after the steam fan blades 403 are pushed to rotate, high-temperature and high-pressure steam can enter the return pipe 19 to be liquefied into high-temperature water, the high-temperature water enters the heating pipes 20 in the steam cooling chamber 305, the heating pipes 20 are wound on the outer side of the steel strip 11 which is just quenched, the high-temperature water can insulate and preheat the steel strip 11, so that the temperature of the steel strip 11 entering the tempering furnace 2 is increased, the energy required by heating the steel strip 11 during tempering is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, a small amount of water is attached to the surface of the steel strip 11 after quenching, if the water directly enters the tempering furnace 2, the water vapor can seriously interfere with the tempering process, when the steel strip 11 enters the steam cooling chamber 305, air flow is provided for the steam cooling chamber 305 through the air exchange net 306, the surface of the steel strip 11 is dewatered, the water remained on the surface of the steel strip 11 can be absorbed through the water absorption cotton 2001, the water attached to the surface of the steel strip 11 is reduced, and the high-temperature water in the heating pipes 20 is cooled again returned to the water pool 303 through the pipeline, so that the water in the water pool 303 is recycled and the use efficiency is increased.
