本发明公开了一种消防服用阻燃隔热面料,包括外面料层、内防水层、棉层、阻燃隔热层和外防水层,所述内防水层覆盖在外面料层的外壁,所述棉层覆盖在内防水层的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层覆盖在棉层的外壁,所述外防水层覆盖在阻燃隔热层的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层为气凝胶层,本面料在制作成消防服后,可以根据情况使用减少被困人员在救援过程中吸入的毒气,提高救援效果。

本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种消防服用面料。
背景技术
消防服是保护消防人员的重要设备之一,是火灾救助现场不可或缺的必备品,也是保护消防队员身体免受伤害的防火器具,消防服的质量尤为重要。
火灾时,会产生大量的浓烟和有毒气体,被困人员死亡的主要原因并不是由于火焰灼烧致死,而是吸入大量的浓烟毒物窒息而死,在火场救援时,常常需要消防人员进入到火场内救人,消防人员背或者抱起被困人员跑出需要一段时间,这个时间段内被困人员也会吸入大量的毒气,可能因此丧失最佳救援效果,导致被困人员死伤亡。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种消防服用阻燃隔热面料,在保证对消防人员安全的情况下,能够减少被困人员在救援过程中吸入的毒气,提高救援效果。
一种消防服用阻燃隔热面料,包括外面料层、内防水层、棉层、阻燃隔热层和外防水层,所述内防水层覆盖在外面料层的外壁,所述棉层覆盖在内防水层的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层覆盖在棉层的外壁,所述外防水层覆盖在阻燃隔热层的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层为气凝胶层。
优选地,所述外防水层为防水面料。
优选地,所述内防水层为聚氨酯涂层。
优选地,所述外防水层的外壁设置有若干耐磨颗粒。
优选地,还包括吸水硅胶层和内面料层,外面料层的内壁覆盖吸水硅胶层,吸水硅胶层的内壁覆盖内面料层,外面料层上设有多个第一通孔,内面料层上设有多个第二通孔,任意一个第二通孔与多个第一通孔均错位设置。
优选地,多个所述的第一通孔呈矩形阵列分布。
优选地,多个所述的第二通孔呈矩形阵列分布。
优选地,述外面料层和内面料层均采用涤纶制成。
本发明的有益效果体现在:本技术方案中通过外面料层、内防水层、棉层、阻燃隔热层和外防水层的配合,制作成消防服之后,正常使用的情况下,通过内防水层、阻燃隔热层和外防水层的配合,能够起到很好的防水、阻燃和隔热的作用,当消防人员需要进入火场救人时,可以在消防服的背部和胸部划出开口,开口贯穿外防水层和阻燃隔热层,然后通过开口向开口处的棉层浸入水,使得开口处的棉层湿润,当消防人员背起或抱起被困人员后,被困人员可以将开口进一步撕开然后嘴鼻靠在湿润的棉层上,用棉层减少毒雾的吸入,对于昏迷的被困人员,消防人员可以自己撕开开口,并将被困人员的嘴鼻放在湿润棉层上,减少被困人员毒气的吸入,提高救援的效果。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中提供了一种消防服用阻燃隔热面料,包括外面料层1、内防水层2、棉层3、阻燃隔热层4和外防水层5,所述内防水层2覆盖在外面料层1的外壁,所述棉层3覆盖在内防水层2的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层4覆盖在棉层3的外壁,所述外防水层5覆盖在阻燃隔热层4的外壁,所述阻燃隔热层4为气凝胶层。
本实施例中通过外面料层1、内防水层2、棉层3、阻燃隔热层4和外防水层5的配合,棉层3具备良好的吸水效果,棉层3吸水后可以暂时作为防护材料进行有毒物质防护,阻燃隔热层4为气凝胶层,气凝胶导热系数低,具备良好的隔热和阻燃效果,且气凝胶柔软易剪裁,内防水层2和外防水层5配合,防止水分进入棉层3,使得棉层3处于干燥状态。本面料制作成消防服之后,正常使用的情况下,通过内防水层2、阻燃隔热层4和外防水层5的配合,能够起到很好的防水、阻燃和隔热的作用,当消防人员需要进入火场救人时,可以在消防服的背部和胸部划出开口,开口贯穿外防水层5和阻燃隔热层4,然后通过开口向开口处的棉层3浸入水,使得开口处的棉层3湿润,这时每个位置只需浸入500ml左右,以免过度增加消防人员的负担,由于只是划出开口,因此消防人员在进入火场时,阻燃隔热层4以及外防水层5除开口位置均能够正常的工作,不会对消防服的阻燃、隔热和防水效果造成太大影响,同时由于隔热功能,能够保证棉层3上的水蒸发缓慢,当消防人员背起或抱起被困人员后,被困人员可以将开口进一步撕开然后嘴鼻靠在湿润的棉层3上,用棉层3减少毒雾的吸入,对于昏迷的被困人员,消防人员可以自己撕开开口,并将被困人员的嘴鼻放在湿润棉层3上,减少被困人员毒气的吸入,提高救援的效果,同时棉层3还能够起到缓冲作用,当消防人员意外碰撞物体时,能够起到缓冲作用。
本实施例中所述外防水层5为防水面料。本实施例中所述内防水层2为聚氨酯涂层。本实施例中所述外防水层5的外壁设置有若干耐磨颗粒。
本实施例中还包括吸水硅胶层6和内面料层7,外面料层1的内壁覆盖吸水硅胶层6,吸水硅胶层6的内壁覆盖内面料层7,外面料层1上设有多个第一通孔8,内面料层7上设有多个第二通孔9,任意一个第二通孔9与多个第一通孔8均错位设置。本实施例中多个所述的第一通孔8呈矩形阵列分布。本实施例中多个所述的第二通孔9呈矩形阵列分布。本实施例中所述外面料层1和内面料层7均采用涤纶制成。涤纶透气性差,可以进一步隔绝外部气体温度对身体的影响,可以进一步减少火场气温对消防人员的影响。
本实施例中一个第二通孔9与任意一个第一通孔8错位指的是,第二通孔9与任意一个第一通孔8均不是同轴设置,且第二通孔9向外侧延伸至外面料层1时,延伸部与第一通孔8之间具有间隙。
由于设置了内防水层2、棉层3、阻燃隔热层4和外防水层5,因此面料的透气性很差,穿着于身体上时,人体出汗,很容易造成贴身衣物的湿热感,穿着不适。本实施例中设置吸水硅胶层6和内面料层7,用以实现对身体产生的汗液进行吸收,保证身体处于干燥状态。
具体的,吸水硅胶层6覆盖在外面料层1的内壁,内面料层7覆盖在吸水硅胶层6内壁,这里不能将吸水硅胶层6设置于外面料层1和内防水层2之间,其原因是,一旦在衣物上划开口时,将内防水层2破坏,则吸水硅胶层6会对棉层3的水进行吸收,导致救援时棉层3干燥,失去阻碍毒气的作用。
在内面料层7上设置第二通孔9,使得身体产生的汗液能够通过第二通孔9快速被吸水硅胶层6吸收,保证对身体具备良好的吸汗性能。
内防水层2具有防水功能,面料制作成衣物后,衣物的各个连接位置,例如袖子和本体的连接位置,袖子本身的连接位置等始终具有间隙,消防服使用场景随时接触水,一旦外部水汽通过其间隙进入外面料层1与内防水层2之间,外面料层1透气性差,则水汽会长时间位于外面料层1与内防水层2之间,导致外面料层1腐蚀,从而导致面料整体损坏。
本实施例中在外面料层1上设置多个第一通孔8,第一通孔8给外部水汽提供通道,当外部水汽进入到外层面料1时,透过第一通孔8对其进行吸收,这样可以防止外层面料1腐蚀损坏,同时设置任意一个第二通孔9与多个第一通孔8均错位设置,这样在穿着时,外部的湿气被吸收后集中于第一通孔8两侧的吸水硅胶层6所在位置,而吸水硅胶层6正对第二通孔9的部位处于干燥,不影响吸水硅胶层6对内身体吸湿的效果,吸水硅胶层6能够将身体内侧产生的湿气进行吸收,可以减少外侧湿气对吸水硅胶层6内侧吸湿造成的影响,使得面料的吸湿效果更好。
