Document bar code: the bill bar code label is generated by the material management system, and the unique identification bill number of the bill is output in a bar code form. when a stock manager receives a real object, the real object enters an outsourcing scanning and warehousing module through a handheld terminal, a received bar code on a paper receipt is scanned first, and a receipt to be received is determined.
After the receipt to be received is determined, when the material is put on shelf, the material bar code on the outer package of the material is scanned, and the material code, the material batch and the quantity analyzed by the system according to the content of the bar code are automatically filled into the corresponding warehousing quantity item. During scanning, the system controls that only the variety and the batch number which need to be received in the document can be scanned, and if the variety and the batch number are not the products or the batch numbers required in the document, the operator is reminded.
After the scanning is finished, clicking the 'scanning finishing' operation on the handheld terminal interface, automatically generating a warehousing entry by the system according to the scanning result, handling the outsourcing warehousing registration work, and finishing the increase of the inventory quantity.
And when the 'scanning completion' is clicked, if the corresponding materials and the batch numbers on the documents are not scanned or the scanned quantity is less than the quantity of the goods to be received, the operator is reminded.
And (4) ex-warehouse operation: the general idea of scanning out of the warehouse is consistent with that of scanning in the warehouse, and the system is also used for relaying the ex-warehouse notice form of the material management system, the handheld terminal can handle out-warehouse registration through the scanning out-warehouse module, the same out-warehouse registration module of the material management system is still reserved, and the system ensures that one out-warehouse notice form can only be used for one out-warehouse treatment. Therefore, normal delivery of enterprises can be guaranteed under the condition that the handheld terminal fails or the network environment does not exist.
For the scanned ex-warehouse, the system provides a special module for the user to handle ex-warehouse registration on the handheld terminal, taking the material getting out-warehouse as an example, the specific operation process is as follows:

When the document is off the shelf, the document enters a 'material getting scanning and ex-warehouse' module through a handheld terminal, a received bar code on a paper material getting sheet is scanned firstly, and a document to be taken is determined.
After the receipt to be received is determined, the material bar code on the external package of the specific material is scanned, and the material code, the material batch and the quantity analyzed by the system according to the content of the bar code are automatically filled into the corresponding ex-warehouse quantity item. If the warehouse enables the warehouse location barcode management, the barcode corresponding to the warehouse location may be scanned.

After the scanning is finished, clicking the 'scanning finishing' operation on the handheld terminal interface, automatically generating a delivery order according to the scanning result by the system, handling the work of receiving materials for delivery registration, and finishing the deduction of the quantity of the stock.
And when the 'scanning completion' is clicked, if the materials and the batch numbers exist on the document and are not scanned or the scanning number is less than the number of the materials to be received, the operator is reminded.
