, the network element related to the present invention may be a 5GC network element, and the management module OAM corresponding to the network element.
In the invention, after a network element is restarted or becomes a main device through main/standby switching, OAM of the network element can report an alarm clearing message to a maintenance terminal, so that the terminal can delete first alarm information generated before the network element is restarted or before the main/standby switching based on the alarm clearing message;
optionally, the alarm is cleared after the network element is restarted or after the active/standby switch, so that the terminal interface can display the information without invalid alarm information or alarm recovery information, and the analysis and maintenance are convenient.
According to the alarm eliminating method provided by the invention, the restarted network element or the master device after the master-slave switching sends the alarm eliminating message to the maintenance terminal, so that the maintenance terminal eliminates the alarm information before the restarted network element is restarted or before the master-slave switching, the effectiveness of the alarm information displayed by the maintenance terminal is ensured, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the first warning information includes one or more of the following items:
second alarm information already stored in the database;
first historical alarm information locally stored in the network element;
and second historical alarm information locally stored in the main equipment before the main/standby switching.
Optionally, an Operation, administration and maintenance (OAM) is used as a management module of the network element, when the network element generates an alarm, the OAM stores the alarm generated by the network element into the database, the maintenance terminal reads the alarm information from the database, and the alarms are displayed on the terminal interface as activity alarms for the user to view.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the network element is the main equipment after the main equipment and the standby equipment are switched, second historical alarm information locally stored by the main equipment before the switching is obtained;
and storing the second historical alarm information to a database so that the maintenance terminal deletes the second historical alarm information.
Optionally, after the active/standby switching, and after the network element changes from the standby device to the main device, the local history alarm file of the new main device (i.e. the network element that sends the alarm clearing information) is empty and does not need to be cleared. Only the second historical alert information on the old master device needs to be cleared. The new main device can obtain second historical alarm information of the old main device (namely the current standby machine), reads all the second historical alarm information, changes all alarm states into historical alarms, stores the historical alarms into the database, reads the alarm information from the database when the maintenance terminal carries out timing alarm synchronization, checks that the alarm states are the second historical alarm information, does not display the second historical alarm information on a terminal interface, and only deletes the second historical alarm information in the database.
Optionally, in an embodiment, fig. 3 is a third schematic flow diagram of the alarm elimination method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, after the network element is restarted, the OAM reports an alarm clearing message to the maintenance terminal, and when the message is received, the maintenance terminal clears the active alarm (the second alarm information) of the network element in the database by operating the database, and deletes the alarm before the network element displayed on the terminal interface; the network element reads the first history alarm information stored in the local, changes the type of the stored alarm state into the history alarm, stores the first history alarm information in the database, reads the first history alarm information from the database when the terminal interface synchronizes the alarm information at regular time, and the alarm maintenance terminal with the history alarm mark does not need to read the first history alarm information displayed on the terminal interface and only needs to delete the first history alarm information in the database.
Optionally, in an embodiment, after the network element changes from the standby device to the master device, the new master device (i.e., the network element that sent the alarm clearing information) uploads the alarm clearing message to the maintenance terminal, and the active alarm is cleared. The maintenance terminal receives the message, and removes the active alarm of the network element in the database by operating the database, and deletes the alarm before the network element displayed on the terminal interface. After the main/standby switching, and after the network element changes from the standby device to the main device, the local history alarm file of the new main device (i.e. the network element sending the alarm clearing information) is empty and does not need to be cleared. Only the second historical alarm information on the old master device needs to be cleared.
For the generation and recovery of the network element alarm, the OAM can store the information into a database in real time, and a maintenance terminal reads the information and displays the alarm on a terminal interface, thereby being beneficial to a user or other maintenance personnel to analyze the current environment. However, if the network element is restarted or switched between the active and standby, the environment may be considered to be abnormal, and the alarm information at this time is not enough to be used as a reference basis for the subsequent abnormality. The invention eliminates the active alarm and the historical alarm, and then effectively analyzes the environment by checking the alarm, thereby ensuring the effective and rapid positioning of maintenance personnel when the environment is abnormal.
