The embodiment 2 provides an environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean paint, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90 parts of a component A and 16 parts of a component B.
The component A comprises 80 parts of siloxane compounds, 3.5 parts of auxiliary agents, 2.5 parts of alcohol ether compounds and 4 parts of curing agents;
the siloxane compound is a compound of siloxane polymer and hydroxyl siloxane, and the mass ratio of the siloxane polymer to the hydroxyl siloxane is 15:1, a step of;
the siloxane polymer comprises methoxy groups and has a siloxane bond content of 68-72% (German Wake MSE 100);

the curing agent is acryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane, the CAS number is 4369-14-6, and the curing agent is purchased from sigma Aldrich trade company;
the component B is a phthalate ester catalyst;
the phthalate ester catalyst is butyl titanate with CAS number of 5593-70-4, and is purchased from Sigma Aldrich trade company, shanghai.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean paint, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Sequentially adding 80 parts of siloxane compounds, 3.5 parts of auxiliary agents and 2.5 parts of alcohol ether compounds into a dispersing machine, uniformly mixing, and dispersing at a high speed to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) Adding 16 parts of phthalate ester catalyst and 4 parts of curing agent into the mixed solution until the mixture is completely dissolved, so as to obtain the easy-to-clean coating;
the high-speed dispersion rotating speed is 1300rpm, and the high-speed dispersion time is 0.8h.
Comparative example 1
The specific embodiment is the same as example 2, and the difference is that the siloxane compound is a compound of siloxane polymer and hydroxy siloxane, and the mass ratio of the siloxane polymer to the hydroxy siloxane is 1:1, wherein the siloxane polymer comprises methoxy groups and has a siloxane bond content of 68-72% (German Wake MSE 100), and the hydroxy siloxane is dihydroxy end-capped polydimethylsiloxane and has a molecular weight: 2000, model SH-203 was purchased from Hubei New Sihai chemical Co., ltd;

Performance testing
The prepared easy-to-clean paint was applied to 25.4X176.2X1 mm specification slide glass with a 50 μm bar coater, and the resulting sample was used for the subsequent performance test.
1. Glass surface adhesion: measuring by adopting a hundred-cell method;
2. ageing resistance: the easy-to-clean coatings obtained in examples and comparative examples were exposed to a QUV ultraviolet accelerated aging oven (240H, 0.68w/m 2), and the color change time of the easy-to-clean coatings was observed;
3. transmittance: according to national standard GB/T2680-94, measurement of visible light transmittance, sunlight direct transmittance, solar total transmittance, ultraviolet transmittance and related window glass parameters of building glass; 85%
4. Stain resistance: the easy-to-clean coatings prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3 were equally divided into three parts, 15 parts total, and each was applied to 25.4X176.2X1 mm sized glass slides with a 50 μm wire bar coater, examples 1-2, and comparative examples 1-3 were each prepared in triplicate for subsequent performance testing.
The first sample is painted by an oily Mark pen, the first sample is placed for 24 hours at the temperature of 50 ℃ after the first sample is painted, the oily Mark pen stain on the surface of the first sample is erased, the erasing effect is evaluated, 8-10 minutes are easy to remove, 4-7 minutes are easy to remove, and 1-3 minutes are difficult to remove;
the second sample is adhered to the adhesive, the adhesive is placed for 24 hours at 50 ℃ after the second sample is adhered, the adhesive on the surface of the sample is removed, the removing difficulty is evaluated, the second sample is easy to remove for 8-10 minutes, the second sample is easy to remove for 4-7 minutes, and the second sample is difficult to remove for 1-3 minutes;
and coating the surface of a third sample with the sea-sky dark soy sauce, coating 5g of sea-sky dark soy sauce on the surface of the sample, standing at 50 ℃ for 24 hours, flushing the sample with tap water, and recording the flushing time of the sea-sky dark soy sauce on the surface of the sample.
Claims (6)
1. The environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean paint is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 86-93 parts of a component A and 13-18 parts of a component B, wherein the component A comprises 78-81 parts of siloxane compounds, 3-4 parts of auxiliary agents, 2-3 parts of alcohol ether compounds and 3-5 parts of curing agents, and the component B is a catalyst;
the siloxane compound is a siloxane polymer and hydroxyl siloxane compound; the mass ratio of the siloxane polymer to the hydroxyl siloxane is 4-16:1, a step of; the siloxane polymer is german wack MSE100; the hydroxyl siloxane is one of monohydroxy end-capped poly (dimethylsiloxane), hydroxyl end-capped poly (dimethylsiloxane), dihydroxy end-capped polydimethylsiloxane and dihydroxy end-capped poly (dimethylsiloxane-co-diphenylsiloxane);
the auxiliary agent is hydroxypropyl methacrylate or trimethylolpropane triacrylate.
2. An environmentally friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean coating according to claim 1, wherein said hydroxysiloxane has an average molecular weight of 1000-100000.

The environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean coating according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol ether compound is one or a combination of several of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol dibutyl ether, propylene glycol diethyl ether and cyclohexanediol monomethyl ether.
4. The environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean coating according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is one of aminosilane, acryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and dieisethion water WSA-950.

The environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean coating according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is titanate catalyst, and the titanate catalyst is one or a combination of more of n-butyl titanate, 4-isopropyl titanate, diisopropyl bis (acetoacetate) titanate and polybutyl titanate.
6. A method for preparing the environment-friendly transparent antifouling easy-to-clean paint according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the following steps:
(1) Sequentially adding a siloxane compound, an auxiliary agent and an alcohol ether compound into a dispersing machine, uniformly mixing, and dispersing at a high speed to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) And adding a catalyst and a curing agent into the mixed solution until the catalyst and the curing agent are completely dissolved, thus obtaining the coating easy to clean.
