Specific use and action of the embodiment: in the invention, firstly, a worker installs the supporting seat 101 at a proper position through a screw, then the device is connected with an external power supply, then a student properly adjusts the angle of the teaching screen 103 through two locking knobs 106, and then the worker starts the low-speed motor 304, and at the moment, the circular ring 401 drives the disc 501 to slowly rotate; when the pushing plate 603 is tangent to the contact surface 2081, the power line 105 and the power seat 104 are in a power-off state, so that the teaching screen 103 is enabled to flash, students taking care of study can perceive the power line, similarly, students taking care of study are not easy to perceive, when two supporting columns 707 are in contact with the pushing plate 603, the buzzer 703 is in a working state, teachers can conveniently find students taking care of study, the students taking care of study can rotate the disc 501 anticlockwise through the anti-slip protrusions 502, the fixing block 505 moves inwards, meanwhile, the pushing plate 603 also rotates anticlockwise along with the disc 501, and further, the baffle 605 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the mounting plate 601, and when the disc 501 rotates anticlockwise, the pushing plate 603 is enabled to change in angle, so that the hollow tube 205 does not move, and the teaching screen 103 is prevented from flashing again; because the indicating needle 503 is fixedly installed at the front side of the disc 501, students who concentrate on learning can conveniently and accurately adjust the position of the disc 501, and because the two springs a204 are installed outside the two guide rods 201 and the two springs a204 are positioned between the two limiting rings 202 and the two sliding plates 203, the inner sides of the four threaded nails 207 are contacted with the power line 105, the power line 105 is prevented from loosening.
