Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a temperature control method provided by the present invention, and the present invention discloses a temperature control method, including:
determining all target clothes racks, and acquiring a first humidity mean value of each target clothes rack;
determining a second humidity mean value of the drying object in the drying machine according to the first humidity mean values corresponding to all the target clothes hangers;
under the condition that the second humidity average value is larger than or equal to the first preset humidity, the initial air outlet temperature of the dryer is increased to the first air outlet temperature, and a third humidity average value of the drying objects in the dryer is obtained;
when the third humidity average value is smaller than the first preset humidity, reducing the first air outlet temperature of the dryer to a second air outlet temperature;
the first air outlet temperature is greater than the second air outlet temperature.
In step 101, the target clothes rack is a clothes rack with drying objects hung thereon, that is, in an optional case, not all clothes racks are full of drying objects, and there may be a case that some clothes racks hang drying objects.
After the target clothes racks are obtained, in order to more accurately perform comprehensive evaluation on the humidity of each drying object, the humidity of each different part of the drying object on each target clothes rack needs to be averaged, and then the first humidity average value of each target clothes rack is obtained.
In step 102, a second humidity average value of the drying objects in the dryer is determined according to the first humidity average values corresponding to all the target clothes hangers, and those skilled in the art understand that the present invention needs to determine the average humidity of each drying object, and average the average humidity of all the drying objects, so as to determine the humidity average value of all the drying objects in the dryer, that is, the second humidity average value.
In step 103, when the second humidity average value is greater than or equal to a first preset humidity, the initial air-out temperature of the dryer is raised to a first air-out temperature, and a third humidity average value of the drying object in the dryer is obtained, where the first preset humidity may be 70%, 80%, or 90%, and when the second humidity average value is greater than or equal to the first preset humidity, it is determined that the drying object is in a very humid state, at this time, the drying speed of the drying object needs to be increased, at this time, the air-out temperature of the drying object needs to be further raised on the basis of the initial air-out temperature of the original dryer, the first air-out temperature may be set to 50 ℃, 55 ℃, 60 ℃, and the like, and the initial air-out temperature may be set to 30 ℃, 35 ℃, or 40 ℃, and the like.
Further, after the air outlet temperature of the dryer is increased, a third humidity average value of the dried objects in the dryer is obtained in real time, and the determination mode of the third humidity average value can refer to the steps 101 to 102.
In step 104, when the third humidity mean value is smaller than the first preset humidity, the first outlet air temperature of the dryer is reduced to the second outlet air temperature, that is, when the third humidity mean value is smaller than 80%, the humidity of the drying object in the dryer is considered to be no longer in a fully humid or very humid state, and at this time, on the premise that the drying efficiency is not reduced, the first outlet air temperature of the dryer is reduced to the second outlet air temperature, that is, the outlet air temperature of the dryer is properly reduced, so as to reduce the output power of the dryer, and further reduce the power consumption.
Optionally, after determining the second humidity average value of the drying object in the dryer, the method further includes:
and under the condition that the second humidity mean value is smaller than the first preset humidity, the initial air outlet temperature of the dryer is increased to the second air outlet temperature.
Step 103 of the present invention provides a technical solution for adjusting an initial air-out temperature of a dryer when the second humidity average value is greater than or equal to a first preset humidity, and in this embodiment, when the second humidity average value of the drying object is smaller than the first preset humidity after the drying object is detected, it is determined that the drying object can be normally dried, and the humidity of the drying object is within a range capable of being directly and normally dried, without adopting a higher air-out temperature corresponding to a higher power to rapidly raise the temperature of the drying object, and the drying object can be rapidly dried only by adopting the second air-out temperature of 35 ℃, 40 ℃, or 45 ℃.
Optionally, after the initial outlet air temperature of the dryer is raised to the first outlet air temperature, the method further includes:
and reducing the rotating speed of the motor to the first rotating speed so as to accelerate the temperature rise speed of the drying object in the drying machine.
After the initial air-out temperature of promotion drying-machine to first air-out temperature, the temperature of drying object lasts and rises, and for the temperature rise of faster realization drying object, can also cooperate the air-out speed to realize, specifically, under the condition that reduces motor speed, the air-out that has higher temperature will fully contact with drying object, the indoor temperature of drying-machine has not only been promoted, the temperature of drying object has still been promoted fast, more importantly, because this stage is not the drying process stage, but the drying object rises the temperature stage, the event need not to adopt great wind speed, and then operating power has further been reduced, save the electric energy.
Optionally, after reducing the first outlet air temperature to the second outlet air temperature of the dryer, the method further includes:
increasing the rotating speed of the motor to a second rotating speed so as to accelerate the drying speed of the dried objects in the dryer;
the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
After the first air outlet temperature of the dryer is reduced to the second air outlet temperature, it can be considered that the drying stage of the drying object is entered, and in order to realize the drying processing of the drying object more quickly, the rotating speed of the motor needs to be increased to the second rotating speed, that is, the drying processing of the drying object is performed at the second air outlet temperature by adopting a larger air speed.
The invention provides a temperature control method, a device, equipment, a medium and a dryer thereof, which determine the whole humidity of a drying object through a humidity value of a contact position of a clothes hanger and the drying object, thereby giving different drying strategies aiming at the humidity average value of all the drying objects.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of obtaining the first humidity mean value according to the present invention, wherein the determining all the target clothes racks, obtaining the first humidity mean value of each target clothes rack, includes:
acquiring weight information of each hanger hook, and determining any hanger with weight information larger than a preset weight as a target hanger until all target hangers are determined;
and acquiring humidity values of each target clothes rack at different positions, and determining a first humidity mean value of each target clothes rack according to the humidity values.
In step 1011, a plurality of clothes hangers may be disposed in the drying machine, and not every clothes hanger may be disposed with the drying object, and the clothes hanger without the drying object may also be used as a reference factor for measuring the humidity average value of the drying object, which may cause a significant error in the measurement result, so the invention preferably determines all the target clothes hangers with the drying object hung thereon, at this time, a weight sensor may be disposed at each clothes hanger hook, so as to obtain the weight information at each clothes hanger hook, in an alternative embodiment, if the weight at a certain clothes hanger hook is not 0, it is determined that the drying object is hung on the clothes hanger, and in another alternative embodiment, if the weight at a certain clothes hanger hook exceeds a certain preset weight, it is determined that the drying object is hung on the clothes hanger until all the target clothes hangers are determined.
In step 1012, in an optional embodiment, humidity sensors are disposed at the left side, the middle portion and the right side of the target clothes rack, and then a first humidity average value of each target clothes rack can be determined according to the left humidity value, the middle humidity value and the right humidity value of the target clothes rack. In another alternative embodiment, humidity sensors are arranged on the left side, the left middle side, the middle part, the right middle side and the right side of the target clothes rack, and in this case, the first humidity average value of each target clothes rack can be determined according to the left side humidity value, the left middle side humidity value, the middle part humidity value, the right middle side humidity value and the right side humidity value of the target clothes rack.
Those skilled in the art understand that the more humidity sensors are arranged on the clothes rack, the higher the accuracy of the result of the average humidity of the drying object is, and when too many humidity sensors are arranged, the overall calculation amount is increased, and the use cost is increased, so that the arrangement number of the humidity sensors can be reasonably selected by combining with the actual use, and details are not repeated herein.
Fig. 3 is a second schematic flow chart of the temperature control method provided by the present invention, before obtaining the first humidity average value of each target clothes hanger, further comprising:
acquiring the initial air outlet temperature;
under the condition that the initial air outlet temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, controlling the dryer to heat up and reducing the rotating speed of the motor until the initial air outlet temperature is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature;
under the condition that the initial air outlet temperature is higher than a second preset temperature, controlling the dryer to cool until the initial air outlet temperature is lower than or equal to the second preset temperature;
the first preset temperature is less than the second preset temperature.
In step 201, a temperature sensor may be disposed at an air outlet of the dryer, so as to obtain the initial outlet air temperature in real time, and the present invention aims to improve the drying efficiency and save the electric energy required for drying according to the outlet air temperature, so that in the initial operation stage of the dryer, the overall performance of the dryer needs to be evaluated, which includes monitoring the initial outlet air temperature of the dryer, if the initial outlet air temperature of the dryer is low, the subsequent drying process is not facilitated, and if the initial outlet air temperature of the dryer is high, the damage to the dried object or the additional electric energy loss may be caused, or the possible fault of the dryer may be checked according to the problem that the initial outlet air temperature of the dryer is high.
In step 202, the first preset temperature may be 30 ℃, 35 ℃, or 40 ℃, and the like, and in an optional embodiment, in the case that the initial outlet air temperature is less than 40 ℃, the dryer is controlled to increase the temperature and reduce the rotation speed of the motor until the initial outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to 40 ℃. The skilled person understands that the invention only selects to increase the motor speed in the drying stage, and when the temperature of the drying object is adjusted and the air outlet temperature is adjusted, the invention operates in the mode of reducing the motor speed, and the advantage of this is that the electric energy is saved.
In step 203, the dryer is controlled to cool down when the initial outlet air temperature is greater than a second preset temperature until the initial outlet air temperature is less than or equal to the second preset temperature, and if the initial outlet air temperature is higher, the corresponding power is also increased, however, the present invention also needs to further determine whether the temperature of the drying object needs to be raised, so that the initial outlet air temperature is reasonably controlled within a reasonable range, the drying time may be shortened, and the power consumption may be reduced, and the second preset temperature may be 52 ℃, 55 ℃, or 57 ℃.
Optionally, after obtaining the initial outlet air temperature, the method further includes:
generating a temperature abnormal signal under the condition that the initial air outlet temperature is higher than a third preset temperature;
the temperature abnormal signal is used for sending a temperature abnormal alarm to the intelligent terminal.
The third preset temperature can be 60 ℃, 65 ℃ or 70 ℃ or the like, the initial air outlet temperature of the dryer can be considered to have a certain fault under the condition, and then a temperature abnormal signal needs to be generated, and the generated temperature abnormal signal is sent to the intelligent terminal so as to send a temperature abnormal alarm to the intelligent terminal, and after a user related to the intelligent terminal knows the temperature abnormal alarm, the dryer can be timely processed, and the use safety of the dryer is further improved.
Fig. 4 is a third schematic flow chart of the temperature control method provided by the present invention, before determining all target clothes hangers, further comprising:
acquiring a humidity value in the dryer;
and under the condition that the humidity value in the dryer is greater than the second preset humidity, controlling the dryer to heat up and increasing the rotating speed of the motor until the humidity value in the dryer is less than or equal to the second preset humidity.
In step 301, the initial humidity environment in the dryer will have a great influence on the drying effect of the dryer, and how to control the initial humidity environment in the dryer to be a drier environment can more efficiently achieve drying of the drying object, so the invention aims to obtain the humidity value in the dryer before determining all the target clothes hangers.
In step 302, the second predetermined humidity may be 10%, 20% or 25%, theoretically, the drier is drier, the drier is more favorable for the next drying operation, so if the humidity value in the drier is less than the second predetermined humidity, step 101 is executed; if the humidity value in the dryer is greater than the second preset humidity, the dryer needs to be pre-dried first, that is, the temperature of the dryer is controlled to rise and the rotating speed of the motor is increased until the humidity value in the dryer is less than or equal to the second preset humidity.

each clothes rack 12 is provided with a plurality of humidity sensors 13;
the drying object is hung on the clothes rack 12, and the humidity sensor 13 is used for acquiring humidity values of the drying object at different positions on the clothes rack 12;
further comprising a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processing unit, the program or instructions when executed by the processing unit performing the temperature control method, the method comprising: determining all target clothes racks, and acquiring a first humidity mean value of each target clothes rack; determining a second humidity mean value of the drying objects in the drying machine according to the first humidity mean values corresponding to all the target clothes hangers; under the condition that the second humidity average value is larger than or equal to the first preset humidity, the initial air outlet temperature of the dryer is increased to the first air outlet temperature, and a third humidity average value of the drying objects in the dryer is obtained; reducing the first air outlet temperature of the dryer to a second air outlet temperature under the condition that the third humidity mean value is smaller than a first preset humidity; the first air outlet temperature is greater than the second air outlet temperature.
