a preparation method of an anti-sonar submarine optical cable comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a cable core: the seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core is a seamless stainless steel tube formed by laser welding after being wrapped by an SUS304 stainless steel belt with the thickness of 0.25-0.30 mm, the outer diameter of the seamless stainless steel tube is about 2.7-5.0 mm, a plurality of communication optical fibers are contained, the communication optical fibers are distributed in the seamless stainless steel tube in the form of SIN, the residual length of the communication optical fibers is 0.5-0.6%, hydrogen-absorbing and water-blocking fiber paste is filled in the seamless stainless steel tube, and the filling rate of the communication optical fibers is 85-90%.
Step two, stranding the FRP strip S spiral armor layer: adopting 10-20 flat FRP glass fiber strips with the width of 1.5-2 mm and the thickness of 0.12-0.25 mm, and the twisting pitch of 60-80 mm, and using a spiral twisting cage with a back twisting function to twist the FRP glass fiber strips around the seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core in a left-hand manner to form an FRP strip S spiral armor layer;

3. compared with the traditional submarine optical cable which uses a stainless steel optical unit, the invention has the structure that the copper pipe is coated on the outer layer and then is insulated by extrusion, and the stranded multi-layer steel wire has the structure that the outer diameter is reduced by more than 50 percent, thereby greatly reducing the cost and being convenient for laying and later maintenance;

Referring to fig. 1, the sonar-prevention submarine optical cable disclosed by the invention sequentially comprises a seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core 1, an FRP strip S spiral armor layer 2 stranded along the seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core 1, a double-sided plastic-coated chromium-plated steel strip Z spiral buckle armor layer 3 reversely stranded along the FRP strip S spiral armor layer 2, a water-resistant layer 4, an HDPE water-resistant sheath layer and a bionic protection layer 6 from inside to outside.
The seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core 1 comprises a seamless stainless steel tube 11, a plurality of communication optical fibers 12 are contained in the seamless stainless steel tube 11, the communication optical fibers 12 are distributed in an SIN mode in the seamless stainless steel tube 11, the residual length is 0.5% -0.6%, and hydrogen-absorbing and water-blocking fiber paste 13 is filled in the tube.
The FRP strip S spiral armor layer 2 adopts a flat FRP glass fiber strip with the thickness of 0.12-0.25 mm, the FRP glass fiber strip is a strip-mounted composite plastic which is formed by using glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin and phenolic resin as matrix materials, the relative density of the glass fiber reinforced plastic is 1.9-2.1, but the tensile strength is only 1/4-1/5 of that of carbon steel, but is close to or even exceeds that of carbon steel, the strength can be comparable to that of high-grade alloy steel, the flat FRP glass fiber strip is stranded around a seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core 1 in a left-hand manner, the elastic modulus is more than or equal to 75Gpa, the stranding pitch is 60-80 mm, and compared with the traditional steel wire or FRP rod armor, the composite plastic has the characteristics of high strength and light weight, and a spiral stranding cage with a untwisting function is used.

The waterproof layer 4 is located between the FRP strip S spiral armor layer 2 and the double-sided plastic-coated chromium-plated steel strip Z spiral buckle type armor layer 3, and AB double-component glue is adopted, the AB double-component glue waterproof layer 4 can be solidified into a glue shape within 24 hours after the cable body is twisted, the inner gap of the cable core is effectively blocked, and the longitudinal water blocking performance of the cable is improved.
The HDPE water-proof sheath layer has the thickness of 2-3 mm, the HDPE adopts 6062 high-density PE plastic, the crystallinity is 80% -90%, the softening point is 125-135 ℃, the HDPE is manufactured by using Ziegler-Natta polymerization method, ethylene PE is used as main raw material, propylene, 1-butene and hexene are used as copolymer, slurry polymerization or gas phase polymerization process is adopted under the action of catalyst, and high-grade carbon black pigment is added to ensure excellent UV resistance, and the high-grade carbon black water-proof sheath layer is characterized in that no branched chain exists on a molecular chain, so that the molecular chain is regular in arrangement and has higher density. The use temperature can reach 120 ℃; hardness, tensile strength and creep are superior to low density polyethylene; the wear resistance, the electrical insulation property, the toughness and the cold resistance are good; the cable has good chemical stability and poor ageing resistance, has lower heat distortion temperature under the condition of stress, and ensures the compression resistance and transverse water blocking performance of the cable.
The bionic protection layer 6 is woven by polyester ribbons, the polyester ribbons have good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, the thickness is about 0.8-1 mm, part of ribbons are reserved on the outer side, the final outer diameter is about 10-15 mm, the weight is 120-180 kg/km, the bionic protection layer 6 woven by the polyester ribbons has vortex-induced vibration resistance and noise reduction performance, the bionic protection structure is formed by combining the bionic protection layer 6 woven by the polyester ribbons with underwater organisms for a long time, and the bionic protection structure is integrated with underwater environment, so that the ribbon cable has excellent sonar resistance and high reliability.
A preparation method of an anti-sonar submarine optical cable comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a cable core: the production of the seamless stainless steel optical unit cable core is completed by a laser welded pipe production line, and the equipment consists of a steel belt active paying-off device, an optical fiber paying-off device, a stainless steel forming table, a laser welding machine, a fiber paste filling device, a drawing device, a surplus length control device, a monitoring device and a wire winding device.
