In the competitive configuration module, according to information input by a user, configuring the attribute of the to-be-purchased article into a competitive article, a non-competitive article or a proportional competitive article, wherein the attribute of the competitive article indicates that all proportional to-be-purchased articles are purchased in a competitive manner in the purchase file creation process; the attribute of the non-competitive article indicates that all proportions of articles to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive manner in the process of creating the purchase file; the attributes of the proportional competitive item indicate that during creation of the purchase file, one portion is purchased in a competitive manner and another portion is purchased in a non-competitive manner at the proportions set in the user's initial configuration.
The configuration calling module comprises:
modeling module for object to be purchased: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the to-be-purchased object to obtain an object model to be purchased;
virtual camera configuration module: setting a plurality of identical virtual cameras, wherein the virtual cameras are positioned on a spherical surface with a geometric center point of an object model to be purchased or a center point set by a user as a sphere center and a certain radius, the shooting direction of the virtual cameras faces to the center point, and the plurality of virtual cameras are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface;
the image sampling module of the object to be purchased: shooting the object model to be purchased respectively in the shooting directions of the virtual cameras to obtain a plurality of object pictures to be purchased;
and an intelligent search matching module: inputting the pictures of the plurality of articles to be purchased into a search engine, searching pictures with the similarity larger than a set similarity threshold value from the Internet, and identifying the articles corresponding to the pictures with the similarity larger than the set similarity threshold value as competitive articles, wherein the competitive articles comprise configurable articles and substitutable articles;
and the intelligent adjustment module: if the competitive article of the article to be purchased exists and the configuration of the article to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is a non-competitive purchasing article, the configuration of the article to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is adjusted to be the competitive purchasing article or the proportional competitive article.
The competitive configuration module includes:
an initial competitive ratio value acquisition module: determining a proportion value purchased in a competitive mode and a non-competitive mode in the proportion competitive article according to information input by a user, and taking the proportion value as an initial competitive proportion value;
and a feedback adjustment module: and according to the deviation between the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing in the feedback and the initial competitive proportion value, adjusting the current competitive configuration information to indicate that the deviation is reduced through the next purchasing.
The article of the steel industry comprises an emergency piece, wherein the emergency piece comprises any one of the following: the goods do not need emergency purchasing supply; the field has declared the article application plan but has no stock, and emergency delivery is needed; the goods arrive at the warehouse and do not pass the normal acceptance procedure or have no contract, so that the goods need to be taken in emergency.
In a preferred embodiment/variation of the present invention, in the competitive configuration module, according to information input by a user, the to-be-purchased articles or to-be-purchased articles are classified into competitive purchasing and non-competitive purchasing according to a pricing strategy; and if the demand or market condition of the object to be purchased changes in a preset manner, correspondingly adjusting the purchase pricing strategy. If the change condition of the demand or the market condition of the object to be purchased meets the preset condition, the demand or the market condition of the object to be purchased is considered to be changed greatly, and the purchasing pricing strategy is correspondingly adjusted. Further, in the configuration calling module, the objects to be purchased are reasonably classified; wherein, reasonable classification refers to classification by manpower; and determining a proportion value purchased in a competitive mode of the purchased article or the article to be purchased according to the information input by the user, and taking the proportion value as an initial competitive proportion value.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the systems, apparatus, and their respective modules provided herein may be implemented entirely by logic programming of method steps such that the systems, apparatus, and their respective modules are implemented as logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc., in addition to the systems, apparatus, and their respective modules being implemented as pure computer readable program code. Therefore, the system, the apparatus, and the respective modules thereof provided by the present invention may be regarded as one hardware component, and the modules included therein for implementing various programs may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component; modules for implementing various functions may also be regarded as being either software programs for implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, and that various changes or modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without affecting the spirit of the invention. The embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.

Claims (2)

1. A competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing policy management information processing method, characterized by comprising:
competitive configuration step: according to the information input by the user, carrying out initial configuration on whether purchasing competes or not to obtain competitive configuration information, and adjusting the competitive configuration information in real time according to feedback;
configuration calling step: in the process of creating the purchase file, calling and adjusting the current real-time competitive configuration information for use;
and actual competition proportion feedback step: collecting actual purchasing data, and analyzing to obtain the proportion of competitive purchasing to non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing as feedback, wherein the feedback indicates to adjust the current competitive configuration information in a real-time manner;
in the competitive configuration step, according to information input by a user, the articles to be purchased or the articles to be purchased are classified into competitive purchasing and non-competitive purchasing according to a pricing strategy; if the demand or market condition of the object to be purchased changes in a preset manner, correspondingly adjusting the purchasing pricing strategy;
in the configuration calling step, reasonably classifying the articles to be purchased; wherein, reasonable classification refers to classification by manpower; determining a proportion value purchased in a competitive mode of the purchased article or the article to be purchased according to the information input by the user, and taking the proportion value as an initial competitive proportion value;
in the competitive configuration step, according to information input by a user, configuring the attribute of the to-be-purchased article as a competitive article, a non-competitive article or a proportional competitive article, wherein the attribute of the competitive article indicates that all proportional to-be-purchased articles are purchased in a competitive manner in the purchase file creation process; the attribute of the non-competitive article indicates that all proportions of articles to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive manner in the process of creating the purchase file; the attribute of the proportional competitive article indicates that in the process of creating the purchasing file, one part of the proportional competitive article is purchased in a competitive mode and the other part of the proportional competitive article is purchased in a non-competitive mode according to the proportion set in the initial configuration of the user;
the configuration calling step comprises the following steps:
modeling the object to be purchased: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the to-be-purchased object to obtain an object model to be purchased;
virtual camera configuration step: setting a plurality of identical virtual cameras, wherein the virtual cameras are positioned on a spherical surface with a geometric center point of an object model to be purchased or a center point set by a user as a sphere center and a certain radius, the shooting direction of the virtual cameras faces to the center point, and the plurality of virtual cameras are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface;
sampling an image of an object to be purchased: shooting the object model to be purchased respectively in the shooting directions of the virtual cameras to obtain a plurality of object pictures to be purchased;
intelligent searching and matching: inputting the pictures of the plurality of articles to be purchased into a search engine, searching pictures with the similarity larger than a set similarity threshold value from the Internet, and identifying the articles corresponding to the pictures with the similarity larger than the set similarity threshold value as competitive articles, wherein the competitive articles comprise configurable articles and substitutable articles;
intelligent adjustment: if the competitive article of the article to be purchased exists and the configuration of the article to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is a non-competitive purchasing article, the configuration of the article to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is adjusted to be the competitive purchasing article or the proportional competitive article;
the step of competitive configuration includes:

2. A competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing policy management information handling system, comprising:
competitive configuration module: according to the information input by the user, carrying out initial configuration on whether purchasing competes or not to obtain competitive configuration information, and adjusting the competitive configuration information in real time according to feedback;
and (3) a configuration calling module: in the process of creating the purchase file, calling and adjusting the current real-time competitive configuration information for use;
actual competition proportion feedback module: collecting actual purchasing data, and analyzing to obtain the proportion of competitive purchasing to non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing as feedback, wherein the feedback indicates to adjust the current competitive configuration information in a real-time manner;
in the competitive configuration module, according to information input by a user, the articles to be purchased or the articles to be purchased are classified into competitive purchasing and non-competitive purchasing according to a pricing strategy; if the demand or market condition of the object to be purchased changes in a preset manner, correspondingly adjusting the purchasing pricing strategy;
in the configuration calling module, reasonably classifying the articles to be purchased; wherein, reasonable classification refers to classification by manpower; determining a proportion value purchased in a competitive mode of the purchased article or the article to be purchased according to the information input by the user, and taking the proportion value as an initial competitive proportion value;
in the competitive configuration module, according to information input by a user, configuring the attribute of the to-be-purchased article into a competitive article, a non-competitive article or a proportional competitive article, wherein the attribute of the competitive article indicates that all proportional to-be-purchased articles are purchased in a competitive manner in the purchase file creation process; the attribute of the non-competitive article indicates that all proportions of articles to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive manner in the process of creating the purchase file; the attribute of the proportional competitive article indicates that in the process of creating the purchasing file, one part of the proportional competitive article is purchased in a competitive mode and the other part of the proportional competitive article is purchased in a non-competitive mode according to the proportion set in the initial configuration of the user;
the configuration calling module comprises:
modeling module for object to be purchased: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the to-be-purchased object to obtain an object model to be purchased;
