Background
At present, in large markets or rail transit, large radian walls are often utilized, and requirements on the attractiveness of the walls are increased while the basic functions are guaranteed; at present, in order to meet the requirement, the traditional solution is to paint or paste the curved wall, so as to beautify the environment of the wall surface and make the wall surface brand-new.
However, with the further improvement of the living standard of people, the effects of moisture resistance, water resistance and sound insulation are required to be achieved in addition to the demand of beautifying the wall surface, but the existing wall surface decoration can not meet the demand; therefore, the board wall with the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, heat preservation, sound insulation and the like is produced and applied, but the current board wall has the problems of complex structure, different sizes and specifications of radian wall bodies and inconvenient assembly.

In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a wall panel suitable for modeling a wall surface and a preparation process thereof, which are used for avoiding the trouble that the prior radian wall body lacks a decorative wall panel with strong applicability and has single functionality.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the aluminum alloy base are inclined inward, and a central inner groove is formed on a side facing the polyester fiber cloth.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the two sides of the central inner groove have slopes, and the opening of the central inner groove is narrowed from the bottom to the outside.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the aluminum alloy base is hollow, and two spaced reinforcing beam surfaces are disposed at a lower side of the central inner groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer decoration plate is a solid wood plate and is fastened to the central inner groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bending angle of the two adjacent aluminum alloy bases is within 60 °.
The invention also discloses a preparation process of the wallboard suitable for modeling the wall surface, which comprises the following steps:
cutting an aluminum profile to form an aluminum alloy base;
step b, providing polyester fiber cloth, coating adhesive on the outer side surface of the aluminum alloy base, and sequentially adhering the aluminum alloy base to the polyester fiber cloth;
c, providing an outer decorative plate, coating adhesive on the inner side surface of the outer decorative plate, sequentially adhering the outer decorative plate to the other side of the polyester fiber cloth, and forming the wall plate suitable for modeling the wall surface;
and d, applying the wallboard to the arc-shaped wall body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:
a plurality of aluminum alloy bases and outer decorative plates are bonded through polyester fiber cloth to form a decorative wallboard, the aluminum alloy bases are assembled on the arc-shaped wall body, the bending angle is increased, the applicability is improved, the defects caused by processes such as painting and polishing are reduced, the influence of single parts on the whole product is reduced, and the loss is reduced.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that how to implement the technical means for solving the technical problems and achieving the technical effects of the present invention can be fully understood and implemented.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the aluminum alloy base 10 is cut and formed from aluminum profiles, is lightweight and durable, and serves as an external framework for a shaped wall. The polyester fiber cloth 20 is bonded with the adhesive, and the aluminum alloy base 10 is sequentially bonded to one side of the polyester fiber cloth 20 and aligned to form a plate surface. Meanwhile, the outer decoration plate 30 is adhered to the other side of the polyester fiber cloth 20 by an adhesive, and is adhered correspondingly to the aluminum alloy base 10. It should be understood that, every 2 outer decorative boards 30 correspond to 1 aluminum alloy base 10, so that the occupied size of the outer decorative boards 30 is reduced, the arrangement is denser, the surface radian is designed, and the spaciousness is enhanced. In a preferred embodiment, the two sides of the central inner groove have slopes, that is, the opening of the central inner groove is shrunk from the bottom to the outside, so that the opening surface is reduced, the outer decoration plate 30 can be assembled more firmly and stably, and the stability is enhanced.
The aluminum alloy base 10 is hollow, the counter weight is reduced, and two spaced reinforcing beam surfaces are arranged on the lower side of the central inner groove, so that the supporting strength is improved.
Preferably, the outer decoration board 30 is a solid wood board, has a wide application range and strong durability, and is fastened with the central inner groove, i.e., the caulking groove is matched, so that the stability is enhanced.
In one embodiment, the bending angle of two adjacent aluminum alloy bases is within 60 degrees, so that the design of the wall with most radians is adapted. In conclusion, the aluminum alloy base and the outer decorative plate are bonded through the polyester fiber cloth to form the decorative wall plate, and then the aluminum alloy base is assembled on the arc-shaped wall body, so that the bending angle can be achieved, the applicability is improved, the defects caused by processes of coating, paint spraying, polishing and the like are reduced, the influence of a single part on the whole product is reduced, and the loss is reduced.

7. A process for manufacturing a wall panel suitable for use in forming a wall covering according to claim 1, comprising:
cutting an aluminum profile to form an aluminum alloy base;
step b, providing polyester fiber cloth, coating adhesive on the outer side surface of the aluminum alloy base, and sequentially adhering the aluminum alloy base to the polyester fiber cloth;
c, providing an outer decorative plate, coating adhesive on the inner side surface of the outer decorative plate, sequentially adhering the outer decorative plate to the other side of the polyester fiber cloth, and forming the wall plate suitable for modeling the wall surface;
and d, applying the wallboard to the arc-shaped wall body.
