the ship code generating module is used for dividing each ship into types and generating ship codes according to the divided types;
and the information sending module is used for obtaining the owner information corresponding to the ship code in the corresponding relation between the ship code and the preset owner information, wherein the owner information at least comprises the address information of the owner terminal equipment, and sending the pipe internal quality inspection results of all ships corresponding to the ship code to the corresponding owner terminal equipment according to the address information of the owner terminal equipment.
In one possible implementation manner, the method further includes:
the first execution module is used for receiving a quality inspection result sent by the ship owner terminal equipment, determining that the processed pipe has delivery qualification if the quality inspection result is that the quality inspection is passed, and settling the cost according to the user pipeline order information;
and the second execution module is used for carrying out abnormal marking on the pipe which is not subjected to the quality inspection if the quality inspection result is that the quality inspection fails, and sending the pipe information with the abnormal marking to the client equipment of the production department for rechecking.

An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device in an embodiment of the present application, and an electronic device 300 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the processor 301 controls the execution. The processor 301 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 303 to implement the aspects illustrated in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. Compared with the prior art, after the user pipeline order information is acquired, the pipe to-be-purchased list is generated according to the acquired user pipeline order information, the pipe to-be-purchased list is sent to client equipment of a supporting department, the supporting department can conveniently purchase according to the pipe to-be-purchased list, after purchasing is carried out by the supporting department, the to-be-purchased list can be formed according to the to-be-purchased pipe, when the pipe to-be-purchased list is matched with the to-be-purchased list, the pipe database is updated according to the to-be-purchased list, and the pipe information in the updated pipe database is sent to the client equipment of a production department. The processing and manufacturing record sent by the client equipment of the production department is acquired in real time in the pipe processing process, the processing process is convenient to supervise in real time, after receipt information is received in the processing process, the processing and manufacturing progress of the corresponding original pipe is checked according to the processing and manufacturing record based on the serial number of the original pipe, and the receipt information is updated according to the processing and manufacturing progress, so that the client equipment of the production department performs processing and manufacturing according to the receipt information, upstream and downstream communication is realized between all departments through automation, errors caused by manual operation are reduced, fine management among all departments is realized, and the benefit of enterprises is promoted.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless otherwise indicated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

acquiring user pipeline order information;
generating a pipe to-be-purchased list according to the user pipeline order information, and sending the pipe to-be-purchased list to client equipment of a matching department;
receiving a pipe arrival list, matching the pipe arrival list with a pipe to-be-purchased list, if the matching is successful, updating a pipe database according to the pipe arrival list, and sending pipe information in the updated pipe database to client equipment of a production department;
when a pipeline begins to be processed, processing and manufacturing records sent by client equipment of a production department are acquired in real time;
when order changing information sent by client equipment of a process department is received, the order changing information at least comprises the serial number of an original pipe, the processing and manufacturing progress of the corresponding original pipe is checked according to the processing and manufacturing record based on the serial number of the original pipe, the order changing information is updated according to the processing and manufacturing progress, and the updated order changing information is sent to the client equipment of a production department;
analyzing the updated order change information to obtain delivery date and supplier information, wherein the supplier information at least comprises a supplier address; determining travel time according to the supplier address in a preset supplier address and travel time information table, wherein the preset supplier address and travel time information table is an average value of travel time from a location of a matched department to the location of the supplier according to historical travel time, or a logistics site near the supplier is determined based on the supplier address, and the travel time is predicted according to delivery timeliness of the logistics site;
determining the processing time required by the updated pipeline together according to the purchasing time and the preset fixed processing time; when the required processing time is within the delivery date, processing is continuously carried out according to the updated order changing information; stopping processing and performing settlement processing when the required processing time is not within the delivery date;
checking the processing and manufacturing progress of the corresponding original pipe according to the processing and manufacturing record, and updating the order changing information according to the processing and manufacturing progress, wherein the processing and manufacturing progress comprises the following steps:
determining whether the original pipe starts to be processed or not based on the processing record; when the original pipe does not start to be machined, judging whether the original pipe is a preset special pipe or not, if so, marking the money corresponding to the special pipe, and updating the order changing information according to the marked money; and when the original pipe begins to be processed, clearing money according to the processing progress, and updating the bill changing information according to the clearing result.
2. The management method for the production of the ship pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the list of pipes to be purchased according to the user pipeline order information comprises:
analyzing the user pipeline order information to obtain the name of the pipes required by the pipeline, the number of the pipes required by the pipeline and the serial number of the pipes required by the pipeline;
determining supplier information corresponding to the pipes required by each pipeline in a preset pipe number and supplier information corresponding table according to the numbers of the pipes required by the pipelines;
and establishing a list to be purchased of the pipes according to the names of the pipes required by the pipes, the number of the pipes required by the pipes, the serial numbers of the pipes required by the pipes and the supplier information.
3. The management method for marine pipeline production according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the pipeline is machined, generating pipe quality inspection flow information according to the machining manufacturing record;
and classifying the processing categories of the plurality of pipe quality inspection process information in the pipe quality inspection process information according to the corresponding processing manufacturing records, and sending the classified plurality of pipe quality inspection process information to client equipment of a quality inspection department, so that the client equipment of a production department performs internal quality inspection according to preset categories, and generates internal quality inspection information according to internal quality inspection results.
4. The management method for marine pipeline production according to claim 3, further comprising:
after the internal quality inspection is passed, summarizing all internal quality inspection results, wherein the internal quality inspection results at least comprise the serial number corresponding to each pipe and internal quality inspection information;
obtaining internal quality inspection results of all pipes corresponding to the ship based on the corresponding relation between the preset pipe numbers and the ship;
dividing the type of each ship, and generating a ship code according to the divided type;
and the ship code is in a preset corresponding relation between the ship code and the ship code to obtain the ship code corresponding ship east information, the ship east information at least comprises an address letter of the ship east terminal equipment, and the internal quality inspection results of all the ships corresponding to the ship code are sent to the corresponding ship east terminal equipment according to the address information of the ship east terminal equipment.

The management method for the production of the ship pipeline according to claim 4, wherein after the internal quality inspection results of the pipes of all ships corresponding to the ship codes are sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the owner according to the address information of the owner terminal equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a quality inspection result sent by the ship owner terminal equipment, if the quality inspection result is that the quality inspection is passed, determining that the processed pipe has delivery qualification, and performing cost settlement according to the user pipeline order information;
and if the quality inspection result indicates that the quality inspection fails, performing abnormal marking on the pipe which does not pass the quality inspection, and sending the pipe information with the abnormal marking to client equipment of a production department for rechecking.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the order information of the user pipeline;
the purchase list generation module is used for generating a pipe to-be-purchased list according to the user pipeline order information and sending the pipe to-be-purchased list to client equipment of a matching department;
the arrival inventory module is used for receiving a pipe arrival inventory, matching the pipe arrival inventory with a pipe to-be-purchased inventory, if the matching is successful, updating a pipe database according to the pipe arrival inventory, and sending pipe information in the updated pipe database to client equipment of a production department;
the processing and manufacturing record generating module is used for acquiring processing and manufacturing records sent by client equipment of a production department in real time when a pipeline starts to be processed;
the order changing module is used for checking the processing and manufacturing progress of the corresponding original pipe according to the processing and manufacturing record based on the serial number of the original pipe after receiving order changing information sent by client equipment of a process department, updating the order changing information according to the processing and manufacturing progress, and sending the updated order changing information to the client equipment of a production department;
the analysis order changing information module is used for analyzing the updated order changing information to obtain delivery date and supplier information, wherein the supplier information at least comprises a supplier address; determining travel time according to the supplier address in a preset supplier address and travel time information table, wherein the preset supplier address and travel time information table is an average value of travel time from a location of a matched department to the location of the supplier according to historical travel time, or a logistics site near the supplier is determined based on the supplier address, and the travel time is predicted according to delivery timeliness of the logistics site;
the required processing time determining module is used for determining the processing time required by the updated pipeline together according to the purchasing time and the preset fixed processing time; when the required processing time is within the delivery date, processing is continuously carried out according to the updated order changing information; stopping processing and performing settlement processing when the required processing time is not within the delivery date;
the order changing module is used for checking the processing and manufacturing progress of the corresponding original pipe according to the processing and manufacturing record, and updating the order changing information according to the processing and manufacturing progress, and is specifically used for:
