Claims (10)
1. A spoiler adjustment mechanism, comprising:
the adjusting disc is provided with a first adjusting hole;
the lifting adjusting piece is arranged in the first adjusting hole and can move up and down along the first adjusting hole, and the lifting adjusting piece is provided with a second adjusting hole penetrating through the lifting adjusting piece along the axis of the lifting adjusting piece;
the spoiler is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting hole is matched with the second adjusting hole to connect the spoiler with the lifting adjusting piece.
2. The spoiler adjustment mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the elevation adjustment member is threadedly coupled to the adjustment disc through the first adjustment hole.
3. The spoiler adjustment mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the second adjustment hole is a hexagonal socket.
4. The spoiler adjustment mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a fitting member, wherein a positioning member is disposed on a side of the adjustment disc adjacent to the hinge, the positioning member is in clearance fit with the hinge and passes through the hinge to be detachably connected to the fitting member.
5. The spoiler adjusting mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the positioning member is a bayonet lock, the bayonet lock comprises a first bayonet lock and a second bayonet lock, the first bayonet lock and the second bayonet lock are oppositely arranged, the mating member is a clamping plate, the clamping plate is provided with a mating hole, and the first bayonet lock and the second bayonet lock can deform and move in opposite directions to be in interference connection with the mating hole together.
6. The spoiler adjustment mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the first adjustment holes are two and symmetrically disposed about the center of the adjustment disc, and the lifting adjustment members are two and correspondingly coupled to the two first adjustment holes.
7. The spoiler adjustment mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning pin, wherein the positioning pin is mounted on a surface of the adjustment disc close to the spoiler, the spoiler defines a positioning groove, and the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning groove.
8. A spoiler device characterized by comprising:
the spoiler adjustment mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 7;
the hinge comprises a lifting assembly and a mounting plate, the lifting assembly is connected with the mounting plate, and the mounting plate is connected with the spoiler adjusting mechanism.
9. A vehicle comprising the spoiler apparatus according to claim 8.
10. A method of adjusting a spoiler using the spoiler adjustment mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
when the spoiler falls, detecting a gap between the spoiler and the vehicle body;
when the clearance exceeds a set value, determining a height adjusting value according to the clearance;
and controlling the lifting adjusting piece to move according to the height adjusting value so that the height of the spoiler connected with the lifting adjusting piece reaches the required height.
