Abstract
The invention relates to drying equipment, and provides an anti-spraying quick drying device for essence and spice, which comprises a box body, a feeding pipe, a placing table, a material stirring assembly, a circulating assembly, an impurity removing assembly and a heating assembly, wherein the placing table is arranged in the box body; the material stirring assembly is rotatably arranged on the placing table and is used for stirring materials; the feeding end of the circulating component is communicated with the discharging end of the placing table; the impurity removing component is arranged at the bottom end of the placing table and used for collecting residues generated in the drying process; the heating component is arranged at the top end of the placing table and is positioned at the discharge end of the circulating component so as to dry the lifted essence and spice; this application can adjust essence spices's position when using, makes its and hot-air fully contact, improves the effect of drying, prevents to dry uneven condition and takes place, simultaneously, clears up the residue that essence spices produced in drying automatically, guarantees the finished product quality of stoving back essence spices.

the rotating shaft 4 is driven by a driving box 5 arranged on a bottom plate of the box body 1;
the bottom surface of the placing table 3 is an inclined surface, and the side surface of the placing table 3 is provided with a leading-out groove 11;
the placing table 3 is contacted with the bottom end of the scraping rod 7 so as to drive the essence and spice to move when rotating.
In the process of this embodiment, when the material is used, the driving box 5 works to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate along the placing table 3, and the movable rod 6 and the scraping rod 7 move synchronously and stir the material in the process of moving along the inclined plane of the placing table 3.
