Please refer to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a limiting chute 5 is installed on the inner wall of a filter 3, an air inlet pipe 4 is installed on the front surface of the filter 3, a frame 6 is installed on the inner wall of the limiting chute 5 in a penetrating manner, a filter screen 7 is installed on the inner wall of the frame 6, racks 8 are installed on the outer walls of the two sides of the frame 6, a rotating shaft 9 is installed on the inner wall of the limiting chute 5 in a penetrating manner, the rotating shaft 9 is located on one side of the frame 6, a gear 10 is installed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 9 in a surrounding manner, the gear 10 is meshed with the racks 8, a driving motor 11 is installed on the inner wall of the filter 3, and one end of the rotating shaft 9 extends to the output end of the driving motor 11, when waste gas prepared by producing titanate is collected and filtered, the waste gas enters the inside of the air inlet pipe 4, the waste gas enters the inside of the filter 3 through the air inlet pipe 4, when the waste gas passes through the filter screen 7, the filter screen 7 filters and purifies large particles carried by the waste gas, can prevent that the too much large-scale particulate matter that waste gas carried from entering into spray column 1's inside back easily causes the jam to spraying the layer, can prevent simultaneously that the particulate matter from causing the dirt to pile up too much to spray column 1 bottom too much, need frequently clear up it, when needs clear up the absorptive impurity of filter screen 7 outer wall, make driving motor 11's output rotate and drive pivot 9 and rotate, make frame 6 remove through rack 8 when pivot 9 rotates, frame 6 removes and drives filter screen 7 and removes, make frame 6 remove the inside back of filter 3, can clear up the absorptive dirt of filter screen 7 outer wall, reach and dismantle the purpose of clearing up fast filter screen 7, can reduce manual strength.

Please refer to fig. 2 and 8, a deodorizer 39 is installed on the top of the spray tower 1, one end of an air outlet pipe 40 extends into the deodorizer 39, an activated carbon plate 41 is installed on the inner wall of the deodorizer 39, a support frame 42 is installed on the inner wall of the deodorizer 39, the support frame 42 is located above the activated carbon plate 41, a blower 43 is installed on the inner wall of the support frame 42, an air exhaust groove 45 is installed on the top of the support frame 42, a second nozzle 46 is installed on the inner wall of the air exhaust groove 45, a liquid storage tank 47 is installed on the outer wall of the deodorizer 39, a second water pump 44 is installed on the inner wall of the liquid storage tank 47, the purified air enters the deodorizer 39 through the air outlet pipe 40, after the air enters the deodorizer 39, the air in the deodorizer 39 flows when the blower 43 works, when the air passes through the activated carbon plate 41, the activated carbon plate 41 further adsorbs and purifies the air, thereby preventing the air from being incompletely purified, when needs remove the flavor to the air, gas enters into the inside back of air exhaust groove 45, makes No. two water pump 44 work and enters into the inside of No. two shower nozzles 46 with the inside air freshener of storing of liquid reserve tank 47 through the connecting pipe conveying, and No. two shower nozzles 46 make liquid atomizing, follows the gaseous emission of emission and goes to the external world, can cover the stink that carries in the air and clear away, reaches the purpose of cleaing away the peculiar smell.
The working steps of the waste gas collecting and purifying treatment device are as follows:
s1, when waste gas prepared in titanate production is collected and filtered, the waste gas enters the inside of the air inlet pipe 4, the waste gas enters the inside of the filter 3 through the air inlet pipe 4, when the waste gas passes through the filter screen 7, the filter screen 7 filters and purifies large particles carried by the waste gas, the large particles carried by the waste gas can be prevented from entering the inside of the spray tower 1 excessively and easily blocking a spray layer, meanwhile, excessive dirt accumulation caused by excessive particles on the bottom of the spray tower 1 can be prevented, frequent cleaning is needed, when impurities adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter screen 7 need to be cleaned, the output end of the driving motor 11 is rotated to drive the rotating shaft 9 to rotate, when the rotating shaft 9 rotates, the frame 6 is moved through the rack 8, the frame 6 is moved to drive the filter screen 7 to move, and after the frame 6 moves out of the inside of the filter 3, the dirt adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter screen 7 can be cleaned, the purpose of cleaning the filter screen 7 by quickly disassembling is achieved, and the manual strength can be reduced;
s2, after the waste gas to be purified enters the spray tower 1, when the waste gas is required to be purified, the pumping pump 17 is enabled to convey the deodorant stored in the chemical dosing device 16 to the inside of the hose 18, the deodorant enters the inside of the conveying pipe 22 through the hose 18 and is discharged into the water source stored in the spray tower 1 through the first spray head 23, meanwhile, the output end of the servo motor 20 is enabled to rotate forward and backward to drive the driving rod 21 to rotate, the driving rod 21 rotates to drive the conveying pipe 22 to swing, when the conveying pipe 22 swings, the deodorant is enabled to be uniformly scattered into the water source in the spray tower 1, meanwhile, the output end of the second motor 25 rotates to drive the stirring blade 26 to rotate, when the stirring blade 26 rotates, the water is stirred, the deodorant and the water source are enabled to be rapidly mixed, the purpose of rapidly enabling the deodorant to react with the water source is achieved, the first water pump 12 works to enable the water source to enter the inside of the liquid discharge pipe 13, the liquid discharge pipe 13 conveys water source into the pipeline 14, the water source in the pipeline 14 is sprayed into the spray tower 1 through the nozzle 15, and the waste gas in the spray tower 1 is adsorbed and purified;
s3, after the water source sprayed by the nozzle 15 flows into the interior of the tapered groove 27 with the adsorbed impurities, the water source finally passes through the filter plate 28, the filter plate 28 filters the impurities to achieve the purpose of purifying the water source, the water source can be recycled, when the impurities filtered on the top of the filter plate 28 are excessive and need to be cleaned, the micro telescopic rod 35 is operated to drive the plate 36 to move, the plate 36 drives the sealing plate 37 to move when moving, the sealing plate 37 moves to prevent the interior of the cleaner 29 from being sealed, the output end of the motor 34 rotates to drive the threaded rod 32 to rotate, the threaded rod 32 rotates to drive the slip ring 30 to move, the slip ring 30 drives the cleaner 29 to move when moving, the cleaner 29 drives the scraper 38 to move when moving, the scraper 38 is attached to the top of the filter plate 28 to clean the impurities filtered on the top of the filter plate 28, and the impurities cleaned by the scraper 38 enter the cleaner 29 to be stored when moving, the purpose of removing impurities on the top of the filter plate 28 is achieved, and the service life of the filter plate 28 can be prolonged;
s4, the packing layer 48 further purifies the gas, the purified gas enters the deodorizer 39 through the air outlet pipe 40, after the gas enters the deodorizer 39, the air in the deodorizer 39 flows when the fan 43 works, when the air passes through the activated carbon plate 41, the activated carbon plate 41 further adsorbs and purifies the gas, the purpose of preventing the gas from being incompletely purified is achieved, when the air needs to be deodorized, after the gas enters the inside of the air exhaust groove 45, the second water pump 44 works to transmit the air freshener stored in the liquid storage tank 47 into the second spray head 46 through the connecting pipe, the second spray head 46 atomizes the liquid, the liquid is discharged to the outside along with the discharged gas, the odor carried in the air can be covered and removed, and the purpose of removing the odor is achieved.
