8. An injection molding apparatus for disposable tableware according to claim 7, wherein said stirring blade is provided with auxiliary blades at the top and bottom thereof, and the outer surface of said rotating head is provided with spiral veins.
9. An injection molding method of disposable tableware is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting raw materials according to specific gravity, feeding the raw materials into a material box for mixing, closing an upper die and a lower die, feeding the raw materials into an injection molding opening through a discharge nozzle, and molding the raw materials in the upper die and the lower die to obtain a primary product;
s2, conveying the primary product into die cutting equipment to remove burrs, and then performing smoothing treatment through polishing equipment to obtain a semi-finished product;
and S3, sterilizing the semi-finished product, and then performing thermoplastic film packaging by using a thermoplastic packaging machine.
10. The injection molding method of disposable tableware according to claim 9, wherein said raw materials in S1 comprise the following weight group: 20-30 parts of plant starch, 5-15 parts of polybutylene succinate, 1-10 parts of a plasticizer, 1-10 parts of glass fiber, 1-5 parts of a preservative, 1-5 parts of a flame retardant, 1-3 parts of a mildew preventive, 5-8 parts of an auxiliary agent and 15-30 parts of water.
