Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper end surface of the base 1 is further provided with a switch key 47, a sensor 48 and a motor 49, the switch key 47 includes two parts of "forward" and "backward", the switch key 47 is arranged in a switch mounting groove 50 on the base 1, and the switch key 47 is electrically connected with the motor 49, for example, connected with the motor 49 through a wire, so as to control whether the label, the label tape and the transfer tape move forward or backward. The switch button 47 can control the rotation direction of the motor 49, and the sensor 48 can identify the positioning gap 9 on the label, so that the label can only advance (or retreat) by one distance of the label body 8 each time the switch button 47 is pressed. The motor 49 is a power source for the roller rotation of the pasting device, and the first control shaft 13, the second control shaft 17 and the recovery roller 16 are all powered by the motor 49.
The sticking device of the invention can automatically stick the label body 8 to the body needing sticking. The three steps of tearing off the label from the carrier tape 7, positioning and adhering the label to the adhesive body, and pressing the label after adhering are performed simultaneously. The operator only needs to press the pressing plate 31 of the sticking device and pull the sticking device in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the carrier tape 7 (indicated by the thick arrow in fig. 6), so as to complete the sticking operation of the label at one time. Therefore, the handle 51 is arranged at the upper end of the base 1, and when the pasting device needs to be pulled, the pasting device can be operated through the handle 51 at the upper end surface of the base 1, so that the pasting device is convenient and quick.
In order to ensure the acting force of the second control inlet shaft 17 on the transfer carrier tape 11, an anti-slip glue layer is arranged on the periphery of the second control inlet shaft 17, so that the transfer carrier tape 11 is ensured not to slide relative to the second control inlet shaft 17 in the movement process, and the second control inlet shaft 17 is ensured to be capable of driving the transfer carrier tape 11 to advance firmly.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present invention further provides a method for quickly pasting a label, in which the device for quickly pasting a label described above includes the following steps:
s1, sleeving a label to be adhered on a feeding roller 12;
s2, passing the label between a first control feed shaft 13 and a first cis-bearing shaft 14, passing the label into an inlet slot 2 of a base 1, peeling an adhesive-edge carrier tape 10 from the label, passing the adhesive-edge carrier tape 10 between the first cis-bearing shaft 14 and a second cis-bearing shaft 15, finally, allowing a transfer carrier tape 11 peeled from the label to enter a peeling area 5 and pass out from an outlet slot 3 of the base 1, passing the transfer carrier tape 11 between a second control feed shaft 17 and a third cis-bearing shaft 18, and then rolling and bundling the transfer carrier tape 11 on a recovery roller 16;
s3, adjusting the pointing blocks 46 on the device to enable the tips of the two pointing blocks 46 to be just flush with the left edge and the right edge of the label;
s4, taking the pasting device, aligning the position indicating block 46 to a position needing pasting, tightly pasting the lower panel of the base 1 to the surface of an object needing pasting, pressing the pressing plate 31 of the pressing assembly, simultaneously pulling the pasting device towards the pasting direction, peeling the label body 8 on the pasting device from the transfer carrier tape 11, simultaneously pressing the peeled label body 8 to the pasting surface by the pressing roller 4 of the pressing assembly, and taking up the pasting device after the label body 8 is completely separated from the transfer carrier tape 11 and is completely pasted to the object;
s5, pressing the switch button 47 to enable the motor 49 to move and drive the first control inlet shaft 13 to feed the next label to be adhered into the peeling area 5;
and S6, repeating the step S4.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the label stripping, sticking and pressing processes are completed in the device in one operation, and compared with the existing three independent processes of stripping, sticking and pressing, the operation of the device improves the production efficiency and labor cost.
2. The device can better achieve the consistency of label pasting results on different materials by positioning, stripping and pressing the labels, can avoid the inconsistency problem caused by manual pasting, improves the product quality and reduces the risk of customer complaints.
3. Through the automatic mode of peeling off of label of this device, can avoid current manual work to peel off and lead to the damaged problem of label, reduce sign production consumption cost.
4. Compare than machine automation equipment, this device low cost, can be compatible more the label of material and occasion paste, do not need loaded down with trivial details debugging to pasting the switching of different products, reduced the purchase biography of equipment originally and the demand of technical manpower resources.

Claims (10)

1. A pasting device capable of quickly pasting labels is characterized by comprising a base and a pressing assembly, wherein an inlet groove is formed in one end of the base along the long axis direction of the base, an outlet groove is formed in the other end of the base, a feeding and recycling assembly is arranged at the end, provided with the inlet groove, of the base, and a total recycling assembly is arranged at the end, provided with the outlet groove, of the base; one end of the base along the short axis direction is provided with the pressing assembly, and the bottom surface of the pressing assembly is provided with a pressing roller in a rolling manner; the peeling device comprises a base, and is characterized in that a peeling area is arranged in the middle of the base, the peeling area is located between an inlet groove and an outlet groove, a strip-shaped pressing hole is formed in one side of the peeling area, and a pressing roller can enter the peeling area through the strip-shaped pressing hole.
2. The labeling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said labels include and carry tape and a plurality of label bodies attached to said carry tape, a plurality of said label bodies having positioning gaps therebetween, said carry tape being divided into a sticky edge carrying tape and a transfer carrying tape along its extending direction, said sticky edge carrying tape having a width smaller than that of said transfer carrying tape.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeding and recycling assembly comprises a feeding roller, a first feeding control shaft, a first bearing in sequence, and a second bearing in sequence, the feeding roller is rotatably disposed at the upper end of the base, and the first feeding control shaft, the first bearing in sequence, and the second bearing in sequence are rotatably disposed on the base from top to bottom and between the feeding roller and the inlet slot.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the total recycling assembly comprises a recycling roller, a second feeding control shaft and a third bearing shaft, the recycling roller is rotatably disposed at the upper end of the base, and the second feeding control shaft and the third bearing shaft are sequentially rotatably disposed on the base from top to bottom and between the recycling roller and the outlet slot.

The quick stick label applicator of claim 1 wherein said base is provided with a pressing member mounting slot, said pressing member being disposed in said pressing member mounting slot; the pressing assembly further comprises a pressing plate, a clamping block and an axle post, the clamping block is fixed in the pressing assembly mounting groove, two ends of the clamping block are provided with axle post mounting holes, and the axle post is movably arranged in the axle post mounting holes; the upper end of the shaft column is fixed with the pressing plate, the lower end of the shaft column is provided with a roller shaft hole, and two ends of the pressing roller are rotatably arranged in the roller shaft hole.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein a spring hole is formed in the middle of the shaft, and a first spring is disposed in the spring hole; and a second spring is arranged on one surface of the pressing plate close to the clamping block, one end of the second spring is fixed on the pressing plate, and the other end of the second spring is abutted against the upper end surface of the clamping block.

The device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a limiting component, wherein the upper end surface of the base is provided with a limiting component mounting groove extending along a short axis thereof, the limiting component is slidably disposed in the limiting component mounting groove, the limiting component comprises a rotating handle, a clamping rod and a sliding block, the rotating handle is disposed at the upper end of the clamping rod, the sliding block is disposed at the lower end of the clamping rod, the sliding block is slidably disposed in the limiting component mounting groove, and the clamping rod has a clamping surface.

The quick stick label applicator of claim 1 further including a finger assembly, said base having a finger mounting bar disposed along a side of said base, said finger assembly including two finger blocks, both of said finger blocks being disposed on said finger mounting bar, both of said finger blocks being movable on said finger mounting bar to vary the distance therebetween.
9. The device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a switch button, a sensor and a motor are further disposed on the upper end surface of the base, the switch button is electrically connected to the motor, the switch button can control the rotation direction of the motor, and the sensor can identify the positioning gap on the label.
10. A method of quick-stick labeling using the quick-stick labeling apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, sleeving a label to be adhered on a feeding roller;
s2, enabling the label to pass through a position between the first control feed shaft and the first sequential bearing shaft, enabling the label to pass through an inlet groove of the base, peeling the sticky edge carrier tape from the label, enabling the sticky edge carrier tape to pass through a position between the first sequential bearing shaft and the second sequential bearing shaft, enabling the transfer carrier tape peeled from the label to enter a peeling area and penetrate out of an outlet groove of the base, enabling the transfer carrier tape to pass through a position between the second control feed shaft and the third sequential bearing shaft, and then winding and bundling the transfer carrier tape on a recovery roller;
s3, adjusting the position indicating blocks on the device to enable the tips of the two position indicating blocks to be just level with the left edge and the right edge of the label;
s4, taking the pasting device, aligning the finger position block to a position needing pasting, tightly pasting the lower panel of the base to the surface of an object needing pasting, pressing the pressing plate of the pressing assembly, pulling the pasting device towards the pasting direction, peeling the label body on the pasting device from the transfer carrier tape, pressing the peeled label body onto the pasting surface by the pressing roller of the pressing assembly, and taking up the pasting device after the label body is completely separated from the transfer carrier tape and is completely pasted on the object;
s5, pressing a switch button to enable the motor to move and drive the first control inlet shaft to send a next label to be pasted into the stripping area;
and S6, repeating the step S4.
