The third display area generally refers to an area for displaying the chat content of the user, such as the image and text of the chat shown in fig. 1.
After the user selects all the target candidate information or inputs the finished text information, the system can generate target sending information based on the target candidate information selected by the user and the input text information, and then send the target sending information to a third display area based on a third touch instruction given by the user after the user determines that the target sending information has no problem.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a chat interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, left 1 in fig. 6 is an interface when a user does not initiate an information chat, where the interface includes a first control: a picture selection icon and a topic selection icon; a third display area: and displaying the information content sent by other users. In fig. 6, the left 2 is a chat interface after the user selects the topic, and on the basis of the left 1, the interface includes a second control: the information sending icon is different from the left interface 1 in that a first display area in the interface also displays candidate information corresponding to the topic control; and the second display area is used for displaying the topic information determined and selected by the user, so that the user can conveniently confirm whether the selection is correct. The right 2 in fig. 6 is a chat interface for the user to continue to select the picture after selecting the topic, and the difference from the left 2 interface is that the first display area in the interface displays candidate information corresponding to the picture control; in fig. 6, the right 1 user selects a chat interface after the picture is completed, and on the basis of the right 2 user interfaces, a second display area in the interface further includes information of the picture that the user determines to select.
The user can input characters in the character input box, click the first control to select candidate information to be sent, such as picture information, topic information and the like, the system determines the candidate information selected by the user as target candidate information to be sent, the user clicks the second control after determining that the target candidate information is accurate, and the system types the target candidate information and the character information and sends the target candidate information and the character information to the third display area.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first control information content is displayed above or below the text input box in the form of preview information, so that the problem of error in picture selection of a user due to incapability of viewing the text content is avoided, the fault tolerance rate in chat information input is improved, meanwhile, the first control information content such as pictures and topics and the text information are displayed in the same chat box, the relevance and the aggregation of the text information and the control information can be enhanced, the user can read the information more conveniently, the chat experience of the user is improved, and the technical problem of poor relevance and aggregation of the text information and the picture information is solved.
In an optional embodiment, the second touch instruction includes: the method comprises the following steps of responding to a second touch instruction of a first display area by a first operation instruction and a second operation instruction, and acquiring at least one target candidate message, wherein the steps comprise: responding to a first operation instruction on the first display area, and determining a first target sliding window of the first display area, wherein the first operation instruction is used for sliding at least one first sliding window of the first display area transversely, and the first target sliding window is a sliding window currently displayed in the chat interface in the at least one first sliding window; and determining target candidate information in response to a second operation instruction on the target sliding window.
In the foregoing step S504, the user determines the target candidate information generally in two steps, where the first step is to slide and view the related content of the first control displayed in the first display area; the second step is to determine the first control content that is selected to be sent. That is, the second touch command includes two sub-commands, the first operation command: sliding the first display area left and right by the user; and a second operation instruction, wherein the user clicks and determines target candidate information.
The first sliding window generally refers to an area where information that a user needs to preview is located, and generally refers to candidate information corresponding to one first control in a plurality of displayed first controls. When the system receives a first operation instruction, controlling a first sliding window in a first display area to slide horizontally left and right in a current interface, and displaying all preview information corresponding to a first control clicked by a user to the user in the first display area, wherein the preview information includes but is not limited to: picture thumbnails, topics for short, contact notes and the like.
When the system receives the second operation instruction, the system may determine the first control content that the user clicks and wants to send, determine the first control content as the target candidate information, and display the target candidate information in the second display area, as shown in fig. 6, the system may display the target candidate information between the text input box and the first display area, so that the user can directly and clearly judge whether the target candidate information is correctly selected, whether the association with the text is strong, and the like, thereby further improving the experience of the user when chatting.
In an optional embodiment, the second touch instruction includes: and a third operation instruction, wherein the method further comprises the following steps: responding to a fourth touch instruction of the third control, and displaying a fourth display area corresponding to the first control in the chat interface, wherein the fourth display area and the first display area display at least one candidate message in different modes; responding to a third operation instruction for the fourth display area, and determining a second target sliding window of the fourth display area, wherein the third operation instruction is used for longitudinally sliding at least one second sliding window of the fourth display area, and the second target sliding window is a sliding window currently displayed in the chat interface in the at least one second sliding window; and determining target candidate information in response to a second operation instruction on a second target sliding window.
The third control element refers to an expansion icon for viewing detailed content of the first control element, as shown in the expansion icon in fig. 6, the style of the expansion icon in fig. 6 is only shown by way of example, and is not particularly limited. The fourth touch instruction generally refers to a user clicking a third control with a finger, and optionally, the fourth touch instruction may further include but is not limited to: clicking on the third control using a mouse, moving the selection box using a keyboard, selecting the second control, and so on.
If the user cannot well determine the information content to be sent when viewing the preview information in the first display area, the system can click the third control, expand the preview information related to the first control displayed in the first display area in the fourth display area, and display the detailed information of the content related to the first control selected by the user in the fourth display area. The fourth display area is generally located in the third display area, and optionally, the third display area may be used as the fourth display area so that the user is not affected by the chat information in the third display area.
Different from the first display area, the second display area includes preview information and detailed information, fig. 7 is a schematic view of expanding a topic control according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the content related to the topic control is displayed in the fourth display area, including information of the name of the topic, the number of people participating, whether the topic control is added, and the user can click "add the topic" to add the topic between the text chat box and the second display area.
The second sliding window generally refers to a slidable area in the fourth display area, the third operation instruction generally refers to that the user uses a finger to slide the second sliding window longitudinally, and if the current interface is insufficient to display all candidate information related to the first control, after the system receives the third operation instruction, the system can control the second sliding window in the fourth display area to slide vertically up and down in the current interface, and all detailed information corresponding to the first control clicked by the user is displayed to the user in the second display area.
Optionally, in order to enable the user to more clearly view the detailed information of the content related to the first control, the display size of the fourth display area is larger than that of the first display area, and the number of the at least one candidate information displayed in the fourth display area is larger than that of the at least one candidate information in the first display area.
Optionally, after the user browses all the detailed information corresponding to the first control, it may be determined that the information content that the user wants to send is selected, that is, the second operation instruction is issued, and after the system receives the second operation instruction, the information content determined by the user is determined as the target candidate information.
In an alternative embodiment, generating the target sending information in the second display area based on the target candidate information includes: typesetting the target candidate information in the second display area based on a preset typesetting mode to obtain a typesetting result; and generating target sending information based on the typesetting result.
The text information generally refers to the text content of the chat input by the user, and after the user determines the target candidate information to be sent, the system can arrange the text information and the target candidate according to a preset typesetting sequence.
Optionally, the preset typesetting mode is a mode of mixing and typesetting information such as characters, pictures, topics, and the like, and includes but is not limited to: the topic information is above, the contact and the character information are in the middle, the picture information is below, or the user moves the typesetting position of the target candidate information after long-pressing the target candidate information according to the preference of the user, for example, the user can long-press one picture to change the sequence of the picture in the picture candidate information, or the user can long-press the area frame corresponding to the picture candidate information to drag the area frame to change the position of the area frame in a plurality of candidate information.
In an optional embodiment, the typesetting the target text information and the target candidate information based on the preset typesetting mode to obtain a typesetting result includes: receiving a deleting instruction of the target candidate information, and deleting the candidate information to be deleted of the target candidate information based on the deleting instruction to obtain the deleted target candidate information; and responding to a third touch instruction of the second control, typesetting the target text information and the modified target candidate information based on a preset typesetting mode, and obtaining a typesetting result.
If the user finds the problem of wrong selection when viewing the determined target candidate information or the text information, the user can delete the specified target candidate information or the text information. Specifically, after the system receives a deletion instruction for the target candidate information issued by the user, the corresponding target candidate information is deleted, after the user determines that all information is correct, the user can click the second control, namely, the icon is sent, and after the system receives the third touch instruction, the information determined by the user is arranged again based on the preset typesetting mode and is sent to the third display area.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a chat information display area according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, after a user selects and sends candidate information, the candidate information is usually composed from top to bottom in the order of topics, characters, and pictures, and is displayed in a chat frame, so that other users can directly obtain the relevance between the topics, the characters, and the pictures.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

In this embodiment, an information processing apparatus is further provided, and the apparatus is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and details of which have been already described are omitted. As used hereinafter, the terms "unit", "module" and "modules" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of an apparatus for processing information, which provides a graphical user interface through a terminal device, where content displayed on the graphical user interface includes a touch area, according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus includes:

As shown in fig. 10, the electronic apparatus 1000 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 1000 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processor 1010, the at least one memory 1020, a bus 1030 connecting the various system components (including the memory 1020 and the processor 1010), and a display 1040.

The memory 1020 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)10201 and/or a cache memory unit 10202, may further include a read only memory unit (ROM)10203, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid state memory.
In some examples, memory 1020 may also include a program/utility 10204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 10205, such program modules 10205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment. The memory 1020 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 1010, which may be connected to the electronic device 1000 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Bus 1030 may be any one or more of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, processor 1010, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The display 1040 may be, for example, a touch screen type Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that may enable a user to interact with a user interface of the electronic device 1000.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus 1000 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1100 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, Bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic apparatus 1000, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic apparatus 1000 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through input/output (I/O) interfaces 1050. Also, the electronic device 1000 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via the network adapter 960. As shown in FIG. 10, the network adapter 1060 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 1000 over the bus 1030. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 9, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 1000, which may include, but are not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The electronic device 1000 may further include: a keyboard, a cursor control device (e.g., a mouse), an input/output interface (I/O interface), a network interface, a power source, and/or a camera.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 10 is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, electronic device 1000 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 10, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 4. The memory 1020 can be used for storing computer programs and corresponding data, such as computer programs and corresponding data corresponding to the information processing method in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 1010 executes various functional applications and data processing, i.e., implements the above-described information processing method, by executing computer programs stored in the memory 1020.

The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit may be a division of a logic function, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or may not be executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. The information processing method is characterized in that a chat interface is provided through terminal equipment, the content displayed by the chat interface comprises a touch area, and the method comprises the following steps:
displaying a chat interface through the chat interface;
responding to a first touch instruction of a first control, and displaying a first display area corresponding to the first control in the chat interface, wherein the first display area covers a part of the chat interface, and the first display area is used for displaying at least one candidate message;
responding to a second touch instruction of the first display area, acquiring target candidate information, and displaying the target candidate information in a second display area of the chat interface, wherein the target candidate information is candidate information to be sent in the at least one candidate information, and the second display area is used for displaying the target candidate information;
and responding to a third touch instruction of a second control, generating target sending information in the second display area based on the target candidate information, and displaying the target sending information in a third display area of the chat interface, wherein the third display area is used for displaying the target sending information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second touch instruction comprises: the method comprises the following steps of responding to a second touch instruction of the first display area by a first operation instruction and a second operation instruction, and acquiring at least one target candidate message, wherein the steps comprise:
in response to a first operation instruction on the first display area, determining a first target sliding window of the first display area, wherein the first operation instruction is used for sliding at least one first sliding window of the first display area in a transverse direction, and the first target sliding window is a sliding window currently displayed in the chat interface in the at least one first sliding window;
and determining the target candidate information in response to a second operation instruction on the first target sliding window.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the second touch instruction comprises: a third operation instruction, the method further comprising:
responding to a fourth touch instruction of a third control, and displaying a fourth display area corresponding to the first control in the chat interface, wherein the fourth display area and the first display area display the at least one candidate message in different modes;
in response to a third operation instruction on the fourth display area, determining a second target sliding window of the fourth display area, wherein the third operation instruction is used for longitudinally sliding at least one second sliding window of the fourth display area, and the second target sliding window is a sliding window currently displayed in the chat interface in the at least one second sliding window;
and determining the target candidate information in response to a second operation instruction on the second target sliding window.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating target transmission information in the second display area based on the target candidate information comprises:
typesetting the target candidate information in the second display area based on a preset typesetting mode to obtain a typesetting result;
and generating the target sending information based on the typesetting result.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein typesetting the target candidate information in the second display area based on a preset typesetting mode to obtain a typesetting result comprises:
acquiring target character information;
and typesetting the target character information and the target candidate information based on the preset typesetting mode to obtain the typesetting result.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein typesetting the target text information and the target candidate information based on the preset typesetting mode to obtain the typesetting result comprises:
receiving a deleting instruction of the target candidate information, and deleting candidate information to be deleted of the target candidate information based on the deleting instruction to obtain deleted target candidate information;
and responding to a third touch instruction of the second control, and typesetting the target text information and the modified target candidate information based on the preset typesetting mode to obtain the typesetting result.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the display size of the fourth display region is larger than the display size of the first display region.
8. The method of claim 3, wherein the number of the at least one candidate message displayed in the fourth display area is greater than the number of the at least one candidate message in the first display area.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the first control comprises at least one of: the multimedia system comprises a multimedia selection control, a topic selection control and a contact selection control, wherein a first display area corresponding to the multimedia selection control is used for displaying at least one candidate multimedia, a first display area corresponding to the topic selection control is used for displaying at least one candidate topic, and a first display area corresponding to the contact selection control is used for displaying at least one contact information.
10. An information processing apparatus, wherein a chat interface is provided through a terminal device, and content displayed by the chat interface includes a touch area, the apparatus comprising:
the first display module is used for displaying a chat interface through the chat interface;
the second display module is used for responding to a first touch instruction of a first control and displaying a first display area corresponding to the first control in the chat interface, wherein the first display area covers a part of the chat interface, and the first display area is used for displaying at least one candidate message;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain target candidate information in response to a second touch instruction for the first display area, and display the target candidate information in a second display area of the chat interface, where the target candidate information is candidate information to be sent in the at least one candidate information, and the second display area is used for displaying the target candidate information;
and the generating module is used for responding to a third touch instruction of a second control, generating target sending information in the second display area based on the target candidate information, and displaying the target sending information in a third display area of the chat interface, wherein the third display area is used for displaying the target sending information.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, is arranged to carry out a method of processing information according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program to perform the method of processing information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
