the controller is used for determining the dew point temperature corresponding to the target humidity after starting; acquiring the actual water temperature in the gas humidification tank at the current moment, and starting the coarse-adjustment temperature rising branch or the coarse-adjustment temperature lowering branch to inject water into the gas humidification tank according to the comparison result of the actual water temperature and the dew point temperature; and after the water injection is finished, starting the heater or the cooling plate in the gas humidification tank to further finely adjust the water temperature, so that the actual water temperature in the gas humidification tank reaches the dew point temperature, and then ventilating the gas humidification tank.
