In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a live broadcast background control method is provided, in which a live broadcast background material is transferred to a live broadcast device through a server, so that the live broadcast device can acquire the live broadcast background material at any time and display the live broadcast background material as a virtual background. The technical scheme can not only beautify the live broadcast room and save the expenditure for replacing the background in the live broadcast room, but also provide more useful information for users by replacing the content of the live broadcast background material, thereby improving the live broadcast quality.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live background material refers to a material related to live content that can be used as a live background, such as a picture or a video that includes detailed introduction information of a current live sold product, a picture or a video that includes benefit information of the current live sold product, a picture or a video that is related to the current live content, and so on. The live broadcast background material can be determined by live broadcast background control resources such as live broadcast background control personnel, can also be determined by interaction of a user watching live broadcast, and can also be determined by a live broadcast anchor, namely, the live broadcast background control equipment can directly acquire the live broadcast background material and can also receive the live broadcast background material sent by the user watching live broadcast or the live broadcast anchor.

In order to ensure the reliability and validity of data uploading, in this embodiment, the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by the live broadcast background control device to the server also carries the identity information of the live broadcast background control device, so as to be provided to the server, so that the server can perform identity verification on the live broadcast background control device according to the identity information of the live broadcast background control device, and if the verification is passed, live broadcast background material uploading/switching request confirmation information can be sent to the live broadcast background control device.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live background material refers to a material related to live content that can be used as a live background, such as a picture or a video that includes detailed introduction information of a current live sold product, a picture or a video that includes benefit information of the current live sold product, a picture or a video that is related to the current live content, and so on. The live broadcast background material can be determined by live broadcast background control resources such as live broadcast background control personnel, can also be determined by interaction of a user watching live broadcast, and can also be determined by a live broadcast anchor, namely, the live broadcast background control equipment can directly acquire the live broadcast background material and can also receive the live broadcast background material sent by the user watching live broadcast or the live broadcast anchor.
In the above embodiment, after obtaining the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material, the live broadcast background control device sends the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the server via the agreement of the server, so as to store the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material at the server, and facilitate the subsequent server to forward the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the live broadcast device, so that the live broadcast device displays the to-be-uploaded live broadcast background material as a live broadcast background to a user, or replaces the current live broadcast background material with the to-be-switched live broadcast background material to be displayed as a live broadcast background to the user, thereby not only beautifying a live broadcast room and saving the background expenditure of the live broadcast room, but also providing more useful information for the user by replacing the content of the live broadcast background material, and improving the live broadcast quality.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live broadcast background material upload/switch request carries live broadcast background control device identity information.
In order to ensure the reliability and validity of data uploading, in this embodiment, the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by the live broadcast background control device to the server also carries the identity information of the live broadcast background control device, so as to be provided to the server, so that the server can perform identity verification on the live broadcast background control device according to the identity information of the live broadcast background control device, and if the verification is passed, live broadcast background material uploading/switching request confirmation information can be sent to the live broadcast background control device.

Fig. 7 shows a block diagram of a live background control apparatus according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of the two. As shown in fig. 7, the live background control apparatus includes:
a first receiving module 701 configured to receive a live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by a live broadcast background control device;
a second obtaining module 702, configured to obtain and store a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request;
a third sending module 703 is configured to send the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the live broadcast device.
As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, live broadcast platforms have come to the fore, and more users know the characteristics of commodities and purchase commodities through live broadcast platforms. In the live broadcast process, in order to save the expenditure of replacing the background in the live broadcast room, a virtual background which can be conveniently replaced is usually set in the live broadcast room, in the prior art, a background picture based on a depth camera is usually used or a green screen picture is directly used as the virtual background, but the fixed or static background picture only has the function of beautifying the environment of the live broadcast room and cannot provide more and more useful information.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a live broadcast background control device is provided, where a live broadcast background material is transferred to a live broadcast device through a server, so that the live broadcast device can acquire the live broadcast background material at any time and display the live broadcast background material as a virtual background. The technical scheme can not only beautify the live broadcast room and save the expenditure for replacing the background in the live broadcast room, but also provide more useful information for users by replacing the content of the live broadcast background material, thereby improving the live broadcast quality.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live background control apparatus may be implemented as a server or a service cluster that controls a live background.
In the above embodiment, after receiving a live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by a live broadcast background control device, the server obtains and stores a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request, and then sends the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the live broadcast device, so that the live broadcast device uploads the to-be-uploaded live broadcast background material as a live broadcast background, or uses the to-be-switched live broadcast background material to replace a current live broadcast background material as a live broadcast background.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message refers to a message notifying a live broadcast device that the live broadcast background material is ready, where the live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message may carry a storage address of a live broadcast background material to be uploaded/to be switched, so that the live broadcast device can download the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/to be switched according to the storage address of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/to be switched after receiving the live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the live background material upload/switch notification message may be implemented as a push message.
In order to save data transmission resources and improve data transmission efficiency, in the above embodiment, after the storage of the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material is completed, the storage address of the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material is sent to the live broadcast equipment, so that the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material can be obtained by downloading based on the storage address of the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material.

In the foregoing embodiment, after receiving a live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message sent by a server, a live broadcast device may obtain and store a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message according to the live broadcast background material upload/switch notification message, and then may control a live broadcast background based on the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material.

In this embodiment, the live broadcast anchor can start uploading/switching of the live broadcast background material, for example, in scenes such as education and selling, when the live broadcast anchor is live, it may be desirable to replace another live broadcast background according to the current live broadcast background, and at this time, after the live broadcast device receives a live broadcast background material uploading/switching instruction sent by the live broadcast anchor, the live broadcast device can send a live broadcast background material uploading/switching request to the server, so as to implement uploading/switching of the live broadcast background material.

when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is a picture, replacing the current background picture with the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched as a background picture, and overlaying and rendering the background picture and the current foreground picture;
and when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is a video, performing video decoding on the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to obtain one or more frames of pictures of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched, replacing the current background picture with the one or more frames of pictures of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to be overlaid and rendered together with the current foreground picture.

Specifically, when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is determined to be a picture, the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched can be directly used as a background picture to replace a current background picture, and the background picture and the current foreground picture are overlaid and rendered; when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is determined to be a video, video decoding is carried out on the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to obtain one or more frames of live broadcast background material pictures to be uploaded/switched, then the current background picture is replaced by the one or more frames of live broadcast background material pictures to be uploaded/switched, and the current background picture and the current foreground picture are overlaid and rendered. The background image and the foreground image are overlaid and rendered together, which is a common technical means in the prior art, and this disclosure is not repeated herein, nor is any limitation imposed. For example, the rendering of the background map can be implemented by using a commonly used opengl, where opengl is a cross-language and cross-platform application programming interface for rendering 2D and 3D vector graphics, and for example, opengl background texture information can be generated based on a live background material of a picture or a live background material picture obtained by decoding, and the opengl foreground texture information corresponding to the foreground map is subjected to overlay rendering.

Fig. 11 is a schematic block diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing a live background control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the computer system 1100 includes a processing unit 1101 which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM1103, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 1100 are also stored. The processing unit 1101, the ROM1102, and the RAM1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An input/output (I/O) interface 1105 is also connected to bus 1104.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1105: an input portion 1106 including a keyboard, mouse, and the like; an output portion 1107 including a signal output unit such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 1108 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1109 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1109 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. Drivers 1110 are also connected to the I/O interface 1105 as needed. A removable medium 1111 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1110 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1108 as necessary. The processing unit 1101 may be implemented as a CPU, a GPU, a TPU, an FPGA, an NPU, or other processing units.

1. A live background control method includes:
acquiring a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material;
sending a live background material uploading/switching request to a server;
and responding to receiving the uploading/switching request confirmation information of the live broadcast background material sent by the server, and sending the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to the server so that the server stores the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the live background material upload/switch request carries live background control device identity information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sending the live background material to be uploaded/switched to a server comprises:
and sending the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to a server based on an HTTP request.
4. A live background control method includes:
receiving a live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by live broadcast background control equipment;
acquiring and storing a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request;
and sending the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to live broadcast equipment.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and responding to a received live broadcast background material uploading/switching request sent by the live broadcast equipment, acquiring a to-be-uploaded/switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request, and sending the to-be-uploaded/switched live broadcast background material to the live broadcast equipment.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the sending the live background material to be uploaded/switched to a live device comprises:
generating a storage address for storing the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched, generating a live broadcast background material uploading/switching notification message based on the storage address of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched, and sending the live broadcast background material uploading/switching notification message to the live broadcast equipment;

12. The method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the acquiring and storing the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live background material according to the live background material uploading/switching notification message comprises:

13. The method according to any of claims 9-12, wherein said controlling the live background based on said live background material to be uploaded/switched comprises:
determining the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched;
when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is a picture, replacing the current background picture with the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched as a background picture, and overlaying and rendering the background picture and the current foreground picture;
and when the category of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched is a video, performing video decoding on the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to obtain one or more frames of pictures of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched, replacing the current background picture with the one or more frames of pictures of the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to be overlaid and rendered together with the current foreground picture.
14. A live background control method includes:
the live broadcast background control equipment acquires a live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched and sends a live broadcast background material uploading/switching request to a server;
the server sends live broadcast background material uploading/switching request confirmation information to the live broadcast background control equipment;
the live broadcast background control equipment sends the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to a server;
the server acquires and stores the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the live broadcast background material uploading/switching request, generates a storage address for storing the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material, generates a live broadcast background material uploading/switching notification message based on the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material storage address, and sends the message to the live broadcast equipment; the live broadcast equipment acquires a storage address of the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material carried by the live broadcast background material uploading/switching notification message, and sends an to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material acquisition request carrying the storage address of the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the server;
the server acquires the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material corresponding to the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material storage address, and sends the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material to the live broadcast equipment;
and the live broadcast equipment receives and stores the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material sent by the server, and controls the live broadcast background based on the to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material.

the first acquisition module is configured to acquire a to-be-uploaded/to-be-switched live broadcast background material;
the system comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a switching module, wherein the first sending module is configured to send a live background material uploading/switching request to a server;
and the second sending module is configured to respond to receiving the uploading/switching request confirmation information of the live broadcast background material sent by the server and send the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched to the server so that the server stores the live broadcast background material to be uploaded/switched.
