A certificate sterilizer comprises a shell, a transmission device, a liquid tank and a control device; the transmission device is characterized in that the transmission device is arranged in the shell; the liquid tank is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the shell; the control device is arranged on the right side of the shell; the transmission device consists of a motor, a gear, a synchronous wheel, a transmission belt, a gear rotating shaft, an auxiliary shaft, a tensioning shaft, a middle partition plate, a pressing plate, a transmission top plate and a transmission bottom plate; the motor, the gear and the two groups of synchronous wheels are all arranged on the transmission top plate; one motor drives the double groups of transmission belts to run through gears; the transmission top plate hole site corresponds to the transmission bottom plate hole site, the middle partition plate is positioned between the transmission top plate and the transmission bottom plate and is fixed in the middle, the left side compression plate and the right side compression plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle partition plate, when a certificate passes through the compression plates, the spring can generate certain deformation, and the purpose of compressing the certificate is achieved through the resilience force of the spring; when the certificate to be disinfected is too thick or too thin, the compression distance of the compacting plates is properly adjusted according to the thickness of the certificate; the synchronous wheel shaft, the tensioning shaft, the auxiliary shaft, the gear rotating shaft, the auxiliary shaft, the tensioning shaft and the synchronous wheel shaft are sequentially arranged at the corresponding hole positions of the transmission top plate and the transmission bottom plate; the transmission belt is sleeved on two sides of the synchronous wheel, the tensioning shaft is tightly pressed on the outer side of the synchronous belt, and the synchronous wheel shaft is synchronously arranged on the transmission top plate; after the certificate enters the equipment through the guide device, the polyurethane rubber sleeve outside the synchronous shaft clamps the certificate through friction force, so that the certificate is driven to move forwards;
the liquid tank consists of a tank body and an atomization sheet; the atomizing sheet is fixed at the bottom of the tank body, the mounting position of the atomizing sheet is the middle part of the tank body and the position of the certificate inlet, and corresponds to the opening of the transmission bottom plate;
the control device consists of a main control board, a liquid level sensor, a warning lamp and a switch button; the main control board and the liquid level sensor are arranged in the cavity in the shell, the liquid level sensor is fixed on the transmission bottom plate, and the detection port of the sensor faces the liquid level direction of the liquid tank; the warning lamp and the switch button are arranged at the upper left part of the certificate inlet;
the shell consists of an equipment installation shell, a top shell, a guide shell and an access panel; the guide shell is inserted into the transmission device and is fixed on the transmission device; the top housing is mounted on top of the device mounting housing.
