9. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid as set forth in claim 8, wherein the suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is diluted with water at a rate of 300 times to 500 times before use.

The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid as claimed in claim 9, wherein the suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is used for promoting root growth of crops, increasing chlorophyll synthesis of crops and improving yield of crops.
