Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical auxiliary instruments, in particular to a device for assisting orthodontics expansion and acceleration of palatal suture bone formation.
Background
Transverse maxillary development deficiency is one of the most common dentognathic and maxillofacial development deformities in orthodontic clinic, and can cause misshapen manifestations such as retroversion, anterior teeth opening and dentition crowding. The rapid maxillary arch expansion is the most common and effective orthodontic means for treating transverse maxillary development deficiency, however, researches show that the recurrence rate of the maxillary arch expansion is high, and even if the maxillary arch expansion is kept for a period of time, the expanded dental arch still has the trend of returning to the original shape, and one of the main reasons is that the bone forming rate in the palate is insufficient. In addition, the long-term maintenance may cause problems such as an increase in orthodontic treatment time, difficulty in cleaning the oral cavity, and bite wound. Therefore, the method has important significance in the field of orthodontic treatment by accelerating the suture of bones in the palate and shortening the holding time of the expanded arch.
The activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts can be improved and the metabolic capability thereof can be enhanced by vibration, and the vibration device is applied to the aspect of accelerating tooth movement in the orthodontic field. However, in the related art, there has been no report on a device for orthodontic expansion of an arch and acceleration of suture bone in the palate.

a working head, which comprises a lip support for supporting the lip side of the maxillary anterior tooth area, a palate support for supporting the palate side, a labial frenulum groove for supporting the labial frenulum and a vibration motor for generating vibration;
and the host is at least used for providing electric energy for the vibration motor.
Optionally, the working head is detachably arranged on the vibration motor.
Optionally, the vibration motor is configured to have two motors capable of generating vibrations of the same frequency.
Optionally, the working head further comprises an electronic control module, and the electronic control module is at least internally provided with a memory chip and a bluetooth chip.
Optionally, the whole working head is made of silica gel.
The device for assisting orthodontics expansion arch to accelerate palatal suture bone formation is characterized in that when the device works, the working head is integrally placed in an oral cavity, the lip support is enabled to support the lip side of an anterior maxillary dental area, the palate support is enabled to support the palate side, the working head is enabled to avoid teeth, the groove is enabled to avoid a frenum labialis, the host is operated, the vibration motor on the working head of the host is enabled to generate vibration, and therefore vibration force with specific frequency is transmitted to the palatal suture to load, the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts at the palatal suture position is improved, and the device can assist the existing arch expander to exert a better expansion arch effect and keep the effect. The arch expanding device can be used for simple upper jaw quick arch expansion, implant nail auxiliary upper jaw quick arch expansion and operation auxiliary upper jaw quick arch expansion, and is used in the arch expanding process and the arch expanding keeping stage. Can reduce the holding time of the expanded arch, shorten the length of orthodontic correction and play a role in relieving pain after expansion of the arch.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, the device for assisting orthodontic arch expansion to accelerate bone fracture in palate provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a main machine 1 and a working head 2. The host 1 comprises a housing 3, a power supply 4, a conductive member 5, an electronic control module 6, a power button 7, a frequency switching button 8 and a plug interface 9. The working head 2 comprises a plug interface 10, a conductive component 11, a lip support 12, a labial ligament groove 13, two vibration motors 13 and a palate support 14. The main machine 1 and the working head 2 are of a plug-in structure, a conductive component 5 is arranged in the plug-in structure of the main machine 1, and when the main machine 1 and the working head 2 are plugged, electric energy is supplied to the vibration motor 13 through the conductive component 11.
The whole working head 2 is made of silica gel material, vibration motors 13 are respectively arranged at the middle cleft positions of the labial side and the palatal side between the upper middle incisor teeth, and the two vibration motors vibrate at the same frequency and at the same time.
When the device is used, the silicon rubber working head 2 in the device can be placed on the upper jaw middle incisor after the upper jaw expansion arch is stressed, the placing position of the working head is adjusted according to the size and the gradient of the middle incisor, the labial palatal side of the middle incisor dental crown is not contacted with the silicon rubber when the device is normally placed, and the labial palatal side and the palatal side of the gum at the middle incisor root are respectively and tightly contacted with the labial support and the palatal support of the working head (figure 5); the power button 7 is pressed down, the frequency is adjusted through the frequency switching button 8, the initial default vibration frequency is 30Hz and about 0.2N of vibration force, the patient can adjust the minimum value of the vibration frequency to be 20Hz and the maximum value to be 50Hz according to tolerance, the micro-motor stops rotating when the patient presses down for 2 nd time, and the working head stops vibrating. The device is used for 20 minutes after bow expansion every day, the daily use time is automatically recorded in a memory chip of the electronic control module 6, and the use time can be checked through USB or Bluetooth connection.
Example 2
The present embodiment is a modification of embodiment 1, and specifically includes the following steps:
on the basis of example 1, the length of the palatal support is shortened (refer to fig. 4 and 6).
