Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering materials, in particular to modified recycled brick aggregate mortar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the acceleration of the pace of urbanization construction of various countries, a large amount of former brick-concrete structures are removed by transformation of old cities in recent years, so that more and more construction wastes mainly comprising waste bricks are generated, and a series of natural resources, energy and environmental protection problems are caused by the generation, stacking and landfill of a large amount of construction wastes. In the face of the problems caused by construction waste and the severe situation of the shortage of land resources and sand resources, the treatment and the reutilization of the construction waste are receiving more and more attention.
However, most of the construction waste in China is used for cast-in-place concrete, but the requirement of concrete on recycled aggregate is high, and the recycled aggregate with low content of impurities such as broken bricks and small particle size cannot be used for recycled concrete, so that the utilization rate of the construction waste is not high, and the research and production of the construction waste applied to mortar are still in a starting stage. Compared with natural aggregate, the recycled fine aggregate has the defects of high porosity, high water absorption, high crushing index and the like, and when the recycled fine aggregate is applied to mortar, the indexes of mechanical property, working performance, durability and the like are much lower than those of the mortar prepared by the natural aggregate, so that the utilization rate of the recycled fine aggregate is not high, and the utilization of waste bricks is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problems, the modified recycled brick aggregate mortar and the preparation method thereof are provided. The invention utilizes the waste broken bricks to be mixed with a small part of waste concrete regenerated fine aggregate after being treated by the processes of crushing, screening, cleaning, drying and the like, and the regenerated fine aggregate obtained by improving the performance of the waste broken bricks through a chemical method is used for replacing part of natural sand to prepare mortar, and the adopted technical means are as follows:
the mortar with different strength grades is prepared from the following materials in percentage by mass: 13.3 to 18.6 percent of cement, 38.0 to 40.5 percent of recycled fine aggregate, 25.3 to 27.0 percent of natural sand and 18.1 to 19.3 percent of water, wherein the dosage of the admixture is 0.1 percent of the total mass of the cement and the fine aggregate. The regenerated fine aggregate is mainly prepared by crushing, screening, cleaning, drying and other processes of the waste broken bricks of the construction wastes, screening out aggregate with the grain size of not more than 4.75mm, and simultaneously doping a small part of the regenerated fine aggregate of the waste concrete, thereby improving the compressive strength, reducing the water absorption, adjusting the grain composition, and ensuring that the content of the waste bricks accounts for more than 60 percent.
Preferably, the method for modifying the recycled fine aggregate comprises the steps of soaking the recycled fine aggregate in a 10% sodium sulfate solution for 20min, then soaking and stirring for 5min-10min until no bubbles are generated, standing and precipitating for 1h, washing with clear water, and then placing in a ventilated place for natural drying in the shade, so that the stress performance and the working performance of the recycled fine aggregate are improved.
Preferably, the admixture is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, so that the water retention and cohesiveness of the mortar are enhanced.
Preferably, the natural sand has a bulk density of 1320kg/m3, an apparent density of 2532kg/m3, and a particle size distribution of 2.3.
Preferably, the recycled fine aggregate has a bulk density of 1250kg/m3, an apparent density of 2410kg/m3 and a fineness modulus of 2.4.
Preferably, the cement is ordinary portland cement 32.5.
Preferably, the preparation method of the modified recycled brick aggregate mortar comprises the following steps: and (3) preparing the mortar by adopting secondary stirring, adding 50% of water according to the water-cement ratio, stirring for 30s at a low speed, stirring for 10s at a high speed, adding the rest water, stirring for 30s at a low speed, stirring for 20s at a high speed, and stirring for 90s at a low speed.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the recycled fine aggregate is mainly composed of waste broken bricks, a small part of waste concrete fine aggregate is doped, the particle composition is adjusted, the compressive strength is enhanced, the water absorption rate is reduced, the content of the waste broken bricks is more than 60%, the application of the waste bricks in mortar is greatly improved, the construction waste resources are fully utilized, the great significance is provided for permanently saving natural sand resources and utilizing the construction waste in full resources to reduce the pollution of solid waste to the environment, and the greening degree of the construction mortar is improved.
2. The chemical modification method of the invention is soaking treatment by 10% sodium sulfate solution. The sodium sulfate solution is utilized to repair the self fine cracks of the aggregate, the self performance of the recycled fine aggregate is improved, and after the mortar is prepared, the sodium sulfate participates in the hydration process of the cement, so that the reaction is promoted to form crystals in the fine cracks, and the aggregate and the slurry are more compact. The mortar is prepared by secondary stirring, so that the stress performance and the working performance of the mortar are improved.
3. The admixture and the improvement method selected by the invention are simple and convenient to operate and low in cost, and can maximize the utilization rate of the recycled fine aggregate to a certain extent.
