After the cutter disc 4, the single-stage wheel disc 3 and the main shaft 1 are assembled together, the single-stage wheel disc 3 is fixed on a blade installation auxiliary tool, the main shaft 1 is vertically arranged, the single-stage wheel disc 3 is positioned on the upper side of the cutter disc 4, and when the blades 5 are installed on the outer circumference of the single-stage wheel disc 3, the single-stage wheel disc 3 is not required to be rotated for installation, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Since the spindle 1 is in a vertical state when the blade 5 is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc 3, and the spindle 1 needs to be mounted on the machine tool 2 in a horizontal posture, in order to facilitate posture conversion of the spindle 1, in one embodiment, the wheel disc blade tip grinding assisting device further comprises a turning tool for assisting leveling of the spindle 1 after the blade 5 is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc 3.
As shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the turning tool comprises a long connecting shaft 104, a turning support 105 and a bearing support 106, wherein the long connecting shaft 104 is used for being detachably fixed with one end of the main shaft 1 so as to be detached and separated from the main shaft 1 before the main shaft 1 is lifted to the machine tool 2; after the blade 5 is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc on the mounting bracket 102, the extension shaft 104 is used for being hinged on the turning bracket 105 so that the main shaft 1 can swing to a horizontal state; the support bracket 106 is used to support the spindle 1 together with the mounting bracket 102 after the spindle 1 is leveled, so that the spindle 1 is kept horizontal.
Specifically, the extension shaft 104 includes an extension shaft flange 1041, more than two bolt holes are arranged on the extension shaft flange 1041 along the circumferential direction of the extension shaft 104, a main shaft flange 14 corresponding to the extension shaft flange 1041 is arranged on the main shaft 1, the extension shaft flange 1041 is detachably fixed with the main shaft flange 14 through bolts passing through the bolt holes, and the outer circumferential surface of the main shaft flange 14 is a clamping surface for clamping the machine tool clamping jaws 22. The extension shaft 104 is pre-fixed to the main shaft 1 before the blades 5 are mounted to the single stage disc 3 for ease of handling.
The long shaft 104 is further provided with two hinge holes 1042, the two hinge holes 1042 are perpendicularly intersected, and the center line of the hinge hole 1042 is perpendicular to the axis of the long shaft 104. The two hinge holes 1042 facilitate the connection of the longitudinal shaft 104 to the turn-over bracket 105. The turn-over bracket 105 comprises a hinge bracket 1051, two hinge lugs 1052 are arranged on the hinge bracket 1051, after the long connecting shaft 104 is arranged on the turn-over bracket 105, the hinge bracket 1051 is positioned between the two hinge lugs 1052, the hinge pin 107 penetrating through the two hinge lugs 1052 and the long connecting shaft 104 is connected with the long connecting shaft 104, the connecting pin 107 penetrates through hinge holes 1042 and lug holes on the hinge lugs 1052, one end of the connecting pin 107 is provided with a connecting pin cap 1071 in blocking fit with the hinge lugs 1052, the other end of the connecting pin 107 is connected with a connecting pin screw 108, the end face of the connecting pin 107 is provided with a threaded hole, and after the connecting pin screw 108 is screwed into the threaded hole, a screw head of the connecting pin screw 108 is in blocking fit with one hinge lug 1052, so that the connecting pin 107 is placed through the connecting pin cap 1071 and the screw head of the connecting screw. When the extension shaft 104 is separated from the hinge support 1051, the connecting pin screw 108 is removed, and the connecting pin 107 is pulled out.
In an embodiment, in order to facilitate lifting and carrying of the spindle 1, the spindle flange 14 is fixed at one end of the spindle 1, the other end of the spindle 1 is a lifting end at the upper end when the blade 5 to be processed is installed, the lifting end is provided with a lifting ring 109, and after the blade 5 and the single-stage wheel disc 3 are assembled, the spindle 1 is lifted to a turning tool from the blade installation auxiliary device through the lifting ring 109. The lifting end is provided with lifting ring mounting holes for mounting lifting rings 109, and the lifting ring mounting holes are staggered in the axial direction of the main shaft 1 so as to prevent the main shaft 1 from being penetrated by the lifting ring mounting holes and ensure the strength of the main shaft 1. The lifting ring mounting hole is a threaded hole, and the lifting ring 109 is screwed into the lifting ring mounting hole.
The wheel blade tip grinding aid also includes a static pressure bracket 110, and in order to improve stability of the spindle 1, the spindle 1 is supported by the static pressure bracket 110 after the spindle 1 is mounted on the machine tool 2. Specifically, the hydrostatic carrier 110 is provided in two, on both sides of the single-stage wheel 3 in the axial direction of the spindle 1.
In one embodiment, the wheel disc blade tip grinding auxiliary device is used for middle repair of a gas turbine, when a failed blade 5 of a gas turbine unit is replaced, a new blade 5 needs to be ground, and the blade 5 needing to be replaced is subjected to auxiliary grinding through the auxiliary device.
When the wheel disc blade tip grinding auxiliary device in the application adopts the above preferred embodiment, the following manner of using the processing blade 5 is adopted:
as shown in fig. 11, the spindle 1, the counter disc 4 and the single-stage wheel disc 3 are assembled together, the extension shaft 104 is fixed at one end of the spindle 1, the assembled spindle 1, counter disc 4 and single-stage wheel disc 3 are fixed on the mounting bracket 102 of the blade mounting auxiliary tool, the counter disc 4 and the tool fixing plate 1021 are fixed together through bolts, the spindle 1 is erected, the blade 5 is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc 3, then the spindle 1 is lifted by means of a lifting tool and then moved to the position of the turning tool, the hinged support 1051 on the turning bracket is connected with the extension shaft 104 through the connecting pin 107, then the spindle 1 is horizontally placed, one end of the spindle 1 is supported by the supporting bracket 106, then the spindle 1 and parts on the spindle 1 are lifted to the machine tool 2 through the lifting tool and are mounted on the machine tool 2, and grinding operation of the blade 5 on the single-stage wheel disc 3 is started.
In the grinding process, as shown in fig. 10, a laser measuring device 6 matched with the machine tool 2 is firstly used for determining the coordinate position according to the outer peripheral surface of the cutterhead 4, and then the size of the blade 5 after grinding is measured by the laser measuring device 6 until the blade 5 is ground to meet the requirement.
After the grinding of the blade 5 of one stage is completed, the single-stage wheel disc 3 corresponding to the blade 5 is disassembled, the single-stage wheel disc 3 corresponding to the blade 5 of the other stage is replaced, and the steps are repeated to grind the new blade 5.
In one embodiment, the counter cutterhead 4 is spaced from the single-stage disc 3 on the spindle 1. Besides the separation by the cushion block 8, a shaft shoulder can be arranged between the cutter head and the single-stage wheel disc, and the cutter head and the single-stage wheel disc are independently fixed on the main shaft.
In one embodiment, the pressing piece directly presses the single-stage wheel disc on the shaft shoulder, the single-stage wheel disc is pressed on the other side of the shaft shoulder through the other pressing piece, and the shaft shoulder is positioned between the single-stage wheel disc and the opposite cutter disc.
In one embodiment, the single-stage wheel disc is contacted with the counter-cutterhead, and annular protrusions protruding towards the single-stage wheel disc are integrally arranged on the counter-cutterhead, and are contacted with the single-stage wheel disc through the annular protrusions and axially positioned. In one embodiment, a single stage wheel disc is attached to the counter disc without a gap therebetween.
In one embodiment, the spindle is horizontally disposed when the blade is mounted, and the spindle is rotated while the blade is mounted.
According to the technical scheme, the grinding auxiliary device adopts the single-stage wheel disc to install the blades, is matched with the machine tool, realizes the step-by-step processing of the blades, and ensures the blade grinding precision through the cutter disc on the main shaft. The grinding auxiliary device is simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture, and convenient and efficient to practical use. Because the blade is processed step by step, the gas turbine rotor does not need to be lifted, the flexibility of the auxiliary device is better, the blade is convenient to process, and the grinding efficiency of the blade is improved.
In addition, the excircles at the two ends of the main shaft can be supported by using a static pressure bracket of the machine tool, so that good rigidity in the grinding process is ensured.

the cutter head (4) is fixed on the main shaft (1) and is coaxial with the main shaft (1), and is positioned on one side of the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the main shaft (1) in the axial direction of the main shaft (1), and the outer circumferential surface of the cutter head (4) is used as a machining reference surface to determine the radial size of the blades (5) installed on the current single-stage wheel disc (3) after being ground;
the wheel disc blade top grinding auxiliary device further comprises a blade installation auxiliary tool, the blade installation auxiliary tool comprises a mounting bracket (102), the mounting bracket (102) is used for being detachably fixed with the opposite cutter disc (4) in a horizontal state when the blade (5) is installed on the single-stage wheel disc (3), so that the axis of the main shaft (1) is vertically arranged, and the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the main shaft (1) is positioned on the upper side of the opposite cutter disc (4);
the wheel disc blade top grinding auxiliary device further comprises a turning tool used for assisting the main shaft (1) to be leveled after the blade (5) is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc (3), the turning tool comprises a long connecting shaft (104), a turning support (105) and a bearing support (106), and the long connecting shaft (104) is used for being detachably fixed with one end of the main shaft (1) so as to be detached before the main shaft (1) is lifted to a machine tool (2);
after the blade (5) is mounted on the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the mounting bracket (102), the extension shaft (104) is used for being hinged on the turning-over bracket (105) so that the main shaft (1) can swing to a horizontal state;
the bearing bracket (106) is used for supporting the main shaft (1) together with the mounting bracket (102) after the main shaft (1) is put flat, so that the main shaft (1) is kept horizontal.

Wheel disc blade tip grinding aid according to claim 1, characterized in that the wheel disc blade tip grinding aid comprises a pressing piece (7), which pressing piece (7) is screwed onto the main shaft (1) and presses the single-stage wheel disc (3) onto the main shaft (1) in the axial direction of the main shaft (1).

The wheel disc blade top grinding auxiliary device according to claim 2, wherein the counter cutterhead (4) and the single-stage wheel disc (3) are both used for being connected in series on the main shaft (1), a positioning shaft shoulder (13) is arranged on the main shaft (1), the counter cutterhead (4) and the positioning shaft shoulder (13) are in positioning fit in the axial direction of the main shaft (1), the counter cutterhead (4) is located between the positioning shaft shoulder (13) and the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the main shaft (1) in the axial direction of the main shaft (1), and the counter cutterhead (4) and the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the main shaft (1) are tightly fixed on the main shaft (1) through the pressing piece (7).

A wheel disc blade tip grinding auxiliary device according to claim 3, characterized in that a cushion block (8) is arranged between the counter disc (4) and the single-stage wheel disc (3) on the main shaft (1), and the cushion block (8) is used for separating the single-stage wheel disc (3) from the counter disc (4).
