一种防水绒感羽绒服面料,包括聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜、位于聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜两侧且通过热熔胶层粘合的一号加强层和二号加强层,与一号加强层和二号加强层通过若干二号纬纱缝合且利用气流柔软整理机进行气流整理的基层;

2、本发明中,通过在基层和热熔胶层之间设置一号加强层和二号加强层,避免基层内侧面直接与聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜上的热熔胶层接触,避免基层上的绒毛层被热熔胶层粘接,保证面料良好手感;而一号加强层和二号加强层上芯层内相互缠绕设置的尼龙纤维丝、氨纶纤维丝和一号形状记忆纤维丝,不仅可加强面料层整体强度同时可使得该面料不易褶皱,实现面料平整。
3、本发明中,基层分别与一号加强层和二号加强层通过若干二号纬纱缝合,实现基层面料缝合连接的同时可实现面料的抗静电效果,避免面料因静电导致出现钻绒现象。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种防水绒感羽绒服面料,包括聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1、位于聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1两侧且通过热熔胶层5粘合的一号加强层2和二号加强层4,与一号加强层2和二号加强层4通过若干二号纬纱35缝合且利用气流柔软整理机进行气流整理的基层3;
其中,一号加强层2由若干经线和若干纬线相互交织而成,若干经线和若干纬线均包括芯层21、芯层21外侧设有隔膜22、隔膜22外侧设有吸湿层23、芯层21内部设有相互缠绕的若干尼龙纤维丝24、氨纶纤维丝25和一号形状记忆纤维丝26;
基层3表面形成由一号纬纱31和一号经纱32相互交织而成的若干拱起部,一号纬纱31和一号经纱32均包括涤纶长丝34,涤纶长丝34外表面缠绕有阳离子涤纶纤维33,基层3分别位于一号加强层2和二号加强层4外侧。
如图3和图4所示,二号加强层4由若干棉纶纤维丝41经纬编织而成,棉纶纤维丝41内部设有相互缠绕的若干二号形状记忆纤维丝42及涤纶纤维丝43;二号纬纱35由导电纤维丝制成,若干二号纬纱35实现基层3面料缝合连接的同时实现面料的抗静电效果,避免面料因静电导致出现钻绒现象。
如图1和图2所示,基层3气流处理的过程为:经一号纬纱31和一号经纱32交织而成的布料置于气流柔软整理机通过文杜里管以绳状形式送布,然后将通过特氟纶板滑至气流柔软整理机进行抽式柔软整理;气流柔软整理机对基层3的送布线速度为500-800m/min;聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1上微孔孔径为0.2-2.6微米;热熔胶层5呈点状分布;吸湿层23为吸湿海绵,经气流揉搓处理的基层3可在提高面料柔软舒适度的同时,可将基层3上弯曲或受挤压的纤维迅速伸展,在对基层3上绒面纤维进行梳理的同时减小一号纬纱31和一号经纱32之间的间隙,有效防止羽绒填充物从面料内钻出。
需要说明的是,该防水绒感羽绒服面料为双层绒感面料,且通过面料内的聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1实现透气效果的同时实现防水效果,并在基层3的内侧通过二号纬纱35分别设置一号加强层2和二号加强层4,并将一号加强层2和二号加强层4设于聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1表面,该面料在基层3和热熔胶层5之间设置一号加强层2和二号加强层4,避免基层3内侧面直接与聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1上的热熔胶层5接触,避免基层3上的绒毛层被热熔胶层5粘接,而基层3分别与一号加强层2和二号加强层4通过若干二号纬纱35缝合,实现基层3面料缝合连接的同时可实现面料的抗静电效果,避免面料因静电导致出现钻绒现象,该一号加强层2由若干经线和若干纬线相互交织而成,若干经线和若干纬线在芯层21和吸湿层23之间设置隔膜22,首先吸湿层23对通过聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜1排出的湿气进行吸收,而隔膜22对吸湿层23吸附的湿气进行隔离,避免芯层21受湿气侵害,保证面料的使用寿命,而芯层21内相互缠绕设置的尼龙纤维丝24、氨纶纤维丝25和一号形状记忆纤维丝26不仅可加强面料层整体强度同时可使得该面料在一号形状记忆纤维丝26的作用下实现形状记忆功能,使得该面料平整,不易褶皱;该基层3由一号纬纱31和一号经纱32交织而成,而一号纬纱31和一号经纱32均由阳离子涤纶纤维33在涤纶长丝34表面缠绕而成,使得基层3在编织过程中形成拱起的外形,从而产生绒面感,而对于交织而成的基层3需要对其进行气流揉搓处理,经气流揉搓处理的基层3可在提高面料柔软舒适度的同时,可将基层3上弯曲或受挤压的纤维迅速伸展,在对基层3上绒面纤维进行梳理的同时减小一号纬纱31和一号经纱32之间的间隙,有效防止羽绒填充物从面料内钻出。

1.一种防水绒感羽绒服面料,其特征在于:包括聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜(1)、位于聚氨酯微孔透气薄膜(1)两侧且通过热熔胶层(5)粘合的一号加强层(2)和二号加强层(4),与一号加强层(2)和二号加强层(4)通过若干二号纬纱(35)缝合且利用气流柔软整理机进行气流整理的基层(3),所述二号纬纱(35)由导电纤维丝制成;
其中,所述一号加强层(2)由若干经线和若干纬线相互交织而成,若干所述经线和若干纬线均包括芯层(21)、所述芯层(21)外侧设有隔膜(22)、所述隔膜(22)外侧设有吸湿层(23)、所述芯层(21)内部设有相互缠绕的若干尼龙纤维丝(24)、氨纶纤维丝(25)和一号形状记忆纤维丝(26);
所述二号加强层(4)由若干棉纶纤维丝(41)经纬编织而成,所述棉纶纤维丝(41)内部设有相互缠绕的若干二号形状记忆纤维丝(42)及涤纶纤维丝(43);
所述基层(3)表面形成由一号纬纱(31)和一号经纱(32)相互交织而成的若干拱起部,所述一号纬纱(31)和一号经纱(32)均包括涤纶长丝(34),所述涤纶长丝(34)外表面缠绕有阳离子涤纶纤维(33),所述基层(3)分别位于一号加强层(2)和二号加强层(4)外侧;
