Since the first reflective sheet 11 and the second reflective sheet 12 have different reflection effects on the light emitted from the light emitting device 10 due to different tilt angles, the first reflective sheet 11 and the second reflective sheet 12 may respectively play a main reflection role on the light emitted from the light emitting device 10 when the stretchable display panel 100 is in different stretching states. Therefore, when the stretchable display panel 100 is in different stretching states, the reflective sheets capable of reflecting the large-angle light emitted by the stretchable display panel 100 exist, and the problem of visual effect difference does not exist in the stretchable display panel 100 in different stretching states. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the stretchable display panel 100 according to the embodiment of the invention, an orthographic projection of the light emitting device 10 is a circle, an orthographic projection of the first reflective layer group 01 is a first ring shape, and an orthographic projection of the second reflective layer group 02 is a second ring shape along a thickness direction of the stretchable display panel 100.
In the present embodiment, the front projection of the light emitting device 10 is set to be circular, and the front projection of the first reflective layer group 01 and the front projection of the second reflective layer group 02 are set to be a first ring shape and a second ring shape, respectively. When the stretchable display panel 100 is stretched, the light emitting device 10, the first reflective sheet 11 in the first reflective layer group 01, and the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 are rotated, and large-angle light emitted from the light emitting device 10 is rotated as the light emitting device 10 is rotated.
In this embodiment, the orthographic projection of the light emitting device 10 is circular, and the orthographic projection of the first reflective layer group 01 and the orthographic projection of the second reflective layer group 02 are respectively a first ring shape and a second ring shape. Even if the light emitting device 10, the first reflective sheet 11 in the first reflective layer group 01, and the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 have different rotation angles, the reflection effect of the first reflective sheet 11 on the large-angle light is not changed and the reflection effect of the second reflective sheet 12 on the large-angle light is not changed.
Optionally, the center of the first ring, the center of the second ring and the center of the circle of the stretchable display panel 100 coincide. That is, the center of the orthographic projection of the light emitting device 10, the center of the orthographic projection of the first reflective layer group 01, and the center of the orthographic projection of the second reflective layer group 02 coincide with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a stretchable display panel 100, wherein, in a first reflective layer group 01 and a second reflective layer group 02 surrounding the same light emitting device 10 when the stretchable display panel 100 is in an unstretched state, a distance between the first reflective layer group 01 and the second reflective layer group 02 is d1, and d1 is 20 μm and 100 μm.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in the first reflective layer group 01 and the second reflective layer group 02 surrounding the same light emitting device 10, the distance between the first reflective layer group 01 and the second reflective layer group 02 is 50 μm.
Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view of a stretchable display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the stretchable display panel according to the embodiment of the present invention in a first stretched state, fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the stretchable display panel according to the embodiment of the present invention in a second stretched state, and fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the stretchable display panel according to the embodiment of the present invention in a third stretched state.
As shown in fig. 5, the stretchable display panel 100 according to the embodiment of the invention further includes a third reflective layer group 03 surrounding the light emitting device 10, and the third reflective layer group 03 is located on a light emitting surface side of a film layer on which the light emitting device 10 is located and includes a plurality of third reflective sheets 13. The third reflective layer group 03 may be configured to reflect at least a portion of light emitted from the light emitting device 10.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the first stretched state, the second stretched state, and the third stretched state of the stretchable display panel 100, the inclination angle of the third reflective sheet 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 is different. For example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the stretchable display panel 100 is in the first stretched state, an included angle between the third reflective sheet 13 and the first direction Y is α 5; when the stretchable display panel 100 is in the second stretched state, an included angle between the third reflective sheet 13 and the first direction Y is α 6; when the stretchable display panel 100 is in the third stretched state, an included angle between the third reflective sheet 13 and the first direction Y is α 7, α 5 ≠ α 6, α 6 ≠ α 7, and α 5 ≠ α 7.
Among them, the distance between adjacent light emitting devices 10 in the display panel 100 is different in the third stretched state and in the first stretched state, i.e., the second stretched state. For example, the distance between the adjacent light emitting devices 10 in the display panel 100 is larger in the third stretched state and smaller in the second stretched state, and the distance between the adjacent light emitting devices 10 in the display panel 100 is larger in the second stretched state and smaller in the first stretched state.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first reflective layer group 01, the second reflective layer group 02, and the third reflective layer group 03 surround the light-emitting device 10. Of the first reflective layer group 01, the second reflective layer group 02, and the third reflective layer group 03 surrounding the same light-emitting device 10, the third reflective layer group 03 is located on a side of the second reflective layer group 02 away from the first reflective layer group 01. That is, the third reflection sheet 13 is farther from the light emitting device 10 than the first reflection sheet 11 and the second reflection sheet 12. Since the reflective sheet is disposed around the light emitting device 10, the large-angle light emitted from the light emitting device 10 may be reflected by the reflective sheet to be emitted as the emergent light of the stretchable display panel 100, so as to increase the final emitting area of the light emitted from the light emitting device 10.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the same stretching state, an included angle between the third reflective sheet 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 and the first direction Y is smaller than an included angle between the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 and the first direction Y; the first direction Y is perpendicular to the plane of the light emitting device 10. That is, when the stretchable display panel 100 is in the same stretched state, the included angle between the third reflective sheet 13 farther from the light emitting device 10 and the first direction Y is smaller, that is, α 5 < α 3, α 6 < α 4.
Note that stretching will make the third reflective sheets 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 more toward the horizontal state, that is, stretching will make the inclination angle of the third reflective sheets 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 larger.
When the stretchable display panel 100 is changed from the second stretched state to the third stretched state, and the stretching degree thereof is increased, the distance between the adjacent light emitting devices 10 becomes larger, so that the third reflective sheet 13, which is further away from the light emitting devices 10, is required to reflect the large-angle light emitted from the light emitting devices 10, so as to further increase the final emitting area of the light emitted from the light emitting devices 10.
The following description will be given by taking fig. 6, 7, and 8 as an example.
When the stretchable display panel 100 is in the first stretched state as shown in fig. 6, an included angle α 5 between the third reflective sheet 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 and the first direction Y is smaller than an included angle α 3 between the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 and the first direction Y; an included angle α 1 between the first reflective sheet 11 in the first reflective layer group 01 and the first direction Y is greater than an included angle α 3 between the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 and the first direction Y. In this state, the large-angle light L2 emitted by the light emitting device 10 is reflected by the first reflective sheet 11, and thus is emitted as the emitting light of the stretchable display panel 100, increasing the final emitting area of the light emitted by the light emitting device 10, and further enabling the stretchable display panel 100 to normally display.
When the stretchable display panel 100 is in the second stretched state as shown in fig. 7, the included angles between the third reflective sheet 13, the second reflective sheet 12, and the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y are larger than the included angles between the third reflective sheet 13, the second reflective sheet 12, and the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y in the first stretched state, an included angle α 6 between the third reflective sheet 13 and the first direction Y in the second stretched state is smaller than an included angle α 4 between the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y, and an included angle α 2 between the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y in the second stretched state is larger than an included angle α 4 between the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y. In this state, the first reflective sheet 11 tends to be in a horizontal state, the reflective capability of the large-angle light L2 emitted by the light emitting device 10 is weakened, and the large-angle light L2 emitted by the light emitting device 10 is reflected by the second reflective sheet 12, so as to be emitted as the emitting light of the stretchable display panel 100, increase the final emitting area of the light emitted by the light emitting device 10, and further enable the stretchable display panel 100 to normally display.
When the stretchable display panel 100 is in the third stretched state as shown in fig. 8, the included angles between the third reflective sheet 13, the second reflective sheet 12, and the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y become larger than the included angles between the third reflective sheet 13, the second reflective sheet 12, and the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y in the second stretched state, the included angle α 7 between the third reflective sheet 13 and the first direction Y in the second stretched state is smaller than the included angle between the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y, and the included angle between the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y in the second stretched state is larger than the included angle between the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y. In this state, the first reflective sheet 11 and the second reflective sheet 12 both tend to be in a horizontal state, the reflection capability of the large-angle light L2 emitted by the light emitting device 10 is weakened, and the large-angle light L2 emitted by the light emitting device 10 is reflected by the third reflective sheet 13, so as to be emitted as the emitted light of the stretchable display panel 100, increase the final emitting area of the light emitted by the light emitting device 10, and further enable the stretchable display panel 100 to normally display.
In this embodiment, a first reflection group 01, a second reflection group 02, and a third reflection layer group 03 surrounding the same light emitting device 10 are provided, and the third reflection layer group 03 is located on a side of the second reflection layer group 02 away from the first reflection layer group 01. A plurality of third reflective sheets 13 are disposed in the third reflective layer group 03, and an included angle between each of the third reflective sheets 13 and the first direction Y is smaller than an included angle between each of the first reflective sheet 11 and the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y. When the stretchable display panel 100 is stretched to a greater extent, the first reflective sheet 11 in the first reflective layer group 01 and the second reflective sheet 12 in the second reflective layer group 02 tend to be in a horizontal state, the reflective capability of the light emitting device 10 to emit high-angle light is weakened, and the high-angle light emitted by the light emitting device 10 is reflected by the third reflective sheet 13 in the third reflective layer group 03 for display, so that the problem that the gap between the light emitting devices 10 is increased during stretching is solved, the display performance of the stretchable display panel 100 is improved, and normal display of the stretchable display panel 100 is realized.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in the same stretching state, the difference between the angles between the third reflective sheet 13 and the second reflective sheet 12 and the first direction Y is smaller than the difference between the angles between the second reflective sheet 12 and the first reflective sheet 11 and the first direction Y. That is, (α 1-. Alpha.3) > (α 3-. Alpha.5), (α 2-. Alpha.4) > (α 4-. Alpha.6). For example, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the farther the reflective sheet is from the light emitting device 10, the greater the tendency of the reflective sheet to stand upright. That is, when the stretchable display panel 100 is in the same stretched state, the inclination angle of the third reflective sheet 13 farther from the light emitting device 10 is smaller, and when the stretchable display panel 100 is stretched more, the inclination angle of the farther reflective sheet can better reflect the large-angle light emitted by the light emitting device 10. Thereby improving the visual effect problem in the stretching process, improving the display performance of the stretchable display panel 100, and realizing the normal display of the stretchable display panel 100.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a stretchable display device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application further provides a stretchable display device, including the stretchable display panel 100 provided in the above embodiment, and a housing, wherein the housing forms an accommodating space for accommodating the stretchable display panel 100, and the housing may be rigid or flexible, which is not limited in this respect. It can be understood that the stretchable display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be a display device with a display function, such as a computer, a television, a vehicle, a wearable device, an artificial intelligence device, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
The stretchable display device provided by the embodiment of the invention establishes a split reflection scheme by arranging a multi-turn reflection layer group around the light emitting device 10 and arranging a plurality of reflection sheets in the reflection layer group. When the stretchable display device is in different stretching states, large-angle light emitted by the light emitting device 10 can be reflected by the reflectors in different reflecting layer groups and then used for displaying, the visual effect problem of the display device in the stretching process is solved, the display performance of the stretchable display device is improved, and normal display of the stretchable display device is realized.

Claims (12)

1. A stretchable display panel, comprising:
a plurality of light emitting devices;
the first reflection layer groups are positioned on one side of the light emitting surface of the film layer where the light emitting device is positioned and comprise a plurality of first reflection sheets; under a first stretching state and a second stretching state of the display panel, the inclination angle of the first reflector plate is different;
the second reflecting layer groups are positioned on one side of the light emitting surface of the film layer where the light emitting device is positioned and comprise a plurality of second reflecting sheets; in a first stretching state and a second stretching state of the display panel, the inclination angle of the second reflector plate is different;
the first reflecting layer group and the second reflecting layer group are arranged around the light-emitting device;
in the first reflecting layer group and the second reflecting layer group which surround the same light-emitting device, the second reflecting layer group is positioned on one side, away from the light-emitting device, of the first reflecting layer group, and in the same stretching state, an included angle between the first reflecting sheet and the first direction is larger than an included angle between the second reflecting sheet and the first direction; the first direction is perpendicular to the plane of the light emitting device.
2. The stretchable display panel of claim 1, further comprising an elastomer, and the elastomer wraps the first set of reflective layers and the second set of reflective layers.
3. The stretchable display panel of claim 2, wherein the elastomer further encapsulates the light emitting devices.
4. The stretchable display panel of claim 1, wherein the first reflective sheet is at least one of a metalized foil sheet, a metalized copper sheet; the second reflecting sheet is at least one of a metal-plated foil sheet and a metal-plated copper sheet.
5. The stretchable display panel of claim 1, wherein the number of the first reflective sheets in the first reflective layer group is the same as the number of the second reflective sheets in the second reflective layer group, and wherein an area of the first reflective sheets in the first reflective layer group is smaller than an area of the second reflective sheets in the second reflective layer group.
6. The stretchable display panel of claim 1, wherein the number of the first reflective sheets in the first reflective layer group is less than the number of the second reflective sheets in the second reflective layer group, and wherein the area of the first reflective sheets in the first reflective layer group is the same as the area of the second reflective sheets in the second reflective layer group.
7. The stretchable display panel according to claim 1, wherein an orthographic projection of the light emitting device in a thickness direction of the stretchable display panel is circular, an orthographic projection of the first reflective layer group is in a first ring shape, and an orthographic projection of the second reflective layer group is in a second ring shape.
8. The stretchable display panel of claim 7, wherein a center of the first ring shape, a center of the second ring shape, and a center of the circle coincide.
9. The stretchable display panel according to claim 1, wherein a distance between the first reflection layer group and the second reflection layer group in the first reflection layer group and the second reflection layer group surrounding the same light emitting device is d1, and 20 μm d1 is 100 μm when the stretchable display panel is in an unstretched state.
10. The stretchable display panel according to claim 1, further comprising a third reflective layer group surrounding the light emitting devices, wherein the third reflective layer group is located on one side of the light emitting surface of the film layer where the light emitting devices are located and comprises a plurality of third reflective sheets; in a first stretching state and a second stretching state of the display panel, the inclination angle of the third reflector plate is different;
the third reflection layer group is located on one side, far away from the first reflection layer group, of the second reflection layer group, and in the same stretching state, an included angle between a third reflector plate and a first direction in the third reflection layer group is smaller than an included angle between the second reflector plate and the first direction in the second reflection layer group.
11. The stretchable display panel of claim 10, wherein in the same stretched state, a difference between angles of the third reflective sheet and the second reflective sheet with respect to the first direction is smaller than a difference between angles of the second reflective sheet and the first reflective sheet with respect to the first direction.
12. A stretchable display device comprising the stretchable display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
