The organic water-soluble fertilizer of comparative example 4 contained the raw materials according to example 4, except that 2-picolinic acid was not added.
Comparative example 5
The organic water-soluble fertilizer of comparative example 5 contained the raw materials according to example 5, except that 2-picolinic acid was not added.
The preparation method of the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer in the embodiment 1 to 5 comprises the following steps: (1) putting the base raw materials and the organic materials in the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 2 hours at 55 ℃ to uniformly mix the materials; (2) putting the 2-picolinic acid with the formula amount into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 0.5h at 55 ℃ to uniformly mix the 2-picolinic acid and the reaction kettle; (3) adding alkyl glycoside with the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, stirring for 30min at 55 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid.
The preparation method of the organic water-soluble fertilizer comprises the following steps: (1) putting the base raw materials and the organic materials in the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 2 hours at 55 ℃ to uniformly mix the materials; (2) adding alkyl glycoside with the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, stirring for 30min at 55 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain the organic water-soluble fertilizer.
Test examples
In order to further test the actual effects of the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid on the aspects of regulating the root growth of crops, chlorophyll synthesis and crop yield, the inventor conducts further comparative experiments on soybeans, corns and watermelons.
Test example 1
The test name is: experimental study on soybean rooting by using suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid
And (3) test crops: soybean seed
Test time: 2020.6.8-2020.7.19
Test site: simple greenhouse in Huaiyang county in Zhou city
The test conditions are as follows: seven groups of tests are set, wherein the test group adopts the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the example 1, the example 2 and the example 4 of the invention, the control group adopts the organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the comparative example 1, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 4 of the invention, and the blank group adopts clear water. And (3) soaking 200 soybean seeds in each group, sowing after soaking each group for 24 hours, and measuring the rooting condition of the soybean seeds.
The test treatments are shown in table 1:

The determination method comprises the following steps: the rooting rate, the average number of the individual plant roots and the average root length of the soybean seeds are measured, and 50 plants are randomly measured in each group. Wherein, the calculation formulas of the rooting rate, the average root number of the single plant and the average root length are as follows:

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, after the seeds are soaked and sowed for 20 days by the comparative examples 1, 2 and 4, the rooting rate of the soybean is 18-22%, the average root number of each plant is 0.84-1.06, and the average root length is 0.43-0.49 cm; after the seeds are soaked and sowed for 20 days in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 4 of the invention, the rooting rate of the soybean can reach 38-50%, the average root number of a single plant can reach 1.62-1.84, and the average root length can reach 0.54-0.74 cm; therefore, the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing the 2-picolinic acid can promote the root growth of the soybeans.
The rooting of soybeans after 40 days of sowing is shown in table 3:

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, after the seeds are soaked and sowed for 40 days by the comparative examples 1, 2 and 4, the rooting rate of the soybean is 50-62%, the average root number of each plant is 2.36-2.66, and the average root length is 1.71-2.02 cm; after the seeds are soaked and sowed for 40 days in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 4 of the invention, the rooting rate of the soybean can reach 78-84%, the average root number of a single plant can reach 3.94-4.22, and the average root length can reach 2.52-2.83 cm; therefore, the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing the 2-picolinic acid can promote the root growth of the soybeans.
Test example 2
The test name: experimental study on chlorophyll content and yield of corn by using suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid
Test crops: corn (corn)
Test time: 2020.8.1-2020.10.10
Test site: west county Pan farm in Zhou city
The test conditions are as follows: and (3) setting five groups of tests, namely applying 50kg of conventional compound fertilizer to each mu of bottom of the test group, the control group and the blank group, and additionally applying 25kg of corresponding organic water-soluble fertilizer or equal amount of clear water to each mu of bottom of the corn in the large-horn mouth period. Wherein, the test group is drip-irrigated with the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the invention of example 1 and example 3, the control group is drip-irrigated with the organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the invention of comparative example 1 and comparative example 3, and the blank group is drip-irrigated with clear water in the same amount. The chlorophyll content (SPAD) of the corn was measured 10 days after drip irrigation and the yield of the corn was measured at harvest time.

As can be seen from the data in Table 5, the chlorophyll content and the yield of the corn after the application of the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer are higher than those of the corn after the application of the 2-picolinic acid-free organic water-soluble fertilizer, and the yield of the corn after the application of the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer can reach 40.84-44.90%; therefore, the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing the 2-picolinic acid can increase the synthesis of chlorophyll of the corn and improve the yield of the corn.
Test example 3
The test name is: experimental research on watermelon yield by using suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid
And (3) test crops: watermelon 8424
Test time: 2021.4.15-2020.6.25
Test site: zhou city Taikang county, chang Yingzhen Gaoshai village
The test conditions are as follows: five groups of tests are set in total, the test group sprays the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the invention example 4 and the example 5 to melon seedlings in the expansion period, the control group sprays the organic water-soluble fertilizer prepared in the invention comparative example 4 and the comparative example 5 to melon seedlings in the expansion period, and the blank group sprays equal amount of clear water. The five tests all adopt foliar spraying for 2 times with 7 days interval each time, and other foliar fertilizer products are not applied in the harvest period, and the yield and the sugar degree of the watermelon are measured in the harvest period.

As can be seen from the data in the table 7, the sugar degree and the yield of the watermelons sprayed with the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer on the leaf surfaces are both higher than those of the watermelons sprayed with the 2-picolinic acid-free organic water-soluble fertilizer on the leaf surfaces, the sugar degree increase rate of the watermelons sprayed with the 2-picolinic acid-containing suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer on the leaf surfaces reaches 6.78-9.32%, and the yield increase rate reaches 16.69-20.04%; therefore, the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing the 2-picolinic acid can increase the sugar degree of the watermelons and improve the yield of the watermelons.

Claims (10)
1. The suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10.0-84.5 parts of base material, 10.0-50.3 parts of organic material, 4.0 parts of 2-picolinic acid and 5.0 parts of alkyl glycoside.
2. The 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended type organic water-soluble fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the base material is a water-soluble material or a trace element material.
3. The 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer according to claim 2 wherein the water-soluble material is one or more of potassium hydroxide, potassium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, urea, silica, monopotassium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium bisulfite, potassium formate.
4. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid according to claim 2 wherein the trace element material is one or more of zinc sulphate and boric acid.
5. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic material is one or more of corn steep liquor, xanthan gum, potassium humate, citric acid, amino acid, chitosan oligosaccharide and maltose.
6. A method for preparing a 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the steps of:
(1) putting the base raw materials and the organic materials into a reaction kettle according to the formula ratio, and stirring for 1.5-2 hours at 50-60 ℃ to uniformly mix the materials;
(2) putting the 2-picolinic acid with the formula amount into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 0.5-1 h at 50-60 ℃ to uniformly mix the 2-picolinic acid and the reaction kettle;
(3) adding alkyl glycoside with the formula amount into a reaction kettle, stirring for 20-30 min at 50-60 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain the suspension type organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid.
7. The method for preparing a 2-picolinic acid-containing suspended type organic water-soluble fertilizer as set forth in claim 6, wherein the stirring speed in steps (1) to (3) is 200 to 300 r/min.
8. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is applied by seed soaking, foliar spraying or drip irrigation.
9. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid as set forth in claim 8, wherein the suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is diluted with water at a rate of 300 times to 500 times before use.
10. The suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid as claimed in claim 9, wherein the suspended organic water-soluble fertilizer containing 2-picolinic acid is used for promoting root growth of crops, increasing chlorophyll synthesis of crops and improving yield of crops.
