Optionally, the card information may further include: the estimated total time of the second type of network appointment vehicle traveling (for example, "34 minutes arrival" shown in fig. 5), the network appointment vehicle applies an operation advertisement (for example, "random exemption" shown in fig. 5) for the second type of network appointment vehicle, and the like, so that the user can more comprehensively acquire the relevant information when the second type of network appointment vehicle traveling is performed.
It should be noted that the layout, distribution, and presentation form of each content in the card information shown in fig. 5 are only an illustration, and the present invention is not limited to the presentation form of each content. The present invention is not limited to the form in which the card information is displayed on the user interface, and for example, the card may be displayed on the user interface in a manner of being cut out from bottom to top, or may be displayed on the user interface in a manner of being cut out from left to right, in a manner of being cut out from right to left, in a manner of being cut out from top to bottom, in a manner of being cut out by rotation, or the like. The invention also does not limit the position of the card information displayed on the user interface.
According to the order processing method for the network appointment car application, after the user triggers the travel order of the first type of network appointment car, if the first type of network appointment car is not successfully matched, card information containing recommended second type of network appointment car can be displayed, so that the user can intuitively and quickly obtain attribute information of other types of network appointment cars through the card information, the purpose of guiding the user to select other types of network appointment cars to travel can be achieved, and the loss rate of the user can be reduced. Correspondingly, the user can also quickly decide whether to select other types of online car appointments for traveling or not based on the attribute information of other types of online car appointments, so that the traveling efficiency of the user is improved, and further the user experience is improved.
The foregoing embodiment describes a process of how to display card information containing attribute information of a second type of network appointment to a user at a front end (i.e., a terminal device side) when a first type of network appointment is not successfully matched. The following describes a process of pushing the card information to the terminal device when the server does not successfully match the first type of network contract from the perspective of the back end (i.e., the server side).
Fig. 6 is a signaling flowchart of an order processing method for a network taxi appointment application provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment relates to a specific process in which the terminal device sends a travel order to the server after receiving the travel order triggered by the user, so that the server pushes card information to the terminal device when the first type of appointment is not successfully matched. As shown in fig. 6, after S101, the method may further include:
s201, the terminal equipment sends a travel order to the server.
The travel order can be used for indicating the server to match the first type of network appointment car for the terminal equipment. In specific implementation, the travel order may carry an identifier of the first type of online appointment car selected by the user, travel starting point information, travel time, and the like.
S202, the server receives the travel order.
S203, the server pushes the card information to the terminal device when determining that the first type of internet contract is not successfully matched.
For example, after receiving the travel order, the server may determine that the first type of network appointment car is not successfully matched if the server receives a cancellation request for the travel order sent by the terminal device (that is, the user triggers the cancellation request for the travel order on the user interface of the network appointment application).
For example, after receiving the travel order, the server may determine, according to the travel starting point information of the terminal device, a supply-demand ratio of a first type of network appointment within a preset range of the terminal device. For example, the server may determine the preset range of the terminal device according to the trip start point information of the terminal device and the shape and size of the preset range. Then, the server may count the number of all first type network appointments that can provide services and are located within the preset range of the terminal device, and the number of all travel orders for the first type network appointments that are located within the preset range of the terminal device (i.e., the travel orders for the network appointments have not been matched yet), and calculate a ratio of the two numbers, that is, the supply-demand ratio of the first type network appointments within the preset range of the terminal device may be obtained.
When the supply-demand ratio of the first type of network appointment car is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, it is indicated that the supply and demand of the first type of transportation means are not sufficient, and the server cannot match the terminal equipment with the first type of network appointment car for driving in the future. Thus, in this scenario, the server may determine that the first type of network appointment was not successfully matched. The preset threshold may be specifically determined according to a setting of a network car booking application.
When the server determines that the first type of network appointment is not successfully matched, card information comprising attribute information of the second type of network appointment can be pushed to the terminal device. The second type of network car booking may be determined by the server according to an operation policy applied by the current network car booking. The second type of network appointment car may also be a second type of network appointment car determined by the server according to the behavior data of the user (i.e., the travel information of the terminal device).
When the network appointment car of the second type is determined by the server according to the travel information of the terminal device, the server may determine to push the network appointment car of the second type to the terminal device according to the travel information of the terminal device before pushing the card information to the terminal device. The travel information may include, for example, one or more of the following items: travel time information of the terminal device, travel starting point information of the terminal device, travel end point information of the terminal device, first type of network car reservation information, historical travel information of the terminal device and the like.
For example, the server may determine, according to the trip start point information of the terminal device, one network appointment car whose supply-demand ratio within the preset range of the terminal device is better than that of the first type network appointment car within the preset range of the terminal device, and use the network appointment car as the second type network appointment car. For example, taking a first type of online taxi appointment as an express bus, assuming that the server determines that the supply-demand ratio of a special taxi is better than that of the express bus within the preset range of the terminal device according to the trip starting point information of the terminal device, the server may determine that the special taxi is pushed by the terminal device.
For example, the server may determine a car appointment with a shorter distance from the terminal device than the first type of car appointment and the terminal device (i.e., a car appointment with a service response time faster than the first type of car appointment) based on the travel start point information of the terminal device and the location information of each car appointment within the preset range of the terminal device, and set the car appointment as the second type of car appointment. For example, taking a first type of network appointment car as an express car, assuming that the server determines that a special car is closer to the terminal device than the express car closest to the terminal device according to the trip start point information of the terminal device and the position information of each network appointment car within the preset range of the terminal device, the server may determine that the special car is pushed by the terminal device.
For example, the server may determine a car reservation with a smaller travel budget from the travel start point information, the travel end point information, and the travel time information of the terminal device, and use the car reservation as the second type of car reservation. For example, taking a first type of online taxi appointment as a express bus as an example, assuming that the server determines that the cost of using the taxi for traveling is lower than that of using the express bus according to the travel starting point information, the travel end point information and the travel time information of the terminal device, the server may determine to push the taxi for the terminal device.
For example, the server may determine a travel preference of the user according to the historical travel information of the terminal device, and use a car appointment meeting the travel preference as a second type of car appointment. For example, assuming that the server determines that the terminal device tends to use an economical and fast type taxi appointment for travel according to historical travel information of the terminal device, taking a first type taxi appointment as an express taxi as an example, the terminal device may determine that the terminal device conforms to the economical and fast type taxi appointment (for example, a small bus).
It will be appreciated that the above embodiments only exemplify a few ways of determining to push a second type of network appointment car for the terminal device. However, it may be understood by those skilled in the art that the server may adopt the second type of network appointment pushed by the terminal device through other combinations in the travel information, which is not described in detail herein. In addition, for the description of the above card information, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
And S204, the terminal equipment receives the card information.
According to the order processing method for the network appointment application, after the user triggers the travel order of the first type of network appointment, the server can push the card information recommending the second type of network appointment to the terminal device when the first type of network appointment is not successfully matched, so that the terminal device can display the card information to the user. Therefore, the user can visually and quickly acquire the attribute information of other types of online appointment cars through the card information, the purpose of guiding the user to select the online appointment car of other types to go out can be achieved, and the loss rate of the user can be reduced. Correspondingly, the user can also quickly decide whether to select other types of online car appointments for traveling or not based on the attribute information of other types of online car appointments, so that the traveling efficiency of the user is improved, and further the user experience is improved.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps of implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, executes the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing device for a network taxi appointment application provided in the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the order processing device of the network appointment application may implement part or all of the terminal device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. The order processing device of the network appointment application can comprise: a receiving module 11 and a display module 12. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the system comprises a receiving module 11, a scheduling module and a scheduling module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a travel order, triggered by a user on a user interface of a network booking application, for a first type of network booking;
a display module 12, configured to display card information on the user interface when the first type of internet contract is not successfully matched, where the card information includes: attribute information of a second type of network appointment, the attribute information comprising: the identification of the second type of network appointment and the service response duration of the second type of network appointment. The unsuccessfully matching the network appointment car of the first type may include, for example: the first type of online car appointment matching fails, or a cancellation request for the travel order triggered by the user on a user interface of the online car appointment application is received.
Optionally, the card information may further include at least one of: the method comprises the steps of triggering an operation option of a travel order for a second type of network car appointment, adopting estimated cost data of the second type of network car appointment travel, and adopting estimated cost difference data of the first type of network car appointment travel and the second type of network car appointment travel.
With continued reference to fig. 7, optionally, in some embodiments, the apparatus may further include: and a sending module 13. The sending module 13 is configured to send the travel order to a server after the receiving module 11 receives the travel order, triggered by the user on the user interface of the online car booking application, for the online car booking of the first type; the travel order is used for indicating the server to match the first type of network appointment car for the terminal equipment; in this scenario, the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive the card information pushed by the server when the first type of network appointment is not successfully matched.
The order processing device for the network taxi appointment application provided by the invention can execute the actions of the terminal equipment side in the method embodiment, the realization principle and the technical effect are similar, and the description is omitted.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus for another network appointment application provided in the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the order processing device of the network appointment application may implement part or all of the server by software, hardware, or a combination of both. The order processing device of the network appointment application can comprise: a receiving module 21 and a pushing module 22. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the receiving module 21 is configured to receive a travel order, which is sent by the terminal device and is for a first type of online taxi appointment;
a pushing module 22, configured to, when it is determined that the first type of network contract is not successfully matched, push card information to the terminal device, where the card information includes: attribute information of a second type of network appointment, the attribute information comprising: the identification of the second type of network appointment car and the service response time length of the second type of network appointment car. Optionally, the card information may further include at least one of: the method comprises the steps of triggering an operation option of a travel order for a second type of network car appointment, adopting estimated cost data of the second type of network car appointment travel, and adopting estimated cost difference data of the first type of network car appointment travel and the second type of network car appointment travel.
With continued reference to fig. 8, optionally, in some embodiments, the apparatus may further include:
the processing module 23 is configured to determine to push the network appointment car of the second type for the terminal device according to the travel information of the terminal device before the pushing module 22 pushes the card information to the terminal device. Illustratively, the travel information may include one or more of the following items: travel time information of the terminal device, travel starting point information of the terminal device, travel end point information of the terminal device, the first type of online taxi appointment information, and historical travel information of the terminal device.
Optionally, the processing module 23 is further configured to determine, according to the trip starting point information of the terminal device, a supply-demand ratio of the first type of network appointment car within a preset range of the terminal device; and when the supply-demand ratio of the first type of network appointment vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the first type of network appointment vehicle is not successfully matched. Or, the processing module 23 is further configured to determine that the first type of network appointment car is not successfully matched when receiving a cancel request for the travel order sent by the terminal device.
The order processing device for the network taxi appointment application provided by the invention can execute the action at the server side in the embodiment of the method, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, so that the description is omitted.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. An order processing method for a network taxi appointment application comprises the following steps:
receiving a first travel order, triggered by a user on a user interface of a vehicle booking application, for a first type of vehicle booking;
displaying card information on the user interface, wherein the card information comprises attribute information of a second type of online appointment car, and the attribute information comprises: an identification of the second type of networked appointment and an operation option to trigger a travel order for the second type of networked appointment, wherein the card information is pushed in response to unsuccessful matching of the first type of networked appointment available for the first travel order; and
triggering a second travel order for the second type of net appointment in response to selection of the operational option.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the attribute information further comprises: and the service response time of the second type of network appointment vehicle.
3. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein the card information further comprises at least one of: the estimated expense data of the second type of network car booking trip and the estimated expense difference data of the first type of network car booking trip and the second type of network car booking trip are adopted.
4. The method of any of claims 1-2, further comprising:
sending the first travel order to a server, wherein the first travel order is used for indicating the server to match the first type of online taxi appointment for the terminal equipment;
and receiving the card information pushed by the server when the first type of network appointment is not successfully matched.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first type of net appointment unsuccessful match available for the first travel order comprises:
the first type of network appointment matching fails, or
Receiving a cancel request for the first travel order triggered by the user on a user interface of the online car appointment application.
6. An order processing method for a network taxi appointment application comprises the following steps:
receiving a first travel order aiming at a first type of network appointment vehicle sent by terminal equipment;
in response to the first type of online booking available for the first travel order not being successfully matched, pushing card information to the terminal device, the card information comprising: attribute information of a second type of network appointment, the attribute information comprising: the identifier of the second type of online appointment car and an operation option for triggering a travel order of the second type of online appointment car are included; and
receiving a second travel order for the second type of online appointment, wherein the second travel order is triggered in response to selection of the operational option.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and determining to push the network appointment car of the second type to the terminal equipment according to the travel information of the terminal equipment.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the travel information comprises one or more of:
travel time information of the terminal device, travel starting point information of the terminal device, travel end point information of the terminal device, the first type of online taxi appointment information, and historical travel information of the terminal device.
9. The method of any of claims 6 to 8, further comprising:
determining the supply-demand ratio of the first type of network appointment car within a preset range of the terminal equipment according to the trip starting point information of the terminal equipment; and
and determining that the first type of network appointment car available for the first travel order is not successfully matched in response to the supply-demand ratio of the first type of network appointment car being less than or equal to a preset threshold value.
10. The method of any of claims 6 to 8, further comprising:
in response to receiving a cancel request for the first travel order sent by the terminal device, determining that the first type of online appointment available for the first travel order is not successfully matched.
11. The method of any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the card information further comprises at least one of: the estimated expense data of the second type of network car booking trip and the estimated expense difference data of the first type of network car booking trip and the second type of network car booking trip are adopted.
12. The method of any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the attribute information further comprises: and the service response time of the second type of network appointment vehicle.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 or 6 to 12.
14. A computer readable storage medium having one or more computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-5 or 6-12.
