The invention provides a competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing strategy management information processing system, which comprises:
a competitive configuration module: according to the information input by the user, performing initial configuration on whether purchasing is competitive to obtain competitive configuration information, and adjusting the competitive configuration information in real time according to feedback;
a configuration calling module: in the process of creating the purchase file, calling and adjusting the current real-time competitive configuration information for use;

In the competitive configuration module, configuring the attribute of the to-be-purchased article into a competitive article, a non-competitive article or a proportional competitive article according to the information input by the user, wherein the attribute of the competitive article indicates that all proportions of the to-be-purchased article are purchased in a competitive manner in the process of creating the purchase file; the attribute of the non-competitive goods indicates that all the proportion of the goods to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive mode in the process of creating the purchasing file; the attributes of the proportional competitive item indicate that during the purchase file creation process, one portion is purchased in a competitive manner and the other portion is purchased in a non-competitive manner at the proportions set in the user's initial configuration.
The configuration calling module comprises:
the model building module for the article to be purchased: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the article to be purchased to obtain an article model to be purchased;
a virtual camera configuration module: setting a plurality of same virtual cameras, wherein the virtual cameras are positioned on a spherical surface which takes a geometric central point of a model of an article to be purchased or a central point set by a user as a sphere center and has a certain radius, the shooting direction of the virtual cameras faces the central point, and the virtual cameras are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface;
the image sampling module of the article to be purchased: respectively shooting a model of the article to be purchased through the plurality of virtual cameras in respective shooting directions to obtain a plurality of images of the article to be purchased;
the intelligent search matching module: inputting the pictures of the articles to be purchased into a search engine, searching pictures with picture similarity greater than a set similarity threshold from the Internet, and identifying the articles corresponding to the pictures with similarity greater than the set similarity threshold as competitive articles, wherein the competitive articles comprise configurable articles and replaceable articles;
the intelligent adjustment module: if competitive articles of the articles to be purchased exist and the configuration of the articles to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is non-competitive purchased articles, the configuration of the articles to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is adjusted to be competitive purchased articles or proportional competitive articles.
The competitive configuration module includes:
an initial competitive ratio value acquisition module: determining a proportion value of competitive mode purchasing and non-competitive mode purchasing in the proportional competitive articles as an initial competitive proportion value according to information input by a user;
a feedback adjustment module: and adjusting the current competitive configuration information according to the deviation between the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing and the initial competitive proportion value in the feedback so as to indicate that the deviation is reduced through the next purchasing.
The steel industry article comprises an emergency piece, wherein the emergency piece comprises any one of the following articles: the goods need no codes for emergency purchase and supply; the filed declared article application plan list has no stock and needs emergency hastening; when the goods arrive at the warehouse, the goods do not pass the normal acceptance procedure or have no contract, and need to be taken in emergency.
In a preferred embodiment/variation of the present invention, in the competitive configuration module, according to the information input by the user, the items to be purchased or the items to be purchased are classified into competitive purchasing and non-competitive purchasing according to the pricing strategy; and if the demand of the goods to be purchased or the market condition is changed in a preset way, correspondingly adjusting the purchasing pricing strategy. The preset condition can be set, if the change condition of the demand of the article to be purchased or the market condition meets the preset condition, the demand of the article to be purchased or the market condition is considered to be greatly changed, and the purchasing pricing strategy is correspondingly adjusted. Further, reasonably classifying the articles to be purchased in the configuration calling module; wherein, reasonable classification means manual classification; and determining the proportion value of the purchased article or the article class to be purchased in a competitive mode according to the information input by the user, wherein the proportion value is used as an initial competitive proportion value.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in addition to implementing the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof provided by the present invention in purely computer readable program code, the same procedures can be implemented entirely by logically programming method steps such that the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof are provided in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Therefore, the system, the device and the modules thereof provided by the present invention can be considered as a hardware component, and the modules included in the system, the device and the modules thereof for implementing various programs can also be considered as structures in the hardware component; modules for performing various functions may also be considered to be both software programs for performing the methods and structures within hardware components.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present invention has been presented. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that various changes or modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention. The embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.
Claims (10)
1. A competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing strategy management information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a competitive configuration step: according to the information input by the user, performing initial configuration on whether purchasing is competitive to obtain competitive configuration information, and adjusting the competitive configuration information in real time according to feedback;
a configuration calling step: in the process of creating the purchase file, calling and adjusting the current real-time competitive configuration information for use;
and actual competition proportion feedback step: and acquiring actual purchasing data, and analyzing to obtain the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing as feedback, wherein the feedback indicates to adjust the current competitive configuration information in a real-time manner.
2. The method for processing the pricing strategy management information of competitive and non-competitive procurement according to claim 1, characterized in that in the competitive configuration step, the items to be procured or the items to be procured are classified into competitive procurement and non-competitive procurement according to pricing strategy according to the information input by the user; if the demand of the goods to be purchased or the market condition is changed in a preset way, correspondingly adjusting the purchasing pricing strategy;
in the step of allocating and calling, reasonably classifying the articles to be purchased; wherein, reasonable classification means manual classification; and determining the proportion value of the purchased article or the article class to be purchased in a competitive mode according to the information input by the user, wherein the proportion value is used as an initial competitive proportion value.

The competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing strategy management information processing method of claim 1, characterized in that in the competitive configuration step, the attributes of the items to be procured are configured as competitive items, non-competitive items, or proportional competitive items according to the information input by the user, wherein the attributes of the competitive items indicate that all proportions of the items to be procured are procured in a competitive manner during the procurement file creation process; the attribute of the non-competitive goods indicates that all the proportion of the goods to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive mode in the process of creating the purchasing file; the attribute of the proportional competitive object indicates that in the process of creating the purchasing file, one part is purchased in a competitive mode and the other part is purchased in a non-competitive mode according to the proportion set in the initial configuration of the user;
the configuration calling step comprises:
modeling the to-be-purchased article: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the article to be purchased to obtain a model of the article to be purchased;
a virtual camera configuration step: the method comprises the steps that a plurality of identical virtual cameras are arranged, the virtual cameras are located on a spherical surface which takes a geometric central point of a model of an article to be purchased or a central point arranged by a user as a sphere center and has a certain radius, the shooting direction of the virtual cameras faces the central point, and the virtual cameras are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface;
sampling images of articles to be purchased: respectively shooting a model of the article to be purchased through the plurality of virtual cameras in respective shooting directions to obtain a plurality of images of the article to be purchased;
intelligent search matching: inputting the pictures of the articles to be purchased into a search engine, searching pictures with picture similarity greater than a set similarity threshold from the Internet, and identifying the articles corresponding to the pictures with similarity greater than the set similarity threshold as competitive articles, wherein the competitive articles comprise configurable articles and replaceable articles;
an intelligent adjustment step: if competitive articles of the articles to be purchased exist and the configuration of the articles to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is non-competitive purchased articles, the configuration of the articles to be purchased in the current competitive configuration information is adjusted to be competitive purchased articles or proportional competitive articles.
4. The method for processing competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing policy management information according to claim 3, wherein the competitive configuration step comprises:
an initial competitive ratio value acquisition step: determining a proportion value of competitive mode purchasing and non-competitive mode purchasing in the proportional competitive articles as an initial competitive proportion value according to information input by a user;
a feedback adjustment step: and adjusting the current competitive configuration information according to the deviation between the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing and the initial competitive proportion value in the feedback so as to indicate that the deviation is reduced through the next purchasing.

The method of claim 4, wherein the manufactured item comprises an emergency, wherein the emergency comprises any one of: the goods do not need to be purchased and supplied in an emergency; the filed declared article application plan list has no stock and needs emergency hastening; when the goods arrive at the warehouse, the goods do not pass the normal acceptance procedure or have no contract, and need to be taken in emergency.
6. A competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing policy management information processing system, characterized by comprising:
a competitive configuration module: according to the information input by the user, carrying out initial configuration on whether purchasing competes to obtain competitive configuration information, and adjusting the competitive configuration information in real time according to feedback;
a configuration calling module: in the process of creating the purchase file, calling and adjusting the current real-time competitive configuration information for use;
the actual competition ratio feedback module: and collecting actual purchasing data, and analyzing to obtain the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing as feedback, wherein the feedback indicates to adjust the current competitive configuration information in a real-time manner.

The system of claim 6, wherein the competitive configuration module classifies the items to be purchased or the categories of the items to be purchased into competitive purchasing and non-competitive purchasing according to the pricing strategy based on the information input by the user; if the demand of the goods to be purchased or the market condition is changed in a preset way, correspondingly adjusting the purchasing pricing strategy;
in the configuration calling module, reasonably classifying the articles to be purchased; wherein, reasonable classification means manual classification; and determining the proportion value of the purchased article or the article class to be purchased in a competitive mode according to the information input by the user, wherein the proportion value is used as an initial competitive proportion value.

The system of claim 6, wherein in the competitive configuration module, based on the information input by the user, the attributes of the to-be-purchased items are configured as competitive items, non-competitive items, or proportional competitive items, wherein the attributes of the competitive items indicate that all proportions of the to-be-purchased items are purchased in a competitive manner during the creation of the purchase file; the attribute of the non-competitive article indicates that in the process of creating the purchase file, all the proportion of articles to be purchased are purchased in a non-competitive mode; the attribute of the proportional competitive object indicates that in the process of creating the purchase file, one part of the proportional competitive object is purchased in a competitive mode and the other part of the proportional competitive object is purchased in a non-competitive mode according to the proportion set in the initial configuration of the user;
the configuration calling module comprises:
the to-be-purchased article modeling module: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the article to be purchased to obtain a model of the article to be purchased;
a virtual camera configuration module: setting a plurality of same virtual cameras, wherein the virtual cameras are positioned on a spherical surface which takes a geometric central point of a model of an article to be purchased or a central point set by a user as a sphere center and has a certain radius, the shooting direction of the virtual cameras faces the central point, and the virtual cameras are uniformly distributed on the spherical surface;

9. The competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing strategy management information processing system of claim 8, characterized in that the competitive configuration module comprises:
an initial competitive ratio value acquisition module: determining a proportion value of competitive mode purchasing and non-competitive mode purchasing in the proportional competitive article as an initial competitive proportion value according to information input by a user;
a feedback adjustment module: and adjusting the current competitive configuration information according to the deviation between the proportion of competitive and non-competitive purchasing in the current actual purchasing and the initial competitive proportion value in the feedback so as to indicate that the deviation is reduced through the next purchasing.

The competitive and non-competitive procurement pricing strategy management information processing system of claim 9, wherein the manufactured item comprises an emergency, wherein the emergency comprises an item for any of: the goods need no codes for emergency purchase and supply; the filed declared article application plan list does not have stock, and emergency hastening is needed; when the goods arrive at the warehouse, the goods do not pass the normal acceptance procedure or have no contract, and need to be taken in emergency.
