The poor supply and sale of gas enterprises generally consist of deviations caused by various factors such as metering, leakage, stealing, statistics and the like, wherein the stealing of gas is a part which must be paid attention to. In actual life, partial users can change gas facilities, gas pipelines and other means privately to cause the gas metering instrument to be over-metered or under-metered, so that the purpose of stealing gas is achieved. The behavior not only seriously affects the normal gas management order and damages the economic benefits of enterprises, but also brings huge potential safety hazards to social public life.
In recent years, cases of gas theft tend to be specialized, concealed and intelligent, and the difficulty of investigation and treatment is high. 2) The supply pin difference is artificially set to a first threshold value (namely C) and a second threshold value (namely D), and the second threshold value is larger than the first threshold value.
3) The difference between the supply and the sale of each user (namely M, the difference between the supply and the sale on the same day) is calculated every day.
4) When the following conditions are met, the user is prompted that the risk of stealing gas is high: m > D, or { M > A and (M-A)/A > 50% }, or { M > B and (M-B)/B > 50% }.
5) When the following conditions are met, the user is prompted to 'steal gas risk is medium': c < M < D, or { M > A and 20% < (M-A)/A < 50% }, or { M > B and 20% < (M-B)/B < 50% }.
