Abstract
The invention discloses a refining and purifying method of natural bamboo vinegar stock solution, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding 4-5% of activated carbon into the bamboo cool stock solution, heating and stirring for 30min, standing, filtering, removing filter residue, and collecting filtrate; (2) centrifuging the filtrate, and collecting the separated liquid; (3) and (3) putting the separation liquid into an extraction kettle for carbon dioxide extraction, taking carbon dioxide fluid as an extraction solvent, and taking an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 60-70% as an entrainer, wherein the benzene is taken under the pressure of about 30Mpa, the extraction temperature is about 5 ℃, the carbon dioxide flow is 13L/h, and the time is about 60min, so as to obtain the refined bamboo vinegar. The refined bamboo vinegar liquid prepared by the purification method has high purity, no tar and no smoke smell.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bamboo pyrolysis and cooling liquid purification, in particular to a method for refining a liquid product generated in a bamboo carbonization process.
Background
The bamboo vinegar liquid is obtained by collecting gas generated by pyrolysis in the process of burning fresh bamboo charcoal and cooling the gas at normal temperature. The bamboo vinegar liquid contains more than 200 kinds of natural high molecular organic compounds, such as organic acids, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters and trace alkaline components.
The bamboo vinegar liquid is refined and purified by three methods, namely a standing method, a medicine refining method and a distillation method, and the distillation method is usually a simple distillation method and a rectification distillation method. The simple distillation method is that the mixture to be separated is placed in a distillation still, heated and partially evaporated, the vapour discharged from the distillation still is introduced into a condenser, and due to the cooling action the vapour is converted into liquid state in the condenser, and the produced distillate flows into a collector. The rectification method is a method of utilizing the interaction of steam generated in a distillation device and steam distilled out previously and liquid (reflux liquid) obtained by local refrigeration, and has the advantages of higher separation degree, large energy consumption and high organic acid loss.

The invention aims to solve the problem of providing a method for purifying refined bamboo vinegar without tar and smoke smell, and in order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following scheme, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) adding 4-5% of activated carbon into the raw bamboo cool liquid, heating and stirring for 30min, standing, filtering, removing filter residues, and collecting filtrate;
(2) centrifuging the filtrate, and collecting the separated liquid;
(3) and (3) putting the separation liquid into an extraction kettle for carbon dioxide extraction, taking carbon dioxide fluid as an extraction solvent, and taking 60-70% ethanol solution as an entrainer, wherein the benzene is extracted under the pressure of about 30Mpa, the extraction temperature is about 5 ℃, the carbon dioxide flow is 13L/h, and the time is about 60min, so as to obtain the refined bamboo vinegar.
The heating temperature in the step (1) is about 55 ℃, the condition is mild, and the speed of adsorbing impurities by the activated carbon is accelerated.
In the step (1), the filtration is carried out by adopting a plate-and-frame filter press.
The separation condition in the step (2) is 6000r/min of rotation speed, 0-4 ℃ and 30min of time.
The separation liquid filled in the step (3) accounts for about 30% of the extraction kettle, and extraction is facilitated.
The separation liquid filled in the step (3) accounts for 20 percent of the extraction kettle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) before carbon dioxide extraction, the invention carries out physical adsorption and centrifugal separation by active carbon to carry out coarse extraction, thereby removing tar and smoke smell, removing partial impurities and shortening the carbon dioxide extraction time.
(2) Extracting with carbon dioxide, sequentially extracting effective components with high and low boiling point, polarity and molecular weight, and controlling conditions to obtain optimal refined bamboo vinegar liquid without destroying effective components of bamboo vinegar liquid, with high purity.

1. A refining and purifying method of natural bamboo vinegar stock solution is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
(1) adding 4-5% of activated carbon into the raw bamboo cool liquid, heating and stirring for 30min, standing, filtering, removing filter residues, and collecting filtrate;
(2) centrifuging the filtrate, and collecting the separated liquid;
(3) and (3) putting the separated liquid into an extraction kettle for carbon dioxide extraction, taking carbon dioxide fluid as an extraction solvent, and taking an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 60-70% as an entrainer, wherein the extraction pressure is about 30Mpa, the extraction temperature is about 5 ℃, the carbon dioxide flow is 13L/h, and the time is about 60min, so as to obtain the refined bamboo vinegar.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the heating temperature is about 55 ℃, the conditions are mild, and the speed of adsorbing impurities by the activated carbon is accelerated.
