Description

Oil field microcapsule non-acid self-heating blocking remover and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil well blockage cleaning, in particular to an oil field microcapsule non-acid self-heating blocking remover and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the oil well is mainly caused by the following aspects:
firstly, formation damage caused by organic matter deposition:
emulsification blockage caused by the action of additives used in oil well operation and oil water;
wax, colloid, asphalt and the like in the crude oil are separated out due to temperature and pressure changes in the process of production and transportation;
natural gas, CO 2 The increase in crude oil viscosity after the overflow of gaseous matter leads to plugging.
Secondly, the oil well is blocked by inorganic scale:
the temperature and pressure change causes the precipitation of the produced water salt;
injected water and formation waterIncompatible formation of Ca 2 + 、Mg 2+ 、Ba 2 + 、Sr 2 + Inorganic scale and the like;
clogging of movable particles such as clay, sand, etc.;
the clay swells and blocks.
The existing oil well blockage removing technology comprises acidification blockage removing, non-acid blockage removing and comprehensive blockage removing (combination of acidification and non-acidification). The simple acidification blockage removing effect is poor, so that the composite blockage removing technology is more and more commonly applied to the field, and the self-heating blockage removing technology is one of the technologies. The traditional chemical heat generation system adopts the technical principle that a nitrogenous oxidant and a nitrogenous reducing agent are mixed to perform chemical reaction under the action of a catalyst, a large amount of heat and gas are released, the generated heat and gas are utilized, the blockage of an oil well near-wellbore area caused by organic matters such as colloid, asphaltene and wax is relieved, an oil flow channel is dredged, and the productivity of the oil well is recovered. The conventional construction adopts a segmented plug type injection mode, and two reactants are mixed in the stratum. In actual operation, in the process of transporting and storing reactants, if the reactants are not operated properly or stored improperly, the exothermic reaction risks, and certain safety hazards exist.
