Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯及其生产方法,包括毛毯本体,毛毯本体的一端设有第一穿绳孔和第二穿绳孔,第一穿绳孔的内部穿有第一松紧绳,第一松紧绳的一端连接有第一松紧环,该拉舍尔毛毯在收纳的时候可以快速对毛毯进行固定,防止出现松开的现象,便于人们对毛毯进行携带和存放,不会需要外界的绳子进行辅助,方便人们使用,而且该毛毯具有亲肤、防静电和抗菌性能,能对汗液进行吸收并进行干燥和杀菌,可以让毛毯不使用或使用的时候保持干净,可以防止一些螨虫附着在毛毯上,避免毛毯内部滋生大量细菌和螨虫,内部填充有羊绒,提高毛毯的保温和暖和性能,还具有耐高温、耐脏和防风的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及拉舍尔毛毯领域,具体为一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯及其生产方法。
背景技术
拉舍尔毛毯就是用拉舍尔经编机编织、通过剖绒、印花、整理和缝纫包边制作而成。拉舍尔毛毯是毛毯中质量最好的,拉舍尔(RASCHEL)面料本身也是腈纶的一种,舒适透气保暖效果极佳,只是这种面料采用的拉舍尔织法而得名。很多毛毯通常被人叫做拉舍尔毛毯,因为这种毛毯是以腈纶纱为原料,通过拉舍尔经编机得到的毛毯,故此得名。现有的拉舍尔毛毯功能比较单一,就是一个普通的拉舍尔毛毯,当对毛毯进行收纳的时候,往往需要辅助外界的绳子对毛毯进行捆住,往往需要寻找绳子,十分麻烦,不方便对毛毯进行携带和存放,现有的毛毯不具有有亲肤、防静电和抗菌性能,不能对汗液进行快速吸收并进行干燥和杀菌,不能对毛毯内部的细菌和螨虫进行杀死,不具有耐高温、耐脏和防风的性能,为此提供了一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯及其生产方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯及其生产方法,以解决上述背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯,包括毛毯本体,所述毛毯本体的一端设有第一穿绳孔和第二穿绳孔,所述第一穿绳孔的内部穿有第一松紧绳,所述第一松紧绳的一端连接有第一松紧环,所述第一穿绳孔的一侧设有第一松紧环固定扣,所述第二穿绳孔的内部穿有第二松紧绳,所述第二松紧绳的一端连接有第二松紧环,所述第二穿绳孔的一侧设有第二松紧环固定扣,所述第一松紧绳和第二松紧绳的一端均与毛毯本体内部另一端的松紧绳固定头相连,所述毛毯本体的表面设有丙烯酸涂层,所述丙烯酸涂层的底部设有耐脏面料层,所述耐脏面料层的底部设有阻燃面料层,所述阻燃面料层的底部设有防绒涂层,所述防绒涂层的底部设有羊绒保暖面料层,所述羊绒保暖面料层的底部设有防螨虫面料层,所述防螨虫面料层的底部设有负离子杀菌面料层,所述负离子杀菌面料层的底部设有干燥面料层,所述干燥面料层的底部设有负离子杀菌面料层,所述负离子杀菌面料层的底部设有亲肤防静电抗菌面料层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述亲肤防静电抗菌面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在吸湿棉面料层上,所述吸湿棉面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在干燥面料层的表面上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述干燥面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在负离子杀菌面料层的表面上,所述负离子杀菌面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在防螨虫面料层的表面上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防螨虫面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在羊绒保暖面料层的表面上,所述羊绒保暖面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在防绒涂层的表面上,所述阻燃面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在耐脏面料层的表面上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一松紧绳和第二松紧绳均设置在防绒涂层和阻燃面料层之间,所述毛毯本体的四周均采用耐磨布料进行缝纫包边,所述松紧绳固定头缝纫在耐磨布料的内侧上,所述第一松紧环固定扣和第二松紧环固定扣均缝纫在耐磨布料的外侧上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述亲肤防静电抗菌面料层由导电纤维线、冰丝纤维和附有纳米银离子的涤纶纤维构成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述干燥面料层由甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂构成;所述负离子杀菌面料层由负离子纤维、竹碳纤维和棉纶纤维以及粘接剂构成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阻燃面料层由远红外陶瓷纤维和芳纶纤维混纺制成;所述耐脏面料层由尼龙牛津纤维和聚酯纤维编织而成,而且耐脏面料层涂刷有丙烯酸涂层。
一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将亲肤防静电抗菌面料层的整经和编织:将附有纳米银离子的涤纶纤维作为衬纬底纱整经,将导电纤维线和冰丝纤维混合捻合制成防静电纱线与整经后的衬纬底纱在拉舍尔经编机上编织成亲肤防静电抗菌面料坯布;
S2:吸湿棉面料层的整经和编织:将棉纶纤维作为衬纬底纱整经,将消臭纤维和抗菌纤维以及粘接剂作为原料混合制成的纱线与整经后的衬纬底纱在拉舍尔经编机上编织成吸湿棉面料坯布;
S3:干燥面料层的制备:将甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂通过混纺制成;
S4:负离子杀菌面料层的制备:将负离子纤维与棉纶纤维通过混纺的方式制成,得到负离子杀菌面层;
S5:防螨虫面料层的制备:由棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维在拉舍尔经编机上编织成防螨虫面料坯布,棉纶纤维做为经线和涤纶纤维做为纬线,棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维之间设有空隙,然后将防虫颗粒和防虫剂混合涂刷在防螨虫面料坯布上;
S6:将亲肤防静电抗菌面料坯布、吸湿棉面料坯布、干燥面料层、负离子杀菌面料层、防螨虫面料层和羊绒保暖面料层之间通过聚氨酯胶粘剂相互粘接相连,然后在羊绒保暖面料层上涂刷有防绒涂层,得到第一毛毯半成品,将阻燃面料层和耐脏面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接相连,再向耐脏面料层上涂刷有丙烯酸涂层得到第二毛毯半成品;
S7:将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品通过漂白、定型、皂洗和柔软处理以及烘干处理,再通过耐磨布料将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品进行包边处理,在第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品之间穿有松紧绳,并将松紧绳的一端与耐磨布料固定相连,从而得到毛毯成品。
本发明的有益效果是:该拉舍尔毛毯在收纳的时候可以快速对毛毯进行固定,防止出现松开的现象,便于人们对毛毯进行携带和存放,不会需要外界的绳子进行辅助,方便人们使用,而且该毛毯具有亲肤、防静电和抗菌性能,能对汗液进行吸收并进行干燥和杀菌,可以让毛毯不使用或使用的时候保持干净,可以防止一些螨虫附着在毛毯上,避免毛毯内部滋生大量细菌和螨虫,内部填充有羊绒,提高毛毯的保温和暖和性能,还具有耐高温、耐脏和防风的性能。

实施例:请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯,包括毛毯本体1,毛毯本体1的一端设有第一穿绳孔2和第二穿绳孔7,第一穿绳孔2的内部穿有第一松紧绳3,第一松紧绳3的一端连接有第一松紧环4,第一穿绳孔2的一侧设有第一松紧环固定扣5,第二穿绳孔7的内部穿有第二松紧绳8,第二松紧绳8的一端连接有第二松紧环9,第二穿绳孔7的一侧设有第二松紧环固定扣6,第一松紧绳3和第二松紧绳8的一端均与毛毯本体1内部另一端的松紧绳固定头10相连,毛毯本体1的表面设有丙烯酸涂层20,丙烯酸涂层20的底部设有耐脏面料层19,耐脏面料层19的底部设有阻燃面料层18,阻燃面料层18的底部设有防绒涂层17,防绒涂层17的底部设有羊绒保暖面料层16,羊绒保暖面料层16的底部设有防螨虫面料层15,防螨虫面料层15的底部设有负离子杀菌面料层14,负离子杀菌面料层14的底部设有干燥面料层13,干燥面料层13的底部设有负离子杀菌面料层14,负离子杀菌面料层14的底部设有亲肤防静电抗菌面料层11。
亲肤防静电抗菌面料层11通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在吸湿棉面料层12上,吸湿棉面料层12通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在干燥面料层13的表面上。
干燥面料层13通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在负离子杀菌面料层14的表面上,负离子杀菌面料层14通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在防螨虫面料层15的表面上。
防螨虫面料层15通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在羊绒保暖面料层16的表面上,羊绒保暖面料层16通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在防绒涂层17的表面上,阻燃面料层18通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在耐脏面料层19的表面上。
第一松紧绳3和第二松紧绳8均设置在防绒涂层17和阻燃面料层18之间,毛毯本体1的四周均采用耐磨布料进行缝纫包边,松紧绳固定头10缝纫在耐磨布料的内侧上,第一松紧环固定扣5和第二松紧环固定扣6均缝纫在耐磨布料的外侧上。
亲肤防静电抗菌面料层11由导电纤维线、冰丝纤维和附有纳米银离子的涤纶纤维构成。
干燥面料层13由甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂构成;负离子杀菌面料层14由负离子纤维、竹碳纤维和棉纶纤维以及粘接剂构成。
阻燃面料层18由远红外陶瓷纤维和芳纶纤维混纺制成;耐脏面料层19由尼龙牛津纤维和聚酯纤维编织而成,而且耐脏面料层19涂刷有丙烯酸涂层20。
一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将亲肤防静电抗菌面料层的整经和编织:将附有纳米银离子的涤纶纤维作为衬纬底纱整经,将导电纤维线和冰丝纤维混合捻合制成防静电纱线与整经后的衬纬底纱在拉舍尔经编机上编织成亲肤防静电抗菌面料坯布;
S2:吸湿棉面料层的整经和编织:将棉纶纤维作为衬纬底纱整经,将消臭纤维和抗菌纤维以及粘接剂作为原料混合制成的纱线与整经后的衬纬底纱在拉舍尔经编机上编织成吸湿棉面料坯布;
S3:干燥面料层的制备:将甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂通过混纺制成;
S4:负离子杀菌面料层的制备:将负离子纤维与棉纶纤维通过混纺的方式制成,得到负离子杀菌面层;
S5:防螨虫面料层的制备:由棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维在拉舍尔经编机上编织成防螨虫面料坯布,棉纶纤维做为经线和涤纶纤维做为纬线,棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维之间设有空隙,然后将防虫颗粒和防虫剂混合涂刷在防螨虫面料坯布上;
S6:将亲肤防静电抗菌面料坯布、吸湿棉面料坯布、干燥面料层、负离子杀菌面料层、防螨虫面料层和羊绒保暖面料层之间通过聚氨酯胶粘剂相互粘接相连,然后在羊绒保暖面料层上涂刷有防绒涂层,得到第一毛毯半成品,将阻燃面料层和耐脏面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接相连,再向耐脏面料层上涂刷有丙烯酸涂层得到第二毛毯半成品;
S7:将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品通过漂白、定型、皂洗和柔软处理以及烘干处理,再通过耐磨布料将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品进行包边处理,在第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品之间穿有松紧绳,并将松紧绳的一端与耐磨布料固定相连,从而得到毛毯成品。
工作原理:一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯及其生产方法,包括毛毯本体1、第一穿绳孔2、第一松紧绳3、第一松紧环4、第一松紧环固定扣5、第二松紧环固定扣6、第二穿绳孔7、第二松紧绳8、第二松紧环9、松紧绳固定头10、亲肤防静电抗菌面料层11、吸湿棉面料层12、干燥面料层13、负离子杀菌面料层14、防螨虫面料层15、羊绒保暖面料层16、防绒涂层17、阻燃面料层18、耐脏面料层19、丙烯酸涂层20,该拉舍尔毛毯可以在进行收纳的时候快速对毛毯进行固定,防止毛毯不形成造成存放不方便,而且采用该种固定方式也方便携带,该毛毯采用亲肤防静电抗菌面料层11具有亲肤、防静电和抗菌性能,利用吸湿棉面料层1可以在使用的时候能对汗液进行吸收并进行干燥和杀菌,利用负离子杀菌面料层14可以让毛毯不使用或使用的时候保持干净,让毛毯自身能进行杀菌,还能对使用者有保健的功效,利用防螨虫面料层15可以防止一些螨虫附着在毛毯上,避免毛毯内部滋生大量螨虫,利用羊绒保暖面料层16提高毛毯的保温和暖和性能,羊绒保暖面料层16的内部填充有羊绒,利用阻燃面料层18可以有效防止毛毯快速燃烧,利用耐脏面料层19和丙烯酸涂层20可以让毛毯耐脏、防风,而且还增强手感,方便人们使用。
当需要对毛毯进行折叠收纳的时候,只需要将毛毯进行卷起来,然后通过抽拉第一松紧绳3和第二松紧绳8,利用第一松紧绳3和第二松紧绳8将缠绕的毛毯进行缠绕一圈,然后将第一松紧环4套在第一松紧环固定扣5上,将第二松紧环9套在第二松紧环固定扣6上,方便人们存放和携带,不会出现凌乱的现象。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯,其特征在于:所述防螨虫面料层(15)通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在羊绒保暖面料层(16)的表面上,所述羊绒保暖面料层(16)通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在防绒涂层(17)的表面上,所述阻燃面料层(18)通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接在耐脏面料层(19)的表面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯,其特征在于:所述第一松紧绳(3)和第二松紧绳(8)均设置在防绒涂层(17)和阻燃面料层(18)之间,所述毛毯本体(1)的四周均采用耐磨布料进行缝纫包边,所述松紧绳固定头(10)缝纫在耐磨布料的内侧上,所述第一松紧环固定扣(5)和第二松紧环固定扣(6)均缝纫在耐磨布料的外侧上。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电的拉舍尔毛毯,其特征在于:所述干燥面料层(13)由甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂构成;所述负离子杀菌面料层(14)由负离子纤维、竹碳纤维和棉纶纤维以及粘接剂构成。

S3:干燥面料层的制备:将甲壳素聚纤、芦苇纤维、硫酸钙粉末和氯化钙粉末以及粘接剂通过混纺制成;
S4:负离子杀菌面料层的制备:将负离子纤维与棉纶纤维通过混纺的方式制成,得到负离子杀菌面层;
S5:防螨虫面料层的制备:由棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维在拉舍尔经编机上编织成防螨虫面料坯布,棉纶纤维做为经线和涤纶纤维做为纬线,棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维之间设有空隙,然后将防虫颗粒和防虫剂混合涂刷在防螨虫面料坯布上;
S6:将亲肤防静电抗菌面料坯布、吸湿棉面料坯布、干燥面料层、负离子杀菌面料层、防螨虫面料层和羊绒保暖面料层之间通过聚氨酯胶粘剂相互粘接相连,然后在羊绒保暖面料层上涂刷有防绒涂层,得到第一毛毯半成品,将阻燃面料层和耐脏面料层通过聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接相连,再向耐脏面料层上涂刷有丙烯酸涂层得到第二毛毯半成品;
S7:将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品通过漂白、定型、皂洗和柔软处理以及烘干处理,再通过耐磨布料将第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品进行包边处理,在第一毛毯半成品和第二毛毯半成品之间穿有松紧绳,并将松紧绳的一端与耐磨布料固定相连,从而得到毛毯成品。
