When fluffy down which has been loosened by the stirring rod arrangement 12 in the chamber 111 of the down-mixer (which may also be referred to as "preliminary fluffed down") is to be supplied to the upper box, i.e. the down-loading box, of the down-filling machine, then the applicant may, as mentioned in the above background section: one end of the down suction pipe (i.e. the down suction pipe) is connected with the down inlet of the down suction fan, and the free end of the down suction pipe, i.e. the other end of the down suction pipe, is matched and connected with the down leading-out interface 112; one end of the down outlet pipe is connected with a down outlet of the down suction fan, the other end of the down outlet pipe is connected with an upper box body of the down filling machine, namely an upper box body down inlet of the upper down box, namely the down inlet of the upper down box, in a durable connection state, the connection is not connected every time, the down suction fan is started, and therefore, under the action of negative pressure, fluffy down in the down stirring box cavity 111 sequentially enters the upper box body of the down filling machine through the down leading-out interface 112, the down pumping pipe, the down inlet of the down suction fan, the down outlet of the down suction fan and the down outlet pipe, the fluffy down is further stirred and loosened by a down stirring device of the upper box body so as to be supplied to the lower box body by the upper box body as required, and then is stirred and loosened by a down stirring mechanism in the lower box body so as to be supplied with the down filling head and filled into the down cone by the down filling head.
Continuing with fig. 1, the stirring rod device 12 includes a stirring rod shaft 121, an end stirring rod 122 and a middle stirring rod 123, the stirring rod shaft 121 is located in the stirring box cavity 111 of the stirring box 11, and the left end and the right end of the stirring rod shaft 121 are respectively rotatably supported on the opposite sides of the left wall body and the right wall body of the stirring box through a stirring rod shaft supporting bearing seat, as mentioned above, since the stirring rod shaft driving device 13 can be disposed on the outer side of the left wall body of the stirring box or the outer side of the right wall body of the stirring box, when the stirring rod shaft driving device 13 is disposed on the outer side of the right wall body of the stirring box, the right end of the stirring rod shaft 121 is in transmission connection with the stirring rod shaft driving device 13, which is the present embodiment, otherwise, it is not described again. The end paddles 122 are provided in a set at each of the left and right ends of the paddle shaft 12, and the set of end paddles 122 are radially formed on the end paddle base 1221, the end paddle base 1221 is sleeved on the paddle shaft 121 and the end paddle base 1221 is locked with the paddle shaft 121 by the end paddle base locking screw, the middle paddles 123 are fixed at the middle of the paddle shaft 121 by the middle paddle locking screw, and the middle paddles 123 are preferably provided in two spaced sets, but are not limited to the number.
Continuing with fig. 1, the aforementioned stirring rod shaft driving device 13 includes a stirring rod shaft driving motor 131 and a stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132, the stirring rod shaft driving motor 131 is electrically connected to the aforementioned electrical control box 4, the stirring rod shaft driving motor 131 is in transmission fit with the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132 and is fixed outside the right wall body of the aforementioned stirring box 11 by the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132 together with the stirring rod shaft driving motor 131, and the right end of the aforementioned stirring rod shaft 121 is in transmission connection with the final power output shaft of the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132.
As shown in fig. 1, a pile-stirring tank chamber opening/closing plate 14a is provided on each of the front wall, i.e., the front wall, and the rear wall, i.e., the rear wall, of the pile stirring tank 11, and at a position corresponding to the aforementioned shaft 121, by a pile-stirring tank chamber opening/closing plate screw 14c having a restriction flap facing one side of the pile stirring tank chamber 111, and a pair of pile-stirring tank chamber cleaning opening/closing plates 14b is provided at a position corresponding to the lower side of the pile-stirring tank chamber opening/closing plate 14a, by a pile-stirring tank chamber cleaning opening/closing plate screw 14d having a restriction flap facing one side of the pile stirring tank chamber 111.
When an operator operates a corresponding button on the electrical control box 4, the stirring rod shaft driving motor 131 works, the stirring rod shaft driving motor shaft of the stirring rod shaft driving motor 131 drives the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132, the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box final-stage power output shaft of the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box 132 drives the stirring rod shaft 121, the stirring rod shaft 121 drives the end stirring rod 122 and the middle stirring rod 123 fixed on the stirring rod shaft to stir down in the down stirring box cavity 111, so that the down reaches a desired pre-stirring loosening state, the down pumping pipe and/or the down discharging pipe cannot be blocked under the work of the down suction fan, and the down is ensured to smoothly enter an upper box body, namely a down feeding box, of a structure system of the down filling machine.
Continuing with fig. 1, the aforesaid feather bag pulsating beating mechanism 2 (which may also be referred to as "feather bag intermittent beating mechanism", the same shall apply hereinafter) comprises a feather bag pulsating beating box 21, a left pulsating beating device 22 and a right pulsating beating device 23, the feather bag pulsating beating box 21 may also be referred to as a feather bag intermittent beating box, a communicated feather bag pulsating beating box flange 214 is formed at the peripheral edge of the bottom of the feather bag pulsating beating box 21, the feather bag pulsating beating box flange 214 is fixed with the aforesaid feather stirring box flange 113 by screws distributed at intervals, and as a preferred solution, a sealing gasket may be disposed between the feather bag pulsating beating box flange 214 and the feather stirring box flange 113. An outward folded and unfolded beating box upper flange 215 is formed at the top part, namely the peripheral edge part of the upper part of the down feather bag pulsating beating box 21. As shown in fig. 1, a down bag pulsating beating box cavity 211 of the down bag pulsating beating box 21 is communicated with the down stirring box cavity 111, a pair of box doors 212 for opening or closing the down bag pulsating beating box cavity 211 of the down bag pulsating beating box 21 are hinged on the front side and the rear side of the down bag pulsating beating box 21 through hinges (or pins are used), air inlet grid plates 213 are respectively arranged on the left wall body and the right wall body of the down bag pulsating beating box 21, and when the down leading-out interface 112 on the down stirring box 11 is in a down leading-out state, the air inlet grid plates 213 supply external air into the down bag pulsating beating box cavity 211 and then into the down stirring box cavity 111, so as to facilitate smooth down leading-out of the down leading-out interface 112. In the present embodiment, since the structure of the right pulsating beating device 23 (also referred to as "right intermittent beating device") is the same as that of the left pulsating beating device 22 (also referred to as "left intermittent beating device") and is disposed on the right wall of the aforesaid down feather bag pulsating beating box in a state corresponding to the left pulsating beating device 22, the applicant shall describe in detail only the left pulsating beating device 22 below, wherein the left pulsating beating device 22 comprises a pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 221 and a pulsating beating claw 222, the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 221 is fixed in a horizontal state to the outside of the left wall of the aforesaid down feather bag pulsating beating box and a pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder column 2211 of the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 221 extends into the aforesaid down feather bag pulsating beating box cavity 211, and the pulsating beating claw 222 is fixed to the end (right end portion shown in fig. 1) of the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder column 2211 in the aforesaid down feather bag pulsating beating box cavity 211; the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 221 is electrically connected to the electrical control box 4; the down bag inverted hanging lifting vibrating mechanism 3 is fixed with the top of the down bag pulsating beating box 21 and is communicated with the down bag pulsating beating box cavity 211; the electrical control box 4 is arranged outside the left wall body of the down bag pulsating beating box, but can be arranged at other reasonable positions.
Assuming that the down bag is suspended in an inverted state from the down bag hanging and lifting vibrating mechanism 3, and a part of the bag body of the down bag corresponds to a position between the left and right pulsating beating devices 22, 23, the left and right pulsating beating devices 22, 23 are put into an operating state by an operator operating a corresponding button on the electrical control box 4, now taking the left pulsating beating device 22 as an example, the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 221 operates to make the pulsating beating claw actuating cylinder 2211 intermittently extend and contract left and right alternately, so as to drive the pulsating beating claws 222 to correspondingly operate left and right alternately, and in the process, the down bag is intermittently beaten to force down in the down bag to fall into the aforesaid down stirring box cavity 111. Especially, the down feather bag is beaten in the time period that the down feather in the down feather bag tends to be discharged completely, so that the residual down feather in the down feather bag can be thoroughly removed.
In the present embodiment, the pulsating tapping pawl actuation cylinder 221 is a cylinder; the pulsating beating claw 222 is shaped like an x, but may be cross or other equivalent shapes. As shown in fig. 1, a transparent window 2121 is provided on each of the pair of doors 212, and a door handle 2122 is provided on each of the pair of doors 212.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, the door handle 2122 is concealable, a handle cavity 2123 is formed at each of the pair of doors 212 at a position corresponding to the door handle 2122, a key cylinder relief cavity 2124 is formed at a lower portion of the handle cavity 2123, and a lock tongue fixing plate 2125 (i.e., a lock tongue limiting plate) is disposed at a position corresponding to an upper portion of the key cylinder relief cavity 2124, an upper end of the door handle 2122 is hinged to an upper portion of the handle cavity 2123 via a handle hinge seat 21221, a lock tongue 21222 is disposed at a lower end of the door handle 2122 at a position corresponding to the key cylinder relief cavity 2124, and a lock tongue 21223 of the lock tongue 21222 is locked to or unlocked from the lock tongue fixing plate 2125 in the key cylinder relief cavity 2124. The method comprises the following steps: the door handle 2122 is pushed into the handle cavity 2123, and a key or the like is inserted into the lock cylinder hole and turned at an angle with respect to the lock cylinder 21222, the lock tongue 21223 is carried by the lock cylinder 21222, and the lock tongue 21223 is locked to the lock tongue fixing plate 2125, and the handle 2122 is confined in the handle cavity 2123 in a concealed state, and vice versa.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the down bag upside-down hanging, lifting and vibrating mechanism 3 includes a down bag hanging box 31, a vibrating seat 32, a bag hanging frame 33, a vibrating seat actuating device 34, a bag hanging frame lifting and driving device 35, a vibrating seat connecting chain 36 and a bag hanging frame lifting and pulling rope 37, the bottom of the down bag hanging box 31 is formed with a down bag hanging box flange 312 which is folded outwards and is positioned corresponding to the beating box upper flange 215, the flange 312 of the hanging box of the down bag is fixed with the flange 215 of the beating box through screws distributed at intervals, thereby realizing the fixation of the bottom of the eiderdown bag hanging box 31 and the top of the eiderdown bag pulse beating box 21, and the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311 of the eiderdown bag hanging box 31 is communicated with the eiderdown bag pulsating beating box cavity 211, the fluttering seat actuating device 34 is arranged outside the right wall body of the eiderdown bag hanging box 31 and is electrically controlled to be connected with the electrical control box 4, the eiderdown bag frame lifting drive device 35 is arranged outside the left wall body of the eiderdown bag hanging box 31 and is also electrically controlled to be connected with the electrical control box 4, the fluttering seat 32 and the eiderdown bag frame 33 are positioned in the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311 in a mutually corresponding state, one end of the fluttering seat connecting chain 36 is connected with the fluttering seat actuating device 34, the other end is led into the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311 and is connected with the fluttering seat 32 after passing through the chain transition wheel 31111 on the beam 3111 arranged on the top of the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311, one end of the eiderdown bag frame lifting traction rope 37 is connected with the eiderdown bag frame lifting drive device 35, and the other end of the hanging bag frame lifting traction rope 37 is led into the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311 and is connected with the hanging bag frame 33 after passing through the flutter seat 35.
A lifting traction rope bend wheel seat 321 is fixed on one downward side of the flutter seat 32, a lifting traction rope bend wheel 3211 is rotatably arranged on the lifting traction rope bend wheel seat 321 through a lifting traction rope bend wheel shaft 32111, a lifting traction rope abdicating groove 38 is arranged on the left wall body of the down bag hanging box 31 and at a position corresponding to the lifting traction rope 37 of the bag hanging frame, the other end of the bag hanging frame lifting traction rope 37, namely one end led into the down bag hanging box cavity 311, is led into the down bag hanging box cavity 311 through the lifting traction rope abdicating groove 38 and is connected with the bag hanging frame 33 after passing through the lifting traction rope bend wheel 3211, and a group of down bag hanging hooks 331 are arranged on one downward side of the bag hanging frame 33 at intervals; a chain transition wheel shaft seat 31112 is fixed on the cross beam 3111 at a position corresponding to the upper side of the trembler seat 32, the chain transition wheel 31111 is rotatably arranged at the middle part of the chain transition wheel shaft 31113, and both ends of the chain transition wheel shaft 31113 are supported on the chain transition wheel shaft seat 31112; a down bag hanging box cavity opening and closing sealing plate 312 is arranged on the front wall body of the down bag hanging box and the rear wall body of the down bag hanging box 31 at the corresponding positions respectively through a down bag hanging box cavity opening and closing sealing plate screw 3121 which is provided with a limiting baffle towards one side of the down bag hanging box cavity 311.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1 and 3, the aforementioned fluttering base actuating device 34 comprises a chain pulling action cylinder base 341, a chain pulling action cylinder 342, a chain guide wheel 343 and a guard 344, the chain pulling action cylinder base 341 is fixed on the outer side of the right wall body of the down bag hanging box 31, the chain pulling action cylinder 342 is electrically controlled to be connected to the aforementioned electric control box 4 and fixed in a longitudinal state to the downward side of the chain pulling action cylinder base 341, the chain pulling action cylinder 3421 of the chain pulling action cylinder 342 is slidably extended above the chain pulling action cylinder base 341, the chain guide wheel 343 is rotatably provided in the middle of the chain guide wheel shaft 3431, and both ends of the chain guide wheel shaft 3431 are supported on the chain guide wheel shaft base 34311, the chain guide wheel shaft base 34311 is fixed to the right outer side of the down bag hanging box by screws and corresponds to the upper side of the chain pulling action cylinder base 341, and the guard 344 is fixed to the right wall body of the down bag hanging box by the chain pulling action cylinder base 341, the chain pulling action cylinder base 342 and the guard wheel 343; a chain fixing post 322 is formed at the center of the upward side of the vibration seat 32, one end of the vibration seat connecting chain 36 is fixed to the chain pulling cylinder post 3421, and the other end is introduced into the eiderdown bag hanging box cavity 311 through a chain abdicating hole (not shown) formed on the right wall body of the eiderdown bag hanging box and fixed to the chain fixing post 322 after passing through the chain transition wheel 31111. The aforementioned drawing means drawing.
When the operator operates the corresponding button on the electrical control box 4, the chain pulling action cylinder 342 operates, and the chain pulling action cylinder column 3421 moves up and down reasonably at a set frequency, i.e., repeatedly extends out or retracts into the chain pulling action cylinder 342, so that the chain pulling action cylinder column 3421 drives the vibrating seat connecting chain 36, and the vibrating seat connecting chain 36 drives the vibrating seat to vibrate up and down alternately, which is beneficial to vibrating down in the down bag.
In the present embodiment, the chain pulling cylinder 342 is a pneumatic cylinder.
Continuing with fig. 1 and 3, the aforementioned bag hanger elevation driving apparatus 35 includes a winch support fixing plate 351, a winch support 352, an elevation hauling rope winch driving motor 353, an elevation hauling rope winch 354, an elevation hauling rope transition wheel seat 355, an elevation hauling rope transition wheel 356 and a protective cover 357, the winch support fixing plate 351 is fixed to the outer side of the left wall body of the down bag hanging box of the aforementioned down bag hanging box 31, the winch support 352 is fixed to the winch support fixing plate 351, the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor 353 is electrically connected to the aforementioned electrical control box 4, the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor 353 is fixed to the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor seat 3531, the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor seat 3531 is fixed to the winch support 352, and the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor shaft of the elevation hauling rope winch driving motor 353 passes through the elevation rope winch driving motor seat 3531 to be in transmission connection with the rear end of the elevation hauling rope winch shaft 3541 of the elevation hauling rope winch rope 354, the front end of the winch shaft 3541 of the lifting traction rope is rotatably supported at the front end of the winch support 352, the winch 354 of the lifting traction rope is fixed at the middle part of the winch shaft 3541 of the lifting traction rope, one end of the lifting traction rope 37 of the pocket frame is fixed on the winch 354 of the lifting traction rope, a transition wheel seat 355 of the lifting traction rope is fixed at the outer side of the left wall body of the eiderdown pocket hanging box 31, a transition wheel 356 of the lifting traction rope is rotatably arranged at the middle part of the transition wheel seat 3561 of the lifting traction rope, two ends of the transition wheel seat 3561 of the lifting traction rope are supported on a transition wheel seat 35611 of the lifting traction rope, the transition wheel seat 35611 of the lifting traction rope is fixed on the transition wheel seat 355 of the lifting traction rope, and a protective cover 357 is used for fixing the winch support 351, the winch support 352 and the winch support 352, the lifting traction rope winch driving motor 353, the lifting traction rope winch 354, the lifting traction rope transition wheel seat 355 and the lifting traction rope transition wheel 356 are fixed on the outer side of the left wall body of the down bag hanging box 31 in a covering state; the hoisting and pulling rope winch driving motor 353 is a motor with a forward and reverse rotation function.
The operator operates the corresponding button on the electrical control box 4, the lifting traction rope winch driving motor 353 works, the lifting traction rope winch driving motor shaft drives the lifting traction rope winch shaft 3541, the lifting traction rope winch shaft 3541 drives the lifting traction rope winch 354, and the lifting traction rope winch 354 drives the punching bag frame lifting traction rope 37 to take up or pay off the rope, so that the punching bag frame 33 is lifted upwards or downwards. The upward or downward motion of the bag carrier 33 is dependent upon the forward or reverse rotation of the hoist rope winch drive motor 353, i.e., clockwise or counterclockwise operation.
In the following application of the present invention, when the bag hanging frame 33 is lowered to a position substantially in the position where the down feather bag pulsates the box cavity 211, the pair of box doors 212 are opened, the bag bottom of the down feather bag is hung on the down feather bag inverted hanging hook 331, and an opening is opened at the downward end of the down feather bag to form a down feather bag outlet, and then the bag hanging frame 33 is moved upward to place the down feather bag in an inverted hanging position, and the pair of upper box doors 212 are closed. The following operations are explained: the vibrating seat 32 is continuously vibrated up and down by the operation of the vibrating seat actuating device 34, and the bag hanging frame 33 and the down feather bag hung on the bag hanging frame are driven to correspondingly vibrate up and down; meanwhile, the left and right pulsating beating devices 22 and 23 continuously beat the down feather bags; at the same time, the bag hanger lifting/lowering rope 37 is slowly and uniformly released by the operation of the bag hanger lifting/lowering drive unit 35. During the above-mentioned actions, the down in the down bag quickly and without residue falls into the down-mixing box cavity 111. When down in one down bag is discharged and the loose down in the down stirring box cavity 111 is output through the down leading-out interface 112, the pair of box doors 212 is opened, the empty down bag is taken away, the down bag filled with the down is replaced, and the process is repeated.
In conclusion, the technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the invention task and truly realizes the technical effects of the applicant in the technical effect column.
Claims (10)
1. A down feeding device of a down filling machine is characterized by comprising a down stirring and loosening mechanism (1) for stirring down automatically discharged from a down bag in a closed state, wherein the down stirring and loosening mechanism (1) is supported on a ground in a use state; the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2) is used for beating the down bag in a pulsation mode under the state that the down bag is isolated from the outside and the opening of the down bag faces downwards so as to automatically discharge down in the down bag and supply the down bag to the down stirring and loosening mechanism (1), the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2) is fixed with the top of the down stirring and loosening mechanism (1) and the bottom of the down bag pulsation beating mechanism is communicated with the down stirring and loosening mechanism (1); the periphery of the down bag is sealed with the top, the down bag is inverted, hung and lifted by the lifting and vibrating mechanism (3), and the peripheral edge part of the bottom of the down bag is inverted, hung and lifted by the lifting and vibrating mechanism (3) is fixed with the top of the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2) and is communicated with the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2).

A down supply device for a down filling machine according to claim 1, wherein the down stirring mechanism (1) comprises a down stirring box (11), the down stirring box (11) is supported on a ground floor in a use state, the top of a down stirring box cavity (111) of the down stirring box (11) is formed to be open, and a down outlet port (112) communicated with the down stirring box cavity (111) and used for leading out down in the down stirring box cavity (111) is arranged on the left wall body and/or the right wall body of the down stirring box (11); a stirring rod device (12) and a stirring rod shaft driving device (13), wherein the stirring rod device (12) is rotatably arranged in the stirring box cavity (111) and is in transmission connection with the stirring rod shaft driving device (13), and the stirring rod shaft driving device (13) is arranged on the right wall body or the left wall body of the stirring box (11); the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2) drives the down bag inverted suspension lifting vibration mechanism (3) to be fixed with the top of the down stirring box (11) and communicated with the down stirring box cavity (111), an electric control box (4) is arranged on the down bag pulsation beating mechanism (2), and the stirring rod shaft driving device (13) is electrically connected with the electric control box (4) in a control mode.

The flock supply device of a flock filling machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the stirring rod device (12) comprises a stirring rod shaft (121), an end stirring rod (122) and a central stirring rod (123), the stirring rod shaft (121) being located in the stirring-box chamber (111) of the flock box (11) and the left and right ends of the stirring rod shaft (121) being rotatably supported on opposite sides of the left and right walls of the flock box, respectively, the right end of the stirring rod shaft (121) being drivingly connected to the stirring rod shaft drive (13) when the stirring rod shaft drive (13) is disposed on the outside of the right wall of the flock box, and the left end of the stirring rod shaft (121) being drivingly connected to the stirring rod shaft drive (13) when the stirring rod shaft drive (13) is disposed on the outside of the left wall of the flock box, the end stirring rod (122) being provided with a set of stirring rod shafts (122, respectively, and the radial end stirring rods (122) being configured as a set on the left and right ends of the stirring rod shaft (12) of the stirring rod shaft, and the stirring rod shaft (121) being locked to the middle of the stirring rod shaft (121) by a screw base (1), and the middle end of the stirring rod shaft (121) being locked to the stirring rod shaft (123).

The down feeding device of the down filling machine according to claim 3, wherein the stirring rod shaft driving device (13) comprises a stirring rod shaft driving motor (131) and a stirring rod shaft driving reduction box (132), the stirring rod shaft driving motor (131) is electrically connected with the electrical control box (4), the stirring rod shaft driving motor (131) is in transmission fit with the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box (132) and is fixed on the outer side of the right wall body of the down filling box (11) by the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box (132) and the stirring rod shaft driving motor (131), and the right end of the stirring rod shaft (121) is in transmission connection with the final power output shaft of the stirring rod shaft driving reduction box (132); a lint mixing chamber opening and closing plate (14 a) is respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the lint mixing chamber (11) and at the position corresponding to the shaft (121), and a pair of lint mixing chamber cleaning opening and closing plates (14 b) is arranged at the position corresponding to the lower part of the lint mixing chamber opening and closing plate (14 a).
