Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil and gas well drilling, in particular to a tackifying and shear-enhancing agent, an oil-based mud flushing fluid prepared from the tackifying and shear-enhancing agent, and a preparation method and application of the tackifying and shear-enhancing agent.
Background
In the well cementation process, the problem of instability of the well wall brings certain difficulties to the operation processes of well drilling, geological logging, well cementation and the like. Among them, oil-based drilling fluids are generally used to solve the problem of shale stability and achieve good drilling construction effects. However, in the case of a well cementing construction process, the oil-based drilling fluid can be retained at the interface and form oil slurry and an oil film, which can seriously affect the interface cementing strength of the cement sheath and reduce the sealing quality of the cement sheath. Therefore, before cementing, flushing fluid with high-efficiency flushing function is injected for cleaning oil slurry, oil films and mud cakes adhered to the interface, improving the cementing environment of the annular interface and ensuring the sealing quality of a cement sheath.
In the prior art, oil-based mud flushing fluid for well cementation based on a polymer surfactant usually needs to be added with a flow pattern regulator (such as a tackifying polymer or an inorganic substance) so as to ensure that the flushing fluid has certain shearing force and viscosity and plays a role in dragging oil slurry and an oil film under the action of a hydraulic machine. Meanwhile, the strong emulsification effect of the flushing fluid can effectively emulsify an oil film and residual oil, so that the aim of cleaning the viscous oil-based drilling fluid is fulfilled.
CN105315979A discloses an oil-based mud flushing fluid for well cementation and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flushing fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts by weight of water; 1-4 parts by weight of a polymer surfactant; 1-3 parts of nano attapulgite; the structural formula of the polymer surfactant is that the particle diameter of the nano attapulgite is between 2 and 50 nm. The preparation method of the flushing liquid comprises the following steps: and uniformly stirring the components according to the using amount to prepare the oil-based mud flushing fluid for well cementation. The flushing fluid has a good cleaning and displacing effect on the white oil-based drilling fluid and the diesel oil-based drilling fluid used in drilling, can effectively solve the problems of high viscosity of the oil-based drilling fluid used in drilling, difficulty in cleaning an oil film during well cementation and unclean annular displacement, and particularly has a more obvious flushing effect on the drilling fluid with high plastic viscosity.
CN105315978A discloses an oil-based mud flushing fluid for well cementation and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flushing fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of water; 4-8 parts of a nonionic surfactant; 5-8 parts of an anionic surfactant; 4-5 parts of amphoteric surfactant; 801-2 parts of spandex; tween 801-2 parts; 0.2 to 3.5 portions of viscosity and cutting extracting agent. The preparation method of the flushing liquid comprises the following steps: according to the dosage of the components, firstly adding the viscosity-increasing and cutting-improving agent, uniformly stirring, then adding other components, and uniformly stirring to prepare the oil-based mud flushing fluid for well cementation. The flushing fluid has certain shearing force and viscosity, and plays a role in dragging oil slurry and an oil film under the action of a hydraulic machine; meanwhile, the flushing fluid has a strong emulsifying effect, can effectively emulsify an oil film and residual oil, achieves the aim of effectively cleaning viscous oil-based drilling fluid, and is suitable for flushing the oil-based drilling fluid with high plastic viscosity and shear force.
However, the above-mentioned thickening and cutting agent has a particularly long dissolution time, and the surface thereof is first hydrated in water to wrap the undissolved portion inside, thereby forming a particle structure which is not completely hydrated.

TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, samples # 1 to # 4 including the viscosity enhancer and the foaming agent prepared in the examples had good dissolution in water, and were completely dissolved by stirring at a low speed for 5 minutes at normal temperature, while the attapulgite, the welan gum, the xanthan gum, and the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) containing no foaming agent were not completely dissolved by stirring for 10 minutes. In addition, in the case of the thickening and shear-improving agent prepared in comparative example 1, the amount of the foaming agent added is small, which results in poor dissolution in 5 minutes, and when the amount of the foaming agent added is large, the dissolution of the thickening and shear-improving agent is promoted according to the action principle of the foaming agent, but the cost control in the industrial application process is not facilitated.
What has been described above is merely a preferred example of the present invention. It should be noted that other equivalent variations and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art based on the technical teaching provided by the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be considered.
