The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
(1) When the patient needs to be turned over, the turning-over direction is selected firstly, and when the patient needs to be turned over leftwards, the cold-hot air blower 7 can blow air into the inner side of the first air bag 2 through the right air inlet pipe 8, so that the first air bag 2 can be slowly expanded, the turning-over air cushion 5 can be inclined leftwards, the patient can be assisted to turn over leftwards, and the patient can be turned over to the side of the second air bag 4.
(2) When a patient needs to turn over to the right, the cold and hot air blower 7 can blow air into the inner side of the second air bag 4 through the left air inlet pipe 8, so that the second air bag 4 can be slowly expanded, the turn-over air cushion 5 can incline to the right, the patient can be assisted to turn over to the left, and the patient can turn over to the first air bag 2, so that the purpose of assisting the patient to turn over is achieved, and the patient who is inconvenient to move can be assisted to turn over.
(3) When needs are cooled down or are kept warm to the patient, can choose to insufflate cold wind or warm braw according to patient's needs through cold and hot fan 7 of above-mentioned principle, when the patient needs the hypothermia, cold and hot fan 7 can insufflate the inboard of first gasbag 2 and second gasbag with cold wind through air-supply line 8 to can reduce patient's human body temperature.
(4) When the patient feels cold, cold and hot fan 7 can blow in the inboard of first gasbag 2 and second gasbag through air-supply line 8 with the warm braw, thereby can improve patient's human body temperature, when needs are emitted to the inboard gas of first gasbag 2, through adjusting left side fixed valve 32, can emit the inboard gas of first gasbag 2 through right side outlet duct 31, when needs are emitted to the inboard gas of second gasbag 4, through adjusting right side fixed valve 32, can emit the inboard gas of second gasbag 4 through right side outlet duct 31.
(5) When a patient needs to massage legs, two feet can be placed on the inner sides of the two leg massage frames 14 respectively, the two threaded rods 17 can be driven to rotate through the two motors 16 respectively, because the threaded rods 17 are in threaded connection with the threaded blocks 18, in the rotating process of the two threaded rods 17, the two threaded blocks 18 can be driven respectively, the two movable frames 19 and the two groups of massage blocks 20 can slowly move back and forth, the legs of the patient can be uniformly massaged through the slow movement of the two groups of massage blocks 20 on the inner sides of the two massage air cushions 15, the purpose of leg massage of the patient is achieved, leg muscle massage can be achieved, when the patient does not need to massage the legs, the legs can be directly placed above the turning-over air cushions 5.
(6) When the medical bed frame 1 needs to be moved, the four electric push rods 22 can respectively drive the four movable push plates 23, the four moving wheels 24 and the four brakes 25 to move downwards, the four moving wheels 24 can be respectively moved out of the inner sides of the four supporting bed legs 21, the four moving wheels 24 can support the supporting bed legs 21 and the medical bed frame 1, and therefore the medical bed frame 1 can be moved to a designated place for use.
(7) When the medical bed frame 1 needs to be used, the four moving wheels 24 can be moved to the inner sides of the four supporting bed legs 21 to be hidden through the above-mentioned reverse principle, so that the supporting bed legs 21 support the medical bed frame 1, the medical bed frame 1 can be positioned, and the phenomenon that the medical bed frame 1 shakes or shifts in the using process is avoided.
